My fiancé was falsely accused of a Robbery with a Firearm in 2017. He sat in the Lake County jail for 11 months and if found guilty he could've faced 10 years to Life. Nicholas Stack beat his case and he was found not guilty and walked away the same day. I highly recommend any and everyone to this man. He was very dedicated, straight forward and he meant business. No one ever thinks they will be in this situation of needing a lawyer because your son was selling drugs. Carter was not the original lawyer my son hired. That lawyer was dishonest and we felt like we were sinking in quicksand. We didn't know who we could trust or where to turn. Our son was in one of the county jails when he heard about Carter from another inmate. She made no promises but gave us confidence that she was on our side and explained every step of the way. For the first time in months we felt like we weren't sinking in that quicksand. We weren't asking for miracles but a fair defense for our son. She was by his side during the entire long process and updated us whenever anything changed. I don't know what would of happened to my son and us if our paths had not crossed with Carter. She follows through and delivers.

Brittany Kessler is an incredible lawyer and human, for that matter. I had a very unfortunate and upsetting experience in which I was booked for speeding, being on my cell phone and a DWAI. I blew under .08 so wasn’t booked for a DUI but what a DWAI means for your record while not criminal is still a terrible blemish. I was visiting NY from CA so there was the added layer of my being from out of State. Brittany was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and concerns and was kind, empathetic and patient when explaining the way the system works. She even contacted a CA attorney to clarify what may happen to my license there, should I be convicted. She was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is so professional but also truly cares. She made the process bearable. Because of her good relationship with the Court, she was able to have my DWAI dropped and replaced with two much minor tickets. She put together a thoughtful, well researched and powerful case in my defense and I feel so grateful and lucky to have had her in my corner. She’s the very best. I highly recommend Mr. Anthony P. Troiani to anyone who needs legal advice. I can honestly say I trust him and felt throughout the long process, he truly cared for my case as if it were his own.I was charged and jailed, alleged DWI. Shortly thereafter made my phone call and phoned a friend who left a message after hours with Mr. Troiani' s office. Mr Troiani contacted the jail personnel, exchanged information with authorities and a left message for myself all before 8:00 a.m. This city was not home for Mr. Troiani or myself. He continued to gather information from the DA, multiple expert witnesses’ documents, made multiple court dates requiring plane travel. He communicated well and established rapport with prosecutors, as if they were his home town friends and resolved the case without my receiving a trial, DWI conviction, probation, community service, and only a $100.00 fine and minimal court costs. I feel confident that this fine would have been avoided had I risked a jury trial and spent several more months waiting on a trial.

I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.

Mr. Safford helped my son with his speeding ticket from Oct. 2015 to Dec. 2015. My son had above 100 mph speeding citation. Since he was tried as adult and is 17 year old, the outcome for the case looked grave. In fact, the judge was so determined to teach the teenage a lesson; he refused to let the case go when the officer did not show up in court. Mr. Safford understood my son’s worries and the teenage mentality. He planned a strategy for the next scheduled court date.
