Despite that I was in a Difficult situation with my legal case, Leah hands down did Everything you would want a legal representative for you to do. She worked so effective and efficiently on my case and I was more than grateful with the outcome! Vincent was the attorney I chose to represent me after consulting with many others, and am very happy I hired him. Others either quoted astronomical prices, or clearly weren't as knowledgeable and/or experienced as he is. Vincent, on the other hand, was exceptional from start to finish. It began the moment I first spoke with him, on our consultation call. He was understanding and empathetic, which helped ease my negative emotions and anxiety stemming from the arrest. Peter, over the past three years, helped me get the best result ever. My case has been expunged, and I have been able to continue to grow rather than be hindered by my past actions. If you are looking for legal help, Peter is your best option. I was referred to him, and when I met him, he was wearing Batman Cuff-Links and a pin-stripe suit. My parents and I left the initial consultation thinking there was no other option for my representation other than Peter Fayne.
When I had my court date, Peter presented confidently and thoroughly to the court, working out a deal with the prosecutor that we weren’t sure was the best, but he was able to confidently suggest this path as the best path. It sure was. We couldn’t have gotten this result without him. I wish I could give 100 stars, 5 just isn't enough. Mr. Binder is an outstanding lawyer and anyone should have the utmost confidence when hiring him.
I hired him for a drug related case vs the State of Wisconsin. I was facing 9 felony charges. The most serious one up to 40 years in prison and the others weren't much better; together they totaled 143 years maximum imprisonment exposure. On top of this, the prosecutor was no slouch, quite the opposite in fact, lots of prison is always what he wants and he doesn't budge on that. This prosecutor actively tried to make my charges sound worse than they really were to the judge during the hearings to a blatant degree; I got the feeling the State really wanted to put me away for a long time, which was terrifying.
From day one I always got the impression that Mr. Binder worked tirelessly on my case, doing everything and researching everything that he possibly could to get me the best decision possible. I also got the impression that he genuinely cared about my wellbeing and was invested in the outcome of my case far past any payment, and I was right (read to end to see why). To begin, Mr. Binder and his firm secured my bail at $5000, when the State asked for $100,000. Mr. Binder poured over every piece of evidence while crafting my defense and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was able to successfully elongate my case, always getting at least 3 months between hearings, if not more. In conjunction with that, he gave me tips and ideas on what I could do to best boost my chances of a favorable verdict, which turned out to be very helpful. As a result, I had the time I needed to follow through with his suggestions and I am confident that they saved me a lot of prison time. Throughout the case Mr. Binder made himself available whenever I had questions or concerns and he always took the time to explain everything in great detail to me; often times this would take up hours of his time and I always felt as though he was glad to do it. The initial plea offer from the State was 8 years in prison, which Mr. Binder thought was unnecessarily high and he was able to get the plea down to some amount of prison time, left to the Court's decision, with the ability for the Defense to argue. With this prosecutor that seemed like magic. In the end, he was able to argue for 4 years of probation with 9 months of condition time (3 months straight time, 6 months Huber) and an imposed and stayed sentence of a few years. I was not fined at all, and I was able to get a report date 1 month out from my sentence date instead of being taken to jail right after sentencing. This is where most lawyers would end it, but not Mr. Binder. He continued to keep in contact with me and help me navigate the Huber situation; he reached out multiple times to the HOC in attempts to get information from them, get them to guarantee my release for Huber (HOC makes their own rules and can just ignore what the judge says, doesn't make sense at all, broken system) and possibly get me electronic monitoring instead (still up in the air, but probably a no due to my charges, nothing he can do about that). The HOC is wholly incompetent in every regard, yet Mr. Binder keeps trying, and keep in mind, he is not obligated to at all, my case is over, he can walk away anytime he wants, but he's choosing to go far above and beyond and it's fantastic. Mr. Binder is not just a phenomenal lawyer, he is a phenomenal human being as well, and it shows in many ways. He is the type of lawyer that all others should strive to be like and live up to.
The bottom line is, hiring Mr. Binder was the best decision I could have made. If you want a truly outstanding lawyer who will do everything he can for you and treat you like his friend or family, Mr. Binder is your man. Do not hesitate to hire him.

I was pretty devastated about my situation until I called John. He had been recommended to me by someone I trust and almost immediately made me feel better about what was going on. We sat down and talked. By the end of the conversation, I was sure I picked the right guy. From then on, he had everything under control. Any time something came up, he handled it and let me know. Every time I asked him something, he had the answer or got back to me right away. I once called hm in a panic because I missed a form in the mail and thought I was going to lose my license. He had already submitted the form for me. I called him when my scram broke and fell off in the middle of the night and he got ahold of all the right people and I was able to make it right without me being non compliant. This court appearance was one of biggest things to happen in my life. This was going to change everything. I can’t believe the relief I felt when I walked away with a dismissal. John got me through one of the roughest patches in my life. His help was worth every penny. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know that finds themselves where I found myself.

