Wrokno and Lowen are amazing, no matter your charges. They do free sit down consultations, and you can tell that they care. My Employer went with this firm during 2020 For my immigration services to file the 485 Application, They charged 3X than any other competent law firms but they delayed my application delays and costed me 4 years and nothing helped. They were supposed to send on 10/22 but sent on 10/30/2022 because they sent along with other applicants but we paid more fee. we fed hefty fee for bad advices and we regret going with this law firm.Hope this helps to others(It was only one application from our firm and paid as good as 3 you can understand the pain)

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Jennifer Locke did the worst job representing me. There was very little communication with her during the process and when she did contact me she was yelling at me. She told me she couldn’t request items like split costs for extracurricular, life insurance, college funds, etc. She told me I couldn’t request to put in MSA yo have contact with grandparents after death. She pushed me to drop all 2 yrs of back pay and give in to extended visitation. And refused to fight for medical and psych custody, even though my ex hadn’t been in my kids lives for 2 years. It has been 2 years and I have learned from other attorneys what she did was so wrong. She just wanted the money with no work to represent me. She once put me on hold and didn’t realize I could hear her conversation with my ex’s lawyer and she was acting as if they were friends. I was told I would receive an official copy of my decree and I never received it. Only an email copy. Please please stay away.

Thanks to Mr, Locke's, my husband is out of jail . I hired him on Tuesday he went over the case with me, he told me with $2,000 he would have his MTR lifted an a bond set , with in 36 hours he did exactly what he said he was gonna do an by the following Tuesday my husband was home.. due to the over conpacity of the jail that's why it took as long as it did for him to be released. I wish I could say nice and positive things about Ms.Locke and her paralegal Alisha. My whole experience was waiting for answers, direction and disappointment. Always conflicting and misleading information. I never felt secure in the information I was given and when meditation came it was more of a reunion and when time came to talk about my needs it was "standard" for mom and dad to have this and that rather than looking at the best interest of the child as they kept stating and his special needs. In the end I was not fully happy with what I got and felt as if I was more of a payment check for them and went to the next.
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this law firm.

Gretchen was 100 percent on my side from the minute we met! I was wrongfully accused of 2 major felonies and could have been put in prison for a long time! Gretchen went above and beyond what a public defender would ever do! She stayed in contact with my family and friends to keep me updated while I was behind bars! She is awesome and when my charges were dismissed I felt the right of the world was off my shoulders she is excellent lawyer and I appreciate her hard work and I think she should get a medal for what she did for me!

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. Kevin Gordon is the most incompetent attorney. He did not answer my calls or emails. He did not pay attention to details in forms when filing with the city and documents were returned, then he did not follow through, but tell me that he was busy with something else. Even the opposing party threatened him with reporting him to the bar. He drafted a settlement that did not protect me as his client. At the end, he just told me to get another attorney. Wow. It is unfortunate that his practicing.

Very unhappy with the outcome of my case. It was handled unprofessionally. And l fought with the attorney the whole way. I had to file with the BAR twice. I hired Legacy and was told will take it to trial. During mediation l was told to settle today or l could lose everything, because they were not going to represent me in court. Then the attorney settled the case against my will. I was forced to settle for considerably less than the original trust stated.

Mark was the most difficult person to speak with and when we would speak, he treated it like he was always in a rush to get me out the door. I never felt that Mark had my best interest at heart and was made to feel as if I was a bother for all the questions I had. I’ve never been in trouble before so of course I had questions. So fast forward to the end of the case. We felt as if Mark wasn’t interested in talking with the Prosecutor and when he did, he didn’t seem to fight on my behalf. So, when it came time to agree on a settlement, I trusted that Mark had my best interest at heart. The DOL revoked my license for 365 under admin suspension after the DUI, then after the conviction, they tacked on another 365 days for a total of 2 years. I have come to find out that Mark could have negotiated my license suspension from 365 days to 90 days which he never even discussed with me. I asked Mark about it before the hearing, and he said it should only be the original 365 days. Then I get the letter from the DOL a few weeks later that it is in fact a 2 yr. revocation.
