I will forever be grateful to Jonathan Rose and his assistant Julie Volk for guiding me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. At first I did not take my case seriously because I was convinced that the truth would prevail. I was wrong. When I learned that the DOH was investigating me for diversion I was shocked and after having a panic attack, I started calling every lawyer that popped up on google. I spoke to many attorneys who were very helpful but I chose Jonathan because he listened to all the details of the case and offered a clear plan on how we could reach the best possible outcome. We stuck to the plan and in the end, The Board of Nursing found no violation occurred and closed the case. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, do not assume that it will go away on its own. Whether you made a mistake or are completely innocent, I highly recommend you hire an attorney because the risk is too high to take on the DOH on your own. I truly believe that Jonathan Rose is the right man for the job.

Despite the fact that my case was pure fabricated it still allowed the prosecutor to press charges and repeatedly offered to admit that I am "guilty". Entering Liberty County on a poss < 1g enhanced indictment (while on bond for same offense in Garza County, TX) Mr. Schaffer, Liebermann & Sorreson (his team) negotiated a probated plea for me. The beauty of the plea was FACT, my first TDC # was 367859, second was 412479 & BOP # 16639-077. I would have screamed FANTASY from the highest mountain however this firm is the REAL DEAL! No unrealistic expectations along the way either, just straight to the point facts. Great post conviction work as well, the firm handled an appeal for me up to and through the 5th circuit and I ran out of defense funds or I think & believe in the US Supreme Court the case would have been reversed. If you need top shelf representation spend the money and retain this firm it is worth every dime. Good luck to all!!

I recently was charged with a serious felony offense. I went to see Mr. Schaffer and at first I was a little put off by the price. The several other lawyers that I spoke to were much cheaper, but since my freedom was at stake I decided to spend the money. Mr. Schaffer and his team sprang into action and they left no stone unturned. My case went to the grand jury and Mr. Schaffer made an excellent presentation that resulted in my case being nobilled and dimissed. I don't know if another lawyer could have got the same result, but I doubt it. I have my freedom and a clean record and I am totally satisfied with the way my case was handled. I would recommend him to anyone.

Kareem helped me get out of a very meticulous case, one that involved a serious yet completely false allegation with no evidence. Since I had a lot on the line, and needed someone with a lot of experience like Kareem to make this go away, I hired Kareem on the spot after speaking with Tsion. I needed this to go away with no damages whatsoever to begin with.

After I was arrested I searched for and spoke to numerous lawyers and felt no confidence. I began looking through the"Top 22 Lawyers" list and found the Law Offices of Daniel and Hudson. I spoke with the paralegal Brittany and she had a lawyer call me back within minutes. After speaking with the lawyer, Mr. Halstead (a military Veteran) I was more at ease and knew this was the right lawyer. The up front cost wasn't ridiculous and he was already making a plan on how to move forward. We spoke often at his office answering any questions I had and he also called me to let me know what was going on with my case. My charges were very serious and I was originally looking at a possible 25 years, but with his advice to hold out for a better outcome, it was 8 yrs, then it was just probation then it was dismissed. I owe it to Mr. Halstead for his knowledge of the criminal justice system and knowing when and how to present his case. I would "Highly" recommend Mr. Halstead in any criminal case because of his professionalism and knowledge base. Thanks to Mr.Halsted and his team (Brittany and Veronica) I got my life back!

Being in the accident was stressful, but they made everything after easier. Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time.
