Lasy year, I was in really bad shape financially because of the large amount of credit card debt I had incurred. Sally Chan and West Themis Law worked tirelessly to settle all my credit card accounts.

As a seasoned business professional, I have retained at least 10 attorneys in the past for matters such as bankruptcy creditor actions, partnership disputers, labor law defense, customs disputes, commercial real estate and copyright actions.
Of all the law firms my businesses have retained, Sally and her team at West Themis are by far, the most astonishing. They work 10x faster and more efficient than all of the attorneys and law firms that I've used. Sally's methods are very concise, methodical, and strategic. She filed a certain motion in a case that my former attorneys at a larger firm never did. With her firm, I got answers, strategy, and results at much lower rates.
Sally is the managing partner at West Themis Law. This law firm has a team of attorneys and professionals that handle different related areas of law that helps them strategize and attack each matter with different areas of law. They don't do copyright.
All in all, I am very impressed. I think their secret to delivering quality, fast, and affordable representation is because of Sally's management style and use of technology. Also, I am sure that not locating themselves in a high riser definitely translates to savings to their clients. Like I said, highly recommended.

I hired Kevin to represent me in a legal matter involving a workplace issue. Mr. Maroko was my Family Law Attorney more that 30 years ago advising and helping me in matters related to child custody and child support. Although his practice has expanded far beyond what my needs were back then I just wanted to say in reflection these many years later how his honesty, ethics, and skill in the courtroom resolved satisfactorily what was best for my baby daughter. He always put the best interest of my daughter first. And the best advice he ever gave me as a single parent was, "Never Lie To Your Child, because if you do you will undermine your child's trust in you, and then who can your child trust?" And, "never speak badly of your child's father to your child because that will only create unnecessary conflict for your child."

I had contacted legal aid regarding family law advice and was given a few references. Larry was the only one over the phone that made me feel like a person he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. I was not looking to hire an attorney at the time, but just to get advice and assistance on the steps I should take for filing. After a couple months my situation got a little more complicated for someone with no legal expertise to continue on their own so I made an appointment to meet with Larry in person. As in most divorce cases, my ex was pretty hostile and I felt I had no one to turn to and help me thru the situation emotionally. Larry was available anytime day or night if I had questions/concerns and never failed to make me feel at ease. My case was finalized after a year and a half and I have recommended Larry to numerous friends in need of a family attorney. Although he no longer practices family law, I believe Larry carries the same qualities of compassion & integrity in all aspects of his career, and for that will remain a friend for life!

