Words simply don’t do enough to express my genuine gratitude for Young and her Teams support in handling my husbands immigration case. Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys.
I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

I found Mr Perry through a friend who is an attorney himself. My attorney friend did not know Mr Perry personally, but told me that he had an exemplary reputation as a litigator among other attorneys. My friend advised me that if I was looking for the best criminal defense attorney in the area that I should strongly consider Brian Perry.
I took his advice and hired Brian for my case. From the start I was impressed with him. Our initial meeting was casual yet down to business, I felt like Brian was on my side and was going to fight for me through this process. He was a straight shooter who immediately went to work looking at different avenues that we could use to fight this.
I really appreciated that he had a set price for each stage of the process, rather than charging by the hour. I had previously used an attorney who was hourly, and I was afraid to email, text, or call him because I knew that was going to result in a charge. With Brian I knew what each phase was going to cost, and I didn't have to worry about some question that I had costing me $300. I also really appreciate it that I knew what the general cost we're going to be up front depending on how things went with the case. It was a weight off my mind knowing what I was looking at as far as cost rather than it being some open book where at the end I get a surprise bill.
Throughout the process Brian was available via text to me when I had questions that came up. His assistant Kara was extremely responsive, always getting back to me within an hour. I really cannot say enough about the guidance that they provided through this difficult time. I hope to never need their services again, but if I ever find myself needing an attorney, I will be sure to hire Brian Perry again.

From my first contact with the firm to the very end, Logan and the firm were there for me 100%. I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.

Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case. Trial lasted a week but it only took the jury maybe 15 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY. He was expensive but worth every penny. I owe him my freedom and will always be grateful for what he did for me.

Cordt Cullen Akers seems to lack the strategic foresight needed for effective defense. My experience was particularly disappointing as he pushed for a plea deal without thoroughly reviewing the evidence. This was especially frustrating when other defendants in the same case had their charges dismissed, suggesting the case might have lacked merit. His background as a former prosecutor might not translate well into defense strategy, leading to decisions that could be seen as overly cautious or misaligned with the client's best interests. I would caution against hiring him if you're looking for aggressive defense or a thorough case review. His approach might not be suited for everyone, especially in cases where a nuanced defense is crucial.

It involves 3 hospitals in lurking (wound care,)chi hospital in livingston and kingwood hospital on 59 I was referred to wound care by my dialysis team was told I needed to b in hospital because she said she could feel bone inside a hole infected bottom right foot but didn't have a podiatrist on staff and sent me to livingston hospital(same chain) was told there he has seen boils worse than that gave me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me home there was a exray done of my foot at livingston it stated the bone was infected .I couldn't deal with pain any longer my whole leg was real red by this time went to kingwood hospital on 59 and is a part of chi hospital chain. 1st cut off my right toe after 3 to 4 days sent me to rehab part of hospital where the nurse that checked me in,told me to sit on the bed she put no bed rIls up and I feel on cement floor when I woke up they told me 5hey incubate me (for a right toe amputation) they called my son In middle of night and asked permission to incubate me to save my life, I was supposed to b there for at max a week ,ended being there 16 to 19 days all took place last Parton may till end of June. Very professional. Very open and friendly. Provided me with his cell phone so if I had questions I could contact him anytime. At first I wasn't sure with Jerry because he was in the Bay Area and I am in the valley. Didn't know if he would take my case. However, after speaking with him on the phone I knew I found the right attorney. He explained the entire process, what would be needed and what to expect. Seldom did I have any surprises. We gathered information and statements. Jerry put everything together and setup the first court hearing. He was successful in helping me get my 1203.4 (Dismissal). Next we moved on to the Certificate of Rehabilitation. He appeared with me at my interview and several continuations waiting for the DA to finish their report. The day finally came on November 18. My COR was submitted and approved by the judge. With that I was also cleared from the 290 Registration List. It was a long process, but well worth it. In 2000 I was convicted of a very serious felony drug charge. I was 20 years old. I came from a good home, graduated high school early and made great achievements in sports. I started to hang out with the wrong crowd, which eventually led me to be in a horrible drug charged relationship. I got my life back together, graduated college and went back into sports. However, everywhere I went this felony affected my life. It was hard to get a good job. Interviewers were interested in me, but as soon as they found out I had a felony I could see it in their eyes and body language…disappointment. I continually felt guilt and shame throughout my life, when all I was trying to do is be a better person.