Let’s face it, divorce is never something that is easy or painless for anyone involved. It forces us to expose our “underbellies” when we already feel vulnerable and afraid. The Ozelie team was incredibly sensitive to the tender emotions involved. They were very fair towards finding middle ground for a settlement, yet protective of my interest in their legal approach. They were available many times outside of normal business hours, and always respectful of my position and perspective. Mr. Digby is the best, most ethical, personable, professional, attorney my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he take our case no questions asked, but he completely changed our impression of the profession itself. Mr Digby is very intelligent in his chosen profession, but at the same time, is able to explain not only the laws themselves, but in both his office and the courtroom, takes the time to make sure the average joe understands what is being said, done, and what needs to be done. A HUGE thanks to this man who, as educated as he is, can still relate to the people he serves. My husband had been without a driver's license for 6 years due to his own irresponsible behavior, and Mr. Digby was able to show that the statues had expired on the charges, that there had not been any other traffic violations during that period, that my husband had on a later date spent 8 hours in custody in Perry County during which Pulaski County failed to claim extradition, and that we lived at the same address for the entire time proving that he could have been picked up any time during the ten years at that address, and there was no effort made whatsovever by any law enforcement agency to arrest or convict. I was facing a misdemeanor with the prosecutor asking the judge for 30 days in jail. Most of the statements against me were fabricated by the prosecutors witnesses. My lawyer could not help me. I asked for a continuance and hired Joseph Corrozzo. Even though the case was in upper NY state ,Joseph heard my side and took the case. He hired PI's to investigate my side then started to go to work on the validity of the witnesses against me. Days before my court date he flew up to meet with the prosecutor to go over ALL the evidence that was presented to him and ALL the evidence that contradicts the States case. When he walked out of the prosecutors office he said the State was going to drop all charges based on the information that we now had. This was a complicated case that only if the whole story was told I would have had a chance . Joseph at no point during his time with me ever waivered on my innocence and constantly reassured me that he would make sure i was given a fair chance. His confidence and knowledge of the law was remarkable. No written words could truly describe the work he did.

When I first met Ari I was still whirling from no longer being a witness, but suddenly “the target of a federal investigation”. While cinema is rife with attorney/detectives of near superhuman abilities, in the real world it’s hard to imagine being assigned a better Public Defender than Ari. I found him genuinely caring, yet tempered with the gravitas of a seasoned veteran in a profession where life can literally hang in the balance of a few words. Sharp and perceptive, Ari knew what to say and ask to cut through the whirlwind and address my most pressing concerns. He made it clear that what had happened, happened, and WE would assess what that was exactly, what my role had been, and from those any potential liability.
Ever straight forward, Ari informed me he was not particularly familiar with the field of law my case fell under… but he would be. That promise I felt was made as much to himself as to me and was born from his love of the law and passion for being a Public Defender. It is an incredibly challenging and vastly underappreciated career despite being crucial to the function of our judicial system. I don’t normally write reviews. This will be the 2nd review I’ve ever posted in my 46 yrs of life but Mr. Michael Lehmann deserves it. He is sincere, honest, kind, and an amazing advocate for his clients. He is very, very amazing at communicating. The first time I met Mr. Lehmann I was coming off the elevator trying to get to my sons hearing. Mr. Lehmann let me know that the hearing had started early and they had postponed things but as a mom who got their 30 min early and still missed seeing my son I was devastated that I wasn’t there for my son on time not to mention the obvious heartbreak I was dealing with my son being in the circumstance he was in. Mr. Lehman sat with me and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was crying and had so many things going through my mind but he was so kind and understanding and calm. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He fought for my son and got him a very fair sentence. Mr. Lehmann helped put my faith back into the justice system. Ever been accused of a crime you were innocent of, signed for probation, and then miraculously find yourself in standing before the judge listening to these beautiful words, "Not Guilty"???? if not its because you have never been represented by this man, Michael A. Lehmann, this was near a decade ago. It really happened, and yes i was charged with DWIWACI... An open and shut; your automatically guilty type situation. I, didnt do it and had just signed 10 years of my life away and been made financially responsible for the near 100,000$ in restitution's.But two days before my time for appeal ran out something happend , new evidence, new facts. Mike was my pda at the time. Meaning PUBLIC DEFENSE ATTORNEY. Meaning the months that would come to pass in motion hearings, time spent with criminal investigators, time spent with toxicologists, literally hundreds of hours. Where absolutely not spent in an hourly+retainer situation. I dunno what pda's typically bring in annually, but to the point, it was never about greed, or lack of shame, or MONEY. It was the fact that Mike new i was innocent! As well as the fact that he believes in JUSTICE! What we have here ladies and gentlemen is not some, attorney at law, or gumshoe pi, or snake in the grass defense lawyer. What we have here, is an Officer of the Court, who believes in justice, and is not afraid to stand strong in the face of overwhelming odds for others, simply because of those last two stated facts.