Thanks to my lawyer, Lorenzo Esteban Herrera, aka, "Larry Herrera," I felt really confident hiring him as my defense laywer over a lawsuit of "Grandparents visitation rights." I, as a parent, and recent widow, was left with accusations of money being owed to my ex-inlaws and also threatened by them to take away my daughter and have full or partial custody. Larry Herrera helped me defend myself as I had every right to in order to continue my life raising my daughter aswell as defending my rights as the beneficiary person on my wife's life insurance. The gavel dropped hard on my inlaws after being exposed of lying under oath and were only granted minimal visitation rights with my daughter at only once a month for a few hours under my terms and conditions instead of what my ex-inlaws were asking for which was; Spending the night every other weekend, holidays, birthdays, and vacation time. Im glad that Larry Herrera helped me with my case because the experience really gave me a sense of strength and courage after reaching victory when the judge ruled her judgement in my favor. I definitely recommend Larry Herrera Law Services to anyone that is being sued by any family member. Robyn and I graduated high school together, many years ago, which is how I know her. Robyn has always been polite and well-spoken. Recently I found myself in a situation with a former employer that was a surprise to me. During this time in my life, my livelihood was turned upside down. Even though I knew Robyn prior to my case, I was not aware that Robyn was an employment attorney, until she reached out to me regarding another case that my name was brought up in, that she was working on. On that same phone call I questioned Robyn about the type of law that she practiced. Robyn informed me that she was an employment attorney who dealt with employees that were wrongfully terminated, discrimination, retaliation, etc.. This information is what I needed to hear at that time. I asked Robyn if she had time to speak with me briefly and to look over some paperwork that I had received a few weeks ago regarding my wrongful termination with my former employer. Robyn agreed. Robyn took notes as she listened to my concerns and advised me that she would look over everything including my paperwork and would return my call to discuss the matter further. While I waited to hear back from Robyn I started to Google her to find out information regarding her and her prior cases. I was in awe with the information that I found out but not really surprised due to the person I knew in high school. After researching Robyn for several hours I knew that she was the attorney that I wanted to handle my case if she deemed that I had one. Robyn returned my call a few days later and agreed to handle my case. From that point on Robyn has been very thorough with me, upfront about all of my options, and has worked tireless hours on my case as well as keeping me informed. Not only has Robyn been professional about handling my case, she has also been there to assist me through some dark times. I feel as if Robyn can sense when something is wrong and will call to check in on me. This has not been an easy journey but I could not have picked a better attorney to represent me during one of the worst times in my life. I cannot say enough good about Robyn as an attorney and person. I had a situation arise that needed legal assistance and eventually representation and I am beyond blessed that I was led to her. My Ex Did Not Get My Police Officer’s Pension Thanks to Delores Mayer
Delores did the near impossible: she kept my ex-wife’s hands off my police officer’s pension. When I tell other officers that Delores saved my pension in my divorce, they can’t believe it. You will need a specialist like Delores if you have a pension at stake. She also was able to get me full custody of my sons with my ex-wife paying child support to me. Delores was also very professional and took the time out of her busy schedule to talk to me about my case and listen to my concerns, even at night after I got off of my shift. Lawyers are like doctors, truly. We all hope that we never need one; but if we do, we want, and need, the absolute best. In respect to the absolute best, I can say that I found that in Brendan. As a person of color (more specifically a black male), I unfortunately encountered extreme racial aggression and discrimination on my job. As you might imagine, that alone brought with it great stress. Then, add having to deal with the legalities and legal battles that come along with that. Those two things combined are enough to drive anyone crazy, and they nearly did me. What made my legal journey different was Brendan. I can say unequivocally that he is one of the fiercest, most compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive legal advocates that I have ever encountered in life. Put simply, he does not play. I came to Brendan with a very troubling legal issue and he made me feel like he was on my side and explained the issues to me in a clear way I could understand. Mr Kloth helped out my in-laws with a lawsuit that was filed against them by the people they sold their house to. There was a water issue that popped up due to a lack of maintenance by the new owner of the property. My in-laws were being sued for $200,000. Mr Kloth was able to get them the information they needed to mount a successful defense. He laid out the costs of moving to a jury trial vs a settlement. After deciding to settle, he helped negotiate a settlement that was very favorable to my in-laws. We would strongly recommend Mr Kloth.

My case was a wrongful termination. I had a medical condition which required surgery. Two weeks after surgery my employer terminated me, even though the previous month my annual review was all positive and indicated everything was fine. To add additional injury I was over 60 years old yet not old enough to retire.
Like most everyone in the year long process for justice, I was under enormous emotional stress. Kaarin did not get wraped up in my emotions but stayed focused on the case.

As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.

I went to discuss an employment issue with Hans Nilge's firm. My employer had opted to not continue my contract. When I asked why I was told there was no reason. The company was based in another state where apparently you do not have to have a reason for termination when filing for unemployment. I had several follow up calls and emails asking for a reason but they insisted there was no reason. Each time I explained that I had to have a reason to file for unemployment in my state. Finally they said just to put down lack of work. When I filed for unemployment my claim was denied because the company had responded to the claim with a vague negative comment about me. I contested and immediately received my unemployment but was concerned the company may in the future say untrue negative things about me. Basically I wanted a letter sent to them demanding them to cease and desist from any potential negative comments against me. Han's firm listened to my story and suggested I open a class action against the employer because they had violated employment rules I didn't even know existed. I did not want to because I thought it would be stressful, but after listening I agreed. The processes was painless the company immediately offered to settle. I walked into Nilges Draher expecting to pay several hundred dollars to protect my professional reputation and I ended up with a very nice settlement! Nilges Draher even had my old company pay my legal fees! The team at Nilges Draher was very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
