Whoever is the "secretary" who answers the phones for this attorney, she is the utmost rude, condescending, unprofessional, arrogant woman I have ever had to speak to in my almost 50 years of living. I called to ask ONE question, she interrupted me and said "Why.are you calling?"! Who says that in a professional setting? Does she not care about how she represents someone else's hard work and achievements? I asked her why did she say that to me and her high-and-mighty NASTY response was that "I didn't have time for your winding question....I have other calls and emails going on". Last time I checked, that is part of her job! As a person who works in the ER for 22 years, I am fully accustomed to multitasking and high stress. However, there is NO EXCUSE for her speaking to ANYONE that lives on planet earth the way she spoke to me. If I were looking for a lawyer and knew I had to deal with this woman.....I'd find someone else.

If you get this lawyer I feel sorry for you . Idk if it’s because we got him court appointed and he just thinks low of us but from the lady that answered the phone to anything about him they are very rude and care NOTHING ABOUT YOU ! Maybe if you pay him outta pocket things may be different but I’d definitely ask for another lawyer. Unless you enjoy extra charges , more time and being put places away from your family .

Theresa Rhinehart took my hard earned money and my Mother's, for TWO YEARS,during my awful divorce, she THEN, QUIT, in the courtroom the DAY I FINALLY WENT TO COURT!!!!! BECAUSE she was "intimidated" by my ex-husbands attorney!!!!! The judge went along with this Ludacris action by my attorney!!! Something needs to be done!!! Frank Frasier and his team helped us get a fair settlement from an out of state wreck that was not our fault. The at fault drivers insurance did not treat us fairly at all. I hired this guy to take a case for me. I would be inconvenienced because rarely did he ever show up to court dates. However, he told me the judge would agree that I do a 8 month stretch in county jail and the case would be over.. Well once I hit my 8 month mark I was not presented to court. I called John numerous times and he would not return my calls or come visit me to tell me what was going on. 2 months later I was then produced to court after a total of 10 months was spent in jail, only for him to tell me.. "Now you have to do 5yrs probation". This was not the deal of course. I felt rail roaded. I was lied to, and swindled out of money. John works in a very unprofessional manner. I recommend you look elsewhere for competent council.

Set an appointment to speak to an attorney. The only method to make an appointment was to set it online and pay $35.00 Waited two weeks for the appointment. On the exact time, nobody called. I called the office but was impossible to reach anybody live, Left a message. I have not received a return call. I am very disappointed that this law office was so unprofessional. Very disappointed. Waited two weeks to speak to But to no avail.

They do not care if you know about a upcoming court date or not. They will randomly send an email out but in my case never got it. Got court documents from another client as well as documents stating I missed court date which is really not good. Checked with office staff and she said they have been having problems with the system, hmmm. So now chances of me getting more time with my child have greatly be compromised. You are just a number push here.

I hope this (current) review will be helpful for those considering good representation (it could have helped me). This lawyer could serve you well if you are seeking a legal form to be filled and filed with the court (or something straightforward), but if litigation is required, I think better counsel can be found. My mother and I had a straightforward conflict that needed legal resolution. A contract was in place that would quickly be resolved in front of a judge. The case took a year to resolve and cost us a small loss and legal costs. Throughout the case, he was never clear with us until he needed to be, instead informed us on a need to know basis. Usually his response to detailed questions was, “Let’s see what happens.” He allowed himself to be manipulated by opposing counsel several times even though I warned him practically each time. I still have many apologetic emails and recordings that testify to this, yet he was able to still charge us for his mistakes. In case you are wondering, why not fire him? I learned that lesson late. We believed in the case more than we did him and so was willing to see it through. That was a mistake on our part. The case was settled overall in our favor upon my insistence to go to court, though he was against doing so and on many occasions tried to have us settle. In the end it was clear he wanted to walk away once our money ran out. Instead of continuing to find money to pay him, it was best to be finished with him and take the small loss. In conclusion, regardless of how strong your case might be, under his representation you stand a chance to lose or settle. So beware and I hope this turns out to be helpful to someone.

I hired Attorney Vaughn-Martel after a civil lawsuit was filed against me by an ex-girlfriend over ownership rights to a vehicle I had solely purchased during our 4+ year relationship. An injunction/ court order was filed against me stating that I was not allowed to sell the vehicle until the case was heard before a judge. I hired Vaughn-Martel in hopes that he'd be able to assist in getting the court order lifted as I was unable to afford payments on the vehicle and wanted to be able to sell it. After several months of negotiations between Vaughn-Martel and the plaintiff's attorney a Settlement Agreement was drafted by Vaughn-Martel's office and was forwarded to me for review and signature. I stated the Agreement was to my liking and was told that the Agreement would be sent out AS IS to the Plaintiff and then sent to me for signatures. Problems arose when I found out that after I had approved what I thought to be the FINAL draft of the Settlement Agreement that the Plaintiff's attorney asked that a few changes be made and Attorney Vaughn-Martel's office made these changes without my knowledge, consent or even a discussion of such. When I contacted Attorney Vaughn-Martel to indicate my disproval of such changes I was told that there was nothing they could do to change the Agreement back as the REVISED Agreement had already been mailed out to the Plaintiff for signature. I was beyond irate at this point. To make matters worse is the Plaintiff was never able to obtain financing in order to follow through on the terms of the Settlement Agreement by purchasing the vehicle to pay off my loan (which I couldn't afford to pay and faced repossession of) and to compensate me for monies she had stolen via check fraud / forgery. After the Plaintiff had breached the Agreement by not coming up with the funds within the allotted time frame as per Agreement terms, I was advised by Attorney Vaughn-Martel that selling the vehicle, paying off the loan and keeping the balance of the agreed upon sales amount for myself would be a "viable solution to complying with the agreement, getting rid of the car, and getting settlement funds, all in a way that protects my interests in the event I had to go in front of a judge." I followed my attorneys exact advice and I sold the vehicle 2 days prior to the date it was to be repossessed but only got what I owed. When I got in front of the judge though I was found in contempt of court for going against the imposed court order. Attorney Vaughn-Martel never once stated that he had advised me to do such nor did he defend me in any sense of the word. He never tried to state facts and in no way stood up for me. He seemed to have no idea what to say in court and came across as being completely unprepared, incompetent, unprofessional and unknowledgeable of how to defend a client. He let me hang out to dry and when I confronted him prior to the next hearing for my punishment in front of the judge he totally denied ever having advised me to go against the court order. I even showed him his own email to me stating his advice and he still insisted he never advised such. He then stated it would be in my best interest to allow the civil case against me along with my counterclaims against her for stolen monies be dismissed as per the Plaintiff's request or the judge could punish me by making me pay her money for selling the car. I felt as though I was being coerced into settling the case because my attorney didn't want to have to explain himself to the judge as to why he advised his client to go against a court order. Due to being in fear of what the judge might fine/punish me with and knowing I had no more money and no real counsel on my side to defend me I went against my rights and agreed to allow the case to be dismissed. I ended up with nothing more than destroyed credit & added debt due to racking up $7k in legal fees.....way more than Vaughn-Martel Law ever truly earned or deserved

