Maybe good at other law. Didnt see that with this criminal case. It was gonna a challenge but....$50,000 for taking the case and $27,000 for trial with just a 1/3 of the $27,000 returned after being convinced the Trial may not be the best route.
Chewing gum & rocking in his chair at sentencing. Barely spoke to the Judge, his assistant. Sam did his work for him.
( She needs her own practice, having her own legal firm would be successful.)
I don't understand the 4 stars either.
And yes....still got the 10yr sentence.
Hhhmmmm.
Don't believe all the hype. Do ur homework because you will be doing his work for him.
Don't sign anything his request without someone else reading it also. Clarity was a huge issue here.

Best Attorney you'll EVER FIND,FOR A MALPRACTICE CASE!! He couldn't have worked any harder for me than he did! I ended up with him, on a whim of a recommendation from a different attorney after I'd been passed down to some new Atty that just wanted to get it settled,done and over, wanting me to settle for $11k total with him getting 40% of that & so on! He was quick and to the point. I was in a bad situation with a guardianship gone wrong. it took him about 3 months to get everything finalized. He saved my family alot of heartache and trouble. I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable.
When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody.
It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable.
I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time.
I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Navigating through the legal system can seem to be an overwhelming task. When my wife and I needed legal help we contacted Mr. Bugni for help. I was referred to Charles Thompson to represent me in court after my arrest in West University, Houston, TX. My court date came much more quickly than I had expected, so I called him the day before I was expected in court, and he began representing me. He was not pushy, but quickly and fully informed me of the levity of my situation. His retainer was more reasonable than other quotes I received. He helped me build a positive defense from day 1. He was also familiar with the court of West University and several prosecuting attorneys, so he confidently explained the process that he would go through in trying to resolve my case. I checked in with him once per week while attending college out of state. He inquired with West U and its attorneys about my case, view dashboard camera footage, and communicated all findings to me. A few months later, my case was dismissed and I never had to return to Houston or personally appear in court.

Roy Scott is the worst attorney, people do not hire him..yes him and his assistant Debbie will make promise over promise and they can be talking for so long on any questions you might have but as soon as you give them the payment they’re couple of millions they charge they won’t answer u again and if you call to the office the secretary just tells you he is not available and after calling so many times she just hangs up and if you call again she won’t answer cause they have caller ID the worst persons don’t ever think they will help on any type of case he is too old and can’t even hear what the judge or anybody present at court is saying he is not capable anymore he is a very old man

Attorney P.J. Mitchell did an excellent job defending me of fraud charges. He reduced the original 17 charges down to 4 by fighting very hard. He entered a plea for amending the last 4 charges and it was acceptable to the prosecutor. Thanks to him I was spared to serve a long sentence. If you don't call P.J. Mitchell, he has vast experience, you may put your freedom in jeopardy. Best defense attorney ever.

Absolutely disgusted with how he dealt with me . Very rude called me in the middle of a shift and had an attitude because I couldn’t talk once I could talk. He basically started talking at me and not to me. Very passive aggressive. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I did not feel like my issue could be resolved from the first 30 seconds I spoke to him.

I was wrongfully arrested for a Class A misdemeanor and Tyler was able to have my case dismissed. A standup gentleman who is attentive, responded to all my messages, calls and concerns. I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!
MY GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!!
Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!

He is a rude person only likes to email or text can't call his phone it goes straight to voicemail. Made me feel like he was working against me instead of for me. I had to do allot of my own foot work to get out of jail while he told me to stop trying to put in for programs. He basically in my eyes stole my money I only seen him once in person he didnt even have the common courtesy to go over my plea agreement with me in person he did it over the phone. Once I fired him he sent me another clients PSI report it just shows how unprofessional he really is. Me firing Harvey skees blessed me with a better attorney who has my best interest at heart and it he was court appointed. So if u have a serious case I truly recommend you find someone better or use a public defender rather than use Harvey skees

I was arrested for fleeing a police officer. I was traveling from Missouri to ND. I wanted to drive to a safe, well-lit area since I was a female driving alone, late at night, in the middle of now where. I slowed down and put my blinker on to acknowledge I would be pulling over. I ended up tack stripped and arrested at gun point.
Prosecutor wanted one year probation.
Harvey knew how to handle the situation. He did all the work. I ended up with a year unsupervised however after that one year I will have nothing on my record.
This was all handled with me in Missouri and out of court.
I am pleased with the outcome.
