Wow!! I am amazed at what Weber Law Office did for me. First, April. Amazing. I needed help, right away for my son(traffic). I called Weber law because of the ratings I saw online. April immediately assisted me during this emotional time and related. I work in customer, so to engage, and make me feel welcomed is not something that can be easily done. It wasn't transnational, all of my interactions with April and Mr. Weber were extremely memorable. That's what you need when you're going through a tough time. You want to know that you can trust and depend on the lawyer that you're hiring. I called on a Wednesday morning, probably when they first opened. By the afternoon, I had been in office, retained Mr. Weber, and had a court date for the next day. Literally Mr. Weber was able to do a walk in docket, and have the issue taken care of. Afterwards, he visited with me, my son, and mom, and we had a conversation about travel or something.
It's been a little over 2 weeks since I first called Weber law. The follow up has been phenomenal, both email and phone. If you're looking for a lawyer who will actually LISTEN to you, and make sure that you understand the process, with amazing follow through, Weber Law is what I who I would choose. After dealing with an appeal in a dissolved marriage it was hard to find a competent attorney but I was recommeneded to speak with Troy Klein and he was above and beyond my expectations. Things are not easy going through the break up with the love of your life but he came to me with common sense and practical ways to resolve the issues we had and we both were happy with the end result especially for what I paid compared to my first lawyer.

Lisa was excellent. She was very upfront and honest from day one. Before finding Lisa, I probably called 3 or 4 different lawyers. At the end of each 60 minute consultation I would find most of my questions unanswered and feeling just as confused and frustrated as before I called. I finally called Lisa and she answered all my questions and presented me with a plan to get my divorce started. I was finally getting somewhere! Lisa and Christie were professional, attentive, and patient when explaining the (sometimes confusing) legal process of a divorce and all the paperwork that comes with it. I used sarah in 2017 for an amendment to my original divorce settlement. She was recommended by a friend who had used her for a contentious divorce. I did not want to use my original family attorney and I was specifically looking for a strong negotiator.
Our first meeting (paid consultation in 2016) was extremely informative. My original settlement was poorly written and I wanted Sarah’s help in amending it. Sarah laid out a game plan and was very forthright about my options. She’s strategic, wise, and excellent communicator. She gives attorneys a good reputation too as she was very honest with her billing.
I only wish I had retained her for my original settlement as I believe I would have spent half the time litigating and would have had an air tight order.
My experience with Sarah was she’s a non nonsense, get the job done phenomenal negotiator who has the empathy to deal with sensitive, complex family issues and knowledge to litigate and resolve custody disputes. I highly recommend her.

Sarah was my attorney for an unforeseen divorce case in Fulton County - perhaps one of the best decisions I've ever made. From day one, and on short notice, Sarah guided me through the process, explaining the procedural issues and time frames, the legal and jurisdictional requirements, the parties involved and how they may affect the ultimate outcome, and my role in the process. She was also very transparent about fees and how I would be billed. Any time she and I needed to speak via phone, Sarah was extremely considerate of my time (and money) and made sure to answer questions in the most succinct way possible while providing me with just enough information to feel comfortable about key decisions. Sarah had an amiable relationship with our family law judge in Fulton County, which made me feel even more at ease with the divorce process. Always professional and poised, when Sarah did need to push opposing counsel to adhere to the rules of the court system, it was done in a firm yet polished way. From the first correspondence between our attorneys, it was clear that Sarah was leaps and bounds ahead of opposing counsel in education, skill, and relationships.
The bottom line is that Sarah provides top-notch legal counsel for an hourly rate which is half that of some other firms in Atlanta. If anyone ever needs any legal counsel related to divorce or family law, I will recommend Sarah McCormack without hesitation.

