Today I'm writing a review for someone who basically saved my life. I am a professional who started a career at a young age. Became a first responded right out of high school 30 years ago. My career has allowed me to help many people who were sick or injured, and I will humbley say that I have had the opportunity to know the feeling of saving a human life, and I have the awards to show for it. But last fall I encountered a legal issue that jeopardized my career and my financial stability. I decided I needed without any doubt to hire a lawyer who would literally hold my life in her hands. I have made many difficult decisions throughout my life and this decision now, was one that will determine how my life will be when all the legal issues were settled. Stevie Phillips was the lawyer I decided to trust with my life. Stevie immediately set up an appointment so we could meet, and discuss the options I had. She always answered my calls or texts as soon as she was able. In the end, charges were reduced and she was the one who save my life. I just want to give a big thank you to Stevie! Matthew Clemente far exceeded my expectations of a criminal defense attorney. January 4th to February 5th is how long my boyfriend was in jail. One month, that's it! He had 4 felony charges and Matt & Ben were able to get the felonies reduced to misdemeanors & 1 year probation with fines / court fees. Matt kindly texted me the good news immediately after court! He recommended I take the deal, which I did. But I remember very well he added if I did 2 years of the 5 years’ probation he would work to get me released sooner. Inside, I didn’t believe that would happen and he wasn’t being honest. But 2 years later to the date he followed through, and I was released from probation. And what a relief. Not being worried all the time. Yes, I had things to do on my end to make that happen. But I go to enough AA meetings and hear of similar offers people get and their lawyers do not follow through. Even when the person does their part. That is why I was lucky (grateful) to have him. That look he gave me in my eyes was sincere, even though at the time I wasn’t believing it.

Ryan was such a god-send to us when my minor daughter found herself in an unfortunate legal situation that could have had serious repercussions for her future. Mr. Hall guided me through every step of my first DWI offense. I didn’t lose my license and didn’t have to go to court. He initiated an alternative to get me in the pre-trial diversion program.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr. Modafferi by a friend who had previously had excellent results with him. I called his office number, and was told by the peeson who answered the phone, that Mr. Modafferi was not available because he was in court, so left my name and number and asked for him to call me. In situations like this, hoping and waiting for call back is not what you want to do, however, I was pleased to receive a call beack from Mr. Modaferri less than 3 hours later. He was very friendly and seemed to be detail oriented. He then scheduled an appointment the next evening, which was actually after their normal business hours. After going through the facts of my case, he assured me that he would would make my experience as stress free as possible. This was an understatement. Gary was very good about returning my calls, and keep me up to date and informed with what was going on with my case. Gary won my case, and obtained a result that put the issue to rest for good. His rates a very reasonable. I hope that I never need his services again, but if I do, I will go back to him without any second thought. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I never had to hire any type of Attorney before my case and I made a great choice. I found Gary, thanks to Von the computer genius, who told us how amazing he was. Ughh, what a nightmare my life could have become, if I had not been fortunate enough to find Attorney Dakota Martin. I was wrongfully accused by the state for a crime I did not commit. Attorney Martin was beyond dedicated to ensuring I was not steamrolled by the state by clearly explaining the situation and tirelessly working to expedite a positive outcome in my case. When I wanted to take the easy plea bargain, he discouraged me from doing it, which ultimately led to my case being dismissed. I was facing 10 years in federal prison. First off I had a warrant for my arrest. I contacted Craig Kadish and hired him to represent me. Within 2 days the warrant was squashed and I had a court date issued.
I allegedly owed $5,000 for damages to the car that was taken. At the first appearance we made a deal that didn't require me to plead guilty, which I was very happy about. At the second and final appearance the plaintiff didn't even show up! I can't promise that Craig will make your plaintiff disappear but he sure made mine!!!!!

I consulted with this attorney, and although I don't think I am the right fit as a client of their firm, I do think I would've came out on top with this gentleman in my corner. We talked for a little over 34 minutes and in that time he shared valuable knowledge about how we could go about this, what the possible outcomes could be, what to expect price wise, and even strategy wise in regards to meeting with his team. He also seemed very upbeat and on the ball with getting all of the relevant information and determining how to utilize it in the most effective ways. I thank you for your time and the service you are providing to our community. He also talked about how their firm is asked by the Bar association to donate and how they attend some government officials yearly parties and such, meaning they are also well connected with these people and work with them regularly. The only reason I couldn't go with this guy (although I wanted to) was the price - and I'm not saying him and his firm aren't worth it, I truly believe they are, but as a ~21 year old (staying vague for privacy) saving up for a car the price he told me was 1/4 of what I received from insurance for my totaled vehicle, and I just couldn't at this time justify that purchase in my head when I am needing other, tangible assets at this time. I was frank with him and more or less told him this, and he tried to assure me it was worth it to not risk losing my freedoms or having this backfire, which I don't disagree with, but again, I can't justify that spending on a single day in court for something I didn't even do... Thanks again to Thomas for teaching out, not only once, but twice after I missed his call and couldn't catch him when I returned it. Maybe someday in the future when I am more financially stable I will utilize your services to the fullest!

It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways. Anna was very understanding and considerate of my situation and wanting to get my case taken care of right away. As soon as I hired her, she jumped right on it, contacting the DA's office, and got them to not file the charge that was pending against me. She was also able to talk to my parole officer, and submit a document from the DA stating they were not picking up the charge for me. My parole then lifted the blue warrant off of me. This all got settled within a matter of days, and my parole officer said I was really lucky, that this usually doesn't happen with a family violence charge. All thanks to Anna for getting this done!

Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition.
