Mark was extremely helpful when I was dealing with a charge. He walked me through the steps in a way that I, someone with no experience with the legal system, was able to understand. He stayed in contact with me about how my case was progressing and what my options were. I was dealing with possible ramifications of my case on professional licensing. Mark was knowledgeable about this and also sought advice from colleagues who specialized in professional licensing to get me the best result. Ultimately his efforts led to my case being dismissed. I hired Mark Maciolek for a hearing and he defended me as expected. I had explained the circumstances and he sounded sure that it was a do-able case. Quiet, but methodical in his delivery in & out of court. He is knowledgeable about the law - he took time to question and explain strategy, he explained the need to remain flexible in our defense. We hired Scott to handle my son's DUI case. There was a mental health aspect to his case and Scott dealt with it with compassion and respect. His knowledge of the legal system when it comes to DUI cases is incredible then add mental health to that and Scott knew exactly what to do! He was able to get my son's DUI amended due to his mental health aspect. I do not believe other lawyers would have taken these extra steps. When I first contacted Andrew Yi, I had planned on meeting with several lawyers so I could shop around and really get one I was comfortable with, since my previous encounters had been pretty terrible. I've even had a lawyer call me AFTER the case was settled, only to bill me over $100 for a follow up phone call that lasted five minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going through all that again. But after meeting with Andrew, I knew I didn't need to talk to anyone else. Even though he told me exactly what to expect, he was still very reassuring and friendly. I never felt like I was just a client to him. He really seemed to care about me and my case from the very beginning. Not only that, but he showed incredible aptitude in the court room, and everything went so much smoother than I had imagined. He speaks the language of the prosecutors, and seemed to have no trouble getting what he wanted.

I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!
I Prayed that I would be Free of these bogus charges and have my boys. At the end of the day, Dave kept his word I have my Boys 50/50 and proved my innocence. Charges Dropped! Thank you Dave!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. I have had several lawyers over the years, from criminal defense to family law. Shaun has always been clear on the expectations of the three cases I have had with him, and bottom line is that he has WON ALL THREE CASES for me. Shaun is always VERY fast with getting back to me through email and text message. One last important issue that makes me give Shaun Khojayan a 5 star rating is that he always answers my questions without eating up my retainer (as long as it is a simple question). lawyers I have had in the past are not about wining my case. Mr. Dillon was very open and clear cut, he let me know all my options and told me what the court was most likely to do. He walked me through everything as this was my first time in court. I got 6 months probation with an OWI on my record with fines but the MIP was waived. Mr. Polverino is extremely competent and knowledgeable in complicated criminal defense cases focusing mostly on Santa Clara County. My case being excellently conducted from the first court date reduced charges to misdemeanor, to eventually dismissal after multiple court representations over the past seven months. He’s very calm and professional, and promptly responsive either personally by email or through his assistant Debra. I was involved in a domestic violent case, and I found Sam through online research. I talked to a few other lawyers before him, but I knew I needed to hire Sam after our initial consultation. We met face to face at his office. He carefully listened to my experience and walked me through the legal process. He is very experienced as he shared a lot more details about the District Attorney office than the other lawyers did, and he knows the current best way of convincing the DA to drop the case. He is also very genuine and down-to-earth. When I ask uncertain questions, he focuses on facts and does not over-promise anything. His legal pricing is competitive among all candidates, and when I asked if there is any room for discount, he honestly told me this was the lowest he would charge on a DA case. After I hired him, Sam and his assistant Debra answered all the questions I came up with. Luckily, my case was rejected before a preliminary hearing, and Sam voluntarily refunded two thirds of the legal fee and helped me request a detention certificate and sealed my arrest record. It was unbelievable. Honestly, I don't want to see any lawyers again. But if I get myself into troubles again, I wouldn't hesitate a second to hire Sam.

After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest.
