If you’re reading this page like I was several months ago you’ve probably found yourself in a tight spot. Trying to determine the right attorney for your matter can be difficult, but it can make a huge difference in your life. Personally, I had no idea who to go with initially based off internet research, until I spoke with Mr. Rubenstein. I had entered a new reality the night I was arrested and was not familiar with justice system nor its processes, terms/language, or timelines. Mr. Rubenstein explained everything upfront with clear language, detailing challenges and outcomes. Don’t expect your problem to go away over night as legal matters tend to move at their own pace. Your attorney can only do so much for you, it’s important to note your behavior and attitude can go a long way with the courts even before your initial appearance. So be patient and keep a level head. With that being said, given the facts of my case, Mr. Rubenstein was able to mitigate the trouble I caused myself to where I will only have a small blemish on my record compared to what I was facing. I would say he did a great job working with both myself and the courts to obtain a favorable outcome. Hopefully I will never need him again, but should that day happen I would call him again.

We hired Scott to handle my son's DUI case. There was a mental health aspect to his case and Scott dealt with it with compassion and respect. His knowledge of the legal system when it comes to DUI cases is incredible then add mental health to that and Scott knew exactly what to do! He was able to get my son's DUI amended due to his mental health aspect. I do not believe other lawyers would have taken these extra steps. I am forever grateful to Scott for taking our case and being so diligent in the process!

Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Everything in relation to my license ended up working out and Sam played a huge role in ensuring that this was the outcome. My Mother hired Mr. Carron on my behalf and he turned out to be the best lawyer that I ran across in many years, he will give his input on things that may be better handled in a different perspective then yours and consult with you before making any changes that you felt strong about. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

After falling victim to an arrest for an OUI, Attorney Nicholas Howie was immediately recommended to me from someone who had successfully worked with him in clearing a past OUI off their own record. Not only was Nick easy to contact, but he was able to be in court for me the very next day.
I felt confident after our first interaction based on how knowledgeable Nick was and the level of experience he’s had with cases like mine. He was thorough in explaining the process and transparent with all possible outcomes, so that I could appropriately set my expectations. He was able to communicate clearly and respond to all my questions in a timely manner, whether at our in-person meetings or through a quick phone call/ text message. He recommended I take the deal, which I did. But I remember very well he added if I did 2 years of the 5 years’ probation he would work to get me released sooner. Inside, I didn’t believe that would happen and he wasn’t being honest. But 2 years later to the date he followed through, and I was released from probation. And what a relief. Not being worried all the time. Yes, I had things to do on my end to make that happen. But I go to enough AA meetings and hear of similar offers people get and their lawyers do not follow through. Even when the person does their part. That is why I was lucky (grateful) to have him. That look he gave me in my eyes was sincere, even though at the time I wasn’t believing it.
