Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. As soon as I hired Robert Sparks he was able to not only get me quality time within 3 months, but within 6 months he got me a 50/50 time sharing even after many false allegations from mom to DCF about child abuse. Those allegations were dismissed within a day!! If you want a sharp aggressive lawyer but can also show empathy from you to the judge, then hire Robert Sparks attorneys!! THEY WILL GET RESULTS!

I cannot recommend Andres Ortiz enough! He was able to keep my Father from getting deported despite an extensive and complicated criminal history. A case highly challenging that no other immigration attorney dared to undertake. I consulted and hired the wrong immigration attorneys until my colleague and good friend (also an immigration attorney and previously a USCIS employee) suggested Andres Ortiz. She told me that “If Andres can’t help you, then nobody can”. Andres quickly rose and surpassed all expectations. The case lasted approximately four (4) years and although Andres moved law firms to ultimately opening his own practice, he always maintained us informed and up to date on my Father’s case. We never once felt that Andres was unresponsive or unsure on the progression of the case. Andres ensured we were kept up to date on new applicable case law that could assist our case and ensured we were thoroughly prepared for all court hearings, especially when rendering testimony. Furthermore, Andres was exceptionally prepared at all court hearings, a quality I have personally witnessed often lacking in other Immigration attorneys. Andres was so meticulously prepared at all court hearings to the extent the Immigration Judges would thank him for his exceptional work. Our entire family if forever grateful to Andres for helping us keep our Father with his family. I highly recommend Andres to all family, friends and general public. Bottom line, if Andres cannot help you with your case, then no one can.

Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling! And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. They had so much work to do to make this happen, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. Nick and Paul were professional, courteous, and hard working. We are very appreciative.

When I called, Alex immediately responded to my vehicle inquiry and sorrows surrounding the repairs. After providing him with all the purchase documents and repair documents he was able to tell me that I definitely had a breach of warranty case against the manufacturer.
It took some time (dealing with a large motor company) but they eventually paid for my lack of use of the car (always in the shop) and also paid for the lawyer fees.
Alex was able to help me win my settlement. I would have had no idea where to start. If this happens to anyone around me I'd tell them to call Alex. Very helpful and professional!

An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. I have an attorney in my family, but decided to go with a dental-specific attorney for purchasing a dental practice. Now after going through the process, I am very glad I did. From the LOI to the APA and P&S all the way through the closing day, the Eskow Group went above and beyond to keep us safe from the many pitfalls in a convoluted transaction like ours.
I met Jon at the Yankee Dental Conference and shortly after found a practice to purchase. I reached out to him and he gave me some great advice to start with, even before signing our engagement letter. Once we started the process of purchasing the practice, we worked closely with Samara Bell, who is an attorney you definitely want on your side. She is sharp, critical, and friendly and will look out for you at every turn. I was especially impressed with their ability to keep everything organized. Our transaction was fairly complex - it involved buying the practice and the real estate under different entities, simultaneously. The seller's legal team was very difficult to work with, but Samara and Jon handled all of these issues with poise. In terms of pricing, their rates are very reasonable and in my opinion, worth every penny. I recommend them to every one of my dental colleagues.
