Yeah, that attorney Garrett. I had two cases handled for me. He did absolutely nothing except looked at the discovery and accepted the first plea deal offer that they had for me 10 out of 10 would not recommend I would rather go with browning law form. They have better lawyers and they can beat massive cases like attempted homicide attempted homicide, attempted home invasions they have plenty of experience in cases like those so a DUI would be much more simpler case for them. Do not go here if you are a person of color also, I just wanna leave out the fact that he told me that I might get off easier if I had a “liberal” judge whatever on earth that means because I am a full blooded Republican. They need to lose their bar license for their prejudice practice. Might even call around a few political peers of his to see this this is common behavior.

This lawyer took on my case 03/2023 and had me sign a contract hiring him and then all of sudden completely ghosted me 10/2023. So I don't know if he settled my case and took the money or what but now I am having to get another lawyer to look into my case, start over, and check to see what this lawyer did. So definitely do not hire this lawyer he is very shady!

Kevin Lessman is my attorney and has been for two years now. He is persistent on about me taking more of an interest in my defense. After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues. I ended up losing faith in their ability to take care things, so I am taking my business elsewhere after all this wasted time. I expected more professionalism and competence from this firm.

Was recommended to Zach from a different law firm since my case was in a different county. I originally gave 5 stars because my OVI got dropped but I'm changing to 3 stars because my license is still suspended and I'm frustrated looking back on how everything went. Zach indicated to me several times that I would be able to get my license back before and after the trial. I asked about appealing early on and after, but we never tried. Communication was hard at times and especially after my case was officially closed. I have a much better understanding of Ohio law and very happy my OVI was dropped with the evidence that worked in my favor, but I'm disappointed in the false hope, lack of communication, and lack of effort to try to get my license back.
