Attorney Miglore is THE G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times) when it comes to Criminal Law. He was able to do what others said would NEVER EVER happen. My spouse had an issue that he was grandfathered into when the laws changed which was out of state that required him to register as a sex offender. We lived in Illinois for a brief period and to be in compliance with the law he had to register. The out of state Judge granted an order to remove him from the registry nationally. Since we lived in Illinois briefly, he was on the registry and was told that he would be on the Ilinois registry for the rest of his life, even though we don't reside there anymore. Hiring Attorney Miglore was the BEST DECISION of our lives. He was victorious in getting my spouse removed off of the Illinois registry, I mean REMOVED COMPLETELY. My wife received a ticket for not properly stopping by a school bus in a school zone. it was total B.S. she was stopped the bus was moving with his sign out! Naturally there was a ticket maid from the government to watch and nail her with a ticket. He probably sits there all day. Its just another revenue generator for local government. Its a very serious ticket because they threaten to restrict or suspend your license ( its all about kids safety right?lol) Plus she works as a nanny and submits to background checks. she was interviewing with a couple when this happened and this ticket came up in a check on care.org and they suspended my wife's account like she was guilty!!! what happen to innocent until proven guilty. it was a real mess.
Sal got it changed to a changing lanes violation with online drivers improvement school and a probation period. These over paid ticket maid are out to nail you and generate revenue for the local government. thats their real job. Do not let them steal from you. You have rights. Hire Sal!
To end a bright note the couple hired my wife with a four year contract. They said everyone knows what the cops are up to so it didn't bother them in the least.

Cory came highly recommended to me. I'd heard that he was a near legend miracle worker in the courtroom (a repeated D.U.I case that might have ended up really bad, he made really right.) . But I"d never needed a D.U.I. fixed. However! Crazy things can happen when you least expect it--a police officer going through your purse and finding EXACTLY the wrong thing for instance. Mr. Garcia was recommended to me when my daughter was arrested on a first-offense DWI charge. Soon after our initial phone conversation, he went to check on my daughter and to reassure her, which was a huge thing for us in these uncharted and very scary waters. My fiancé was falsely accused of a Robbery with a Firearm in 2017. He sat in the Lake County jail for 11 months and if found guilty he could've faced 10 years to Life. No one ever thinks they will be in this situation of needing a lawyer because your son was selling drugs. Carter was not the original lawyer my son hired. That lawyer was dishonest and we felt like we were sinking in quicksand. We didn't know who we could trust or where to turn. Our son was in one of the county jails when he heard about Carter from another inmate. She made no promises but gave us confidence that she was on our side and explained every step of the way. For the first time in months we felt like we weren't sinking in that quicksand. We weren't asking for miracles but a fair defense for our son. She was by his side during the entire long process and updated us whenever anything changed. I don't know what would of happened to my son and us if our paths had not crossed with Carter. Brittany Kessler is an incredible lawyer and human, for that matter. I had a very unfortunate and upsetting experience in which I was booked for speeding, being on my cell phone and a DWAI. I blew under .08 so wasn’t booked for a DUI but what a DWAI means for your record while not criminal is still a terrible blemish. I was visiting NY from CA so there was the added layer of my being from out of State. Brittany was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and concerns and was kind, empathetic and patient when explaining the way the system works. She even contacted a CA attorney to clarify what may happen to my license there, should I be convicted. She was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is so professional but also truly cares. Shortly thereafter made my phone call and phoned a friend who left a message after hours with Mr. Troiani' s office. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware.