I was looking for an attorney to handle a debt that arose from an apartment lease agreement. The landlord was playing hardball because of a negative (but honest) review I left online.
The landlord even refused to accept full payment because I insisted we sign a release.
When I contacted this Bybee character he sounded arrogant. I had to sell myself and my case to him even when I was willing to pay for his services.
While describing the situation I mentioned the negative review I left and he interjected with "there goes any good will".
There I was with my wallet open looking for representation and he did nothing but question me at every point.
If you like being treated like a second class citizen this is your guy. Otherwise I'd recommend finding someone with better bedside manners.

Our experience with Mr. Cabrera did not go very well at all. He was very rude, impatient and aggressive over the phone when he DID actually make time to speak with us. 90% of the time, we spoke to his assistant who could not answer our questions. Very disappointing experience, so we chose to work with another practice. The experience was daunting enough, but working with an attorney who was not respectful or considerate made things worse.

They charge you ,tell you what you wanna hear. Then when it comes time to hold them to what they said , they backtrack and change what was originally stated, they build you up to think you have a case, and that you just need to wait for this 1 or 2 things to happen/not happen and when those events come ,he turns around and tells you sorry I can't do anything now good luck, even though its what he initially told you to wait for, for your case . Absolutely not for workers and nor the little people.

Used Mr. Wagner to do my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable in handling the case. Often very slow in responding to inquires or problems once the case was filed, possibly because he is very busy. But, responds quickly when chooses to do so. Had a few surprises that weren't explained very well initially when the case was first filed that cost me more money than it should have and a modification had to be filed to correct them. But, he got the modification done quickly and equitably. Hopefully things will continue to go as smoothly as possible.

I hired the best Board certified lawyer and had the worse experience. The dude walked away last minute before the hearing with $13,000 ouch that hurts I am kind enough not to mention his name or he will lose all his future clients , my 6 months pay went down the drain. I was not impressed during my initial consultation with Mrs. Baldinelli. She was disheveled, unorganized and a hot mess. Two attorney friends assured me she was a good lawyer and knew her stuff. Against my gut feelings, I hired her to represent me for a child support modification. The outcome was abysmal. She appeared in court unprepared, requested documents from me only the day before which did not give me time to prepare them as it was a work day. She did not oppose untruths thrown out by the opposing counsel. She did not fight for me at all in the court room and it was as if she had a "deal" already worked out with opposing counsel. She has cost me way more money that I will ever see in child support. It was very sad and I would be ashamed of my life's work if this is how it culminated. The opposing counsel chewed her up and spat her out while she sat there dumbfounded and unable to collect a response much less put together any credible arguments. Run, don't walk away from this attorney.

Right now, they are helping A person that is filing things that Have absolutely nothing to do with me. They keep turning against me and helping people harass me. They did this in Lewis in Thurston now. I don’t know what I did to have this harassment from Northwest Justice Project. I’ve only told nothing but the truth. A judge, a newly elected judge had deemed that there was no substantial change in the person in Lewis County And the fact that Northwest Justice Project decided to help this person who has violated a restraining order and continues to go on and help people harass and target me. I don’t know what to do about this office, but the attorneys and the people that work here are just going after me for no reason and helping people that do not have cases against me and do not Fall under unlawful, harassment, or stalking. I really do not know what to do about this, but I just asked very kindly for them to reach out to me and give me an explanation of why they are helping somebody that I have a video of harassing me. I am just trying to figure out why in the world all the sudden I am an enemy of these attorneys when I’ve done absolutely nothing to them. I hate to work with the nw project again. They failed me the first time i was proven the vulnerability sheet sidewalk was using is corrupt. The totally overlook that my doctor was given sidewalk updates to the investigation that I had going on. That info came in requested documents and the investigator denied seeing a connection. My doctor talking to sidewalk is no medical connection. But my doctor violated the hypocrites act they sworn too. Still even after I met with my doctor supervisor which whom said he did this independently no permission was given to do this. Now they still denied that fact and I was homeless for four years after that. Now I'm facing a eviction that complicated to do by myself, court In my experience are not ruling in my favor never. My rights are denied me from the gov offices that are to enforce them meaning in a act of self defense I can physically stop any or everyone from entering my dwelling with my life. Since they wish to see me rot on the street. Someone will add to the value of loss. Since no justices will be on my side in anything I do. So don't file with them they are just there for themselves looking pretty.
