It was my first time facing a felony in my life. Had I been found guilty, I would have jeopardized my custody of my daughter and my career. I needed an aggressive criminal defense attorney and I had one opportunity to get it right, and I did exactly that by hiring Attorney Morgan Caruso. She was able to get the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor, with other charges dismissed. I left the court that day with a small fine to pay and what felt like my entire world still intact. The amount of time, effort, and dedication she puts into each case makes every dollar worth it. She doesn’t treat her clients as just another case — she genuinely cares and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Even when I was already satisfied, she kept pushing until she was sure everything was handled to perfection.
Before finding Ruzanna, I had this unrealistic expectation of lawyers based on shows like Suits and Law & Order. After a while, I assumed no attorney in LA could match that level of expertise and charisma — until I was referred to attorney Poghosyan.

John is very dishonest person, I got threatened numerous times that he will withdraw if I insist to not plea guilty.

From the start you can tell that he genuinely cares and he really knows what he is doing and he makes you feel that you are in good hands and that he will do his very best to fight for you. My grandson was involved in an incident in which he was arrested and booked for some very serious felony and misdemeanor charges . A gun, under the influence and drugs and a vandalism charge was very concerning. We were so fortunate to have obtained Mr. Babcock as his attorney to represent him. Relying on a personal friend for a recommendation and reading the positive reviews we could not have been more pleased with our decision to retain his services. All reviews are true to his representation as he was always in touch with us every step of the way. He asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. His recommendations to us were followed to ensure that our cooperation would help with a successful outcome for my grandsons court appearance. This week when we appeared for the court appearance Mr. Babcock came out of judges chambers after discussing the case with the judge and the DA . He gave us the good news that the felony charges were dropped and now reduced to two misdemeanor charges! No drug charge and there would be NO jail time. One year probation with no need to report but to submit proof back to the courts within 6 months of 40 hours community service, attend 25 DA meetings and take a gun safety course Restriction for not having a gun for one year probation period and his confiscated gun would be destroyed. He will pay a fine for the vandalism damage as requested by the homeowner and a minimal $150 for court fine. We could have not asked for a better outcome. Our many thanks to him for saving a young man from time in jail or prison. He will now go on to look back on this and be thankful that he was represented by someone who cared about his future.

Russell Babcock and Logan Noblin What can I say about Russell and Logan, along with Anna Yum and the rest of the incredible team....they saved my life and got me back home to my family! From the start Russell was very skeptical and realistic of my charges, and the likelihood that things would go my way. As our relationship grew and more details and facts about the case came out, things slowly started to change. He and Logan really started to believe in me. As the case kept going, with the DAs reluctance to see this for what it was, Russell, Logan and Anna, continued to have the difficult talks of the realities and risks of continuing on towards trial, and not agreeing to take a plea deal for something I was innocent of. I appreciated their willingness to have the hard talks. It was an incredibly horrible position to be in, but with their belief in me, it helped me push forward. Unfortunately the DA did push things to trial. Right from the start of trial, I couldn't help but feel confident. From Russell's unmatched experience, and his incredible mind that is always thinking of every angle and working non stop, to Logan's cool, calm presence and complete control of the courtroom. They were the perfect team! They bounced questions and ideas off each other the entire trial. Their preparation showed every step of the way. They were always courteous to the judge, related things to jurors, had great questioning of the witnesses, and came out on top with every exchange with the DA. Results were unanimous,not guilty verdict within one hour of deliberations! Russell and Logan were total rock stars from start to finish. Anna Yum was amazing and knew exactly the right pair to assign to take on my case. 5 stars in every way!! I would not only refer them to anyone I know that finds themselves needing a defense lawyer, but I would not let them go with anyone else! Thank you Anna, Russell, Logan, Jorge, and everyone else that helped on my case, and is a part of this amazing law firm!!

Under the circumstances, he stopped and listened. The full case was a bit much. He looked into the person and the case. He did battle with the legal system for the person not the crime. He looked into the persons past and set them up for the best future based on what the person showed him. I was amazed at his approach to the situation. He looked for facts that most people overlook. During the hardest most emotional day of my life Michaela not only fought for me and my rights as a mother, but she gave me the confidence I needed to hold my head high. I walked into family court without a lawyer for over 3 years because I could not afford an attorney. Always leaving the courthouse feeling completely defeated and powerless. But, when I finally got my trial date I realized that I was too emotionally attached to this case to represent myself. So, I hired Michaela. I heard she was the best. I wasn’t sure I even knew what that meant at the time. But after watching her in action I can honestly say that she is absolutely the BEST! She fought as if my daughter was hers. She found evidence to prove my entire case. Evidence that other lawyers didn’t even notice. When it started to feel like I was loosing, she helped me keep my composure. My husband and I eloped last year in 2023 and for months, I searched for a lawyer who can help me apply for my permanent residency visa. The first lawyer we met did not seem like very helpful AT ALL and all she wants is your money. However, when one of my friends recommended Terry Olsen, I immediately booked an appointment with him the next day. I tell you, I have never met a lawyer who is very passionate about what he does, treats you like a friend/family with his life and marriage advice and who's immensely willing to help you in any situation. Terry WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND !! He even asked his wife to edit my 2x2 picture because the lighting is too dark and he does not want me to go back to CVS to get it redone for the 3rd time and pay again for the printing. They are also very detailed with what documents we need to provide to make sure my case won't be denied or USCIS will not ask for more evidence after we file. We filed for PR Dec2023 and in less than a year.... I finally got APPROVED and got my PR ID(Green Card). Massive Thank you to Terry and his whole Team/Family. I will certainly place a recommendation for the legal referral service provided by my employer, to drop his firm from the directory because he and his secretary, Maria, are of no help at all. The person answering the phone is extremely professional, but forget everything getting any of these guys calling you back. I wouldn't give them any stars, but for the person who answered the phone. If you need an attorney that is there for you you, these guys are NOT IT.