First, the most paramount part of a case is not the lawyer but being honest with your story and having the evidence to support it. If you go in wanting any lawyer to fight for something based off anger and vengeance, don’t get mad at them if they don’t win.
Mr. Marraffino and his team are ethical and compassionate. They will be straight forward with you and can assist you better if you are straight forward with them. I would suggest them to anyone I know in the area going through a family case, custody battle or divorce. After researching many other lawyers in the area we chose him based off of his years of experience in family law and his great reviews. After our first meeting with him and his team we felt confident in our choice.
During the 16 month arduous Custody and Divorce case they spent countless hours listening to our story, keeping notes and records, following up with us, taking tearful phone calls and they never backed down from the challenges presented to them. Overall, we felt seen, heard and supported by the team and never like it was just about a paycheck. They truly cared about the well being of the children and it was of much comfort knowing we all were fighting for the same thing. I took the help of Mr. Marraffino to fight my divorce case. Half the battle was already won when my husband came to know that I have hired such a reputed lawyer, and hence I did get an easy mutual divorce. Mr. Marraffino was not just a lawyer but also did a lot of counseling for me during these tough times, listening patiently despite being so busy. He is knowledgeable not only in divorce related issues, but I found him to have good knowledge in tax related matters as well. He also recommended me a women's shelter when I wanted to leave my husband's house. Above all, he does not try to prolong the case and keeps it as simple and finishes a case as fast as possible, in the best interest of the client. I found the farm to be client friendly, with a homely cozy environment rather than being too professional. Just the comfort and ease I needed at that moment. What began as a tough decision to find representation at a very difficult time, turned into a huge relief that helped me to protect my family's interests and needs. Catherine and her amazing staff helped me every step of the way, from consultation to the final judgement. Catherine was there, at any time, to answer my questions, address my concerns and explain every step of this process. My children and I were put in a difficult situation and Catherine walked me through it. At various times when I was unsure of what was in the best interests of my family, she explained the possible outcomes in a way that made it understandable and that allowed me to make the right decision. Words just can't express how grateful I am to have hired Alita as my attorney. I had a custody trial coming up in a month and my prior attorney could no longer help me. It was around the holidays and I was scrambling to find a new attorney. No response by a few, some not taking in any new clients, and a couple just seemed to not really care and gave a negative vibe. I had a two hour consultation with Mr. Lastra concerning my pending divorce and custody matter.
I have multiple children with my spouse, including a stepchild from their previous marriage whose life I've been a part of since they were very little. Shortly into our meeting, Mr. Lastra asked me about my children and whether our relationship was biological, and then explained very compassionately that - unfortunately - if it were contested by either or both of their biological parents, he would not be able to guarantee me custody of or access to my stepchild as a de facto parent. He assured me that if he were representing me and I truly did want to pursue it against all odds that he would do everything in his power to help, but cautioned that it would likely be a long and costly uphill battle with an uncertain outcome.
As heartbreaking as that was to hear, Mr. Lastra was the first lawyer to really prioritize and ask about my concerns for the children rather than choose to focus on my spouse and our finances and marital property. His honesty about that - the one outcome I care most about - gave me peace of mind that he wasn't just telling me what I want to hear to get me to sign his retainer.
Additionally, while his consultation was not free, without my even having to ask, Mr. Lastra was extremely considerate of my budget. At the very beginning of the meeting, he verified the hourly rate that I had been quoted previously and told me how long his consultations with other people typically lasted. Then, every twenty minutes or so, he was kind enough to let me know how much billable time had elapsed and allowed me to set the pace of our discussion accordingly.
Throughout the rest of our meeting, Mr. Lastra was both extremely inquisitive and educational. Rather than simply listen to my account of events, he engaged frequently, asking regular questions and taking notes. He also shared a wealth of his own knowledge, pulling from both general law and process as well as experiences gained from similar cases he'd handled in the past. During our consultation, I felt both well listened to and that I was speaking with an obvious expert.
Prior to our meeting, I had discussed this matter with a few other lawyers, and while they were all quite professional and empathetic, none of them felt like they were being as realistic with me about the possible timelines, outcomes, costs, and the availability of themselves and their associates to adequately represent me and my family's interests as Mr. Lastra did. Though his rates are above average, my first impression from my consultation is that there is very good justification for it. He has absolutely earned my endorsement.
