He was super helpful through out the cases. Kept me informed and handled everything and anything related to the case and made sure my license was not suspended. I did not need to go to court, he went on my behalf and took care of any paperwork. He also listened to my side of the story and took any evidence I had related to my case and helped prove me innocent. My experience with David Hardy was exceptional. He made the whole DUI process easy and as stress free as possible. He explained all every step of the way. He was able to negotiate with the Asst. States Attorney a more beneficial plea deal for me. Well after my court date I was having an issue at the Probation Office, he called and took care of the whole thing for me in a matter of minutes.

I can’t recommend Ricardo enough. I went to several lawyers, and all of them told me that I couldn’t become a citizen. Ricardo gave me hope and helped me file everything to become a citizen of the United States. He assured me that everything was gonna be fine and it did. I am so grateful that I met Ricardo otherwise I wouldn’t be a citizen today. Also, his fees are extremely low compared to other lawyers, not even half of non-experience lawyers. Aaron was referred to me and my son through another attorney that had helped my son in a previous case. I was provided a couple names from this previous attorney, and as soon as we spoke with Aaron, I knew he was the one.
My son was facing class 3 felony charges with jail time and with Aaron’s diligence was able to reduce to a plea where he will earn a misdemeanor. The probation department was recommending Intensive Probation and Aaron was able to convince the judge that IP was not appropriate.
As the mother of the accused, Aaron was able to keep my “mother-bear” mind at ease. He is very easy to communicate with and doesn’t make you feel like less of a person because you have been accused of a crime. Aaron is a class-act attorney and a wonderful person.
Thank you, Aaron, for all that you have done to keep my son out of jail and to help steer him in the right direction.

My second time using Aaron’s services. I was looking at a super extreme, 45 days in jail and high fines. After Aaron took on my case he was able to find evidence the officer mistreated me, he filed a complaint with the professional standards bureau. When the prosecutors saw the letter they immediately reduced the case to a regular DUI. I only had to do a night in jail, possibly 6 months interlock, and reduced fines.

I found Aaron through AVVO and after reading his profile I knew that I would be contacting him immediately. He was able to get my super extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge through finding evidentiary issues. He prepared me for court by providing resources for everything I would have to complete including alcohol screening, interlock device, and traffic school. My time in jail was reduced from 45 days to just 24 hours. If you find yourself facing criminal charges Aaron is the best lawyer to get the results you want. Not to mention he was reasonably priced!

Well..before covid I recently lost my wife to a horrible illness..I live in arkansas but from Michigan..I called shawn before the covid deal to help me with a bench warrant...he took it on..then all the courts shut down during that..recently I contacted shawn..I always kept his number..it took me days to find a attorney from Michigan who would help me since I live out of state before the covid deal..well..he was gonna help me again..I made some calls to Michigan before I contacted shawn to see how I could take care of my bench warrant out of state..I made so many calls I forgot who was who..so when shawn said he help me again..I started thinking if he said to turn my self in what would happen to my dog..I made my dog a service dog for depression I went through after my wife died..today.some place called me and I thought it was a place to help me out with my dog situation. I started talking about maybe I will have to turn my self in and such..and you think there are lawyers who really do pro Bono like in the movies..then when they said who they were actually are..I said ok..I'm good..cause you know I asked shawn to help me..so..later he calls and said he heard my name in court.im thinking huh?.I explained what I said..and I asked him are you still gonna help me..he said..no..I'm not gonna help you and just hung up on me..wow..I don't even know what I did wrong..maybe I should have asked him that about my service dog..I didn't know!!...all he said to me before he hung up was.and I quote (you got it all set). Like I waisted his time and that was never my intention..he is a nice lawyer. Dont get me wrong..just..that threw me for a loop..now I have to go at this with no legal representation..I was recommended to call him back in 2020..but..it is what it is..I guess I should have never talked to that person..he would still be helping me..but..hey..I messed up I guess..but he will help you..just make sure . Don't talk to know one else but shawn..

My husband and I found Skelton Law firm, after interviewing a couple other firms that didn’t quite meet our needs. We were paired up with Haley Owens who was very wonderful, efficient, and quickly responded to our needs whenever we had questions. Owen is the first responder; he answered calls, schedules appointments, takes messages in which Haley would get back to us within the day, he was very helpful with extensive knowledge, and kind. Haley met with us for our first meeting, we went over a list of debts, and she proposed the plan and cost. We liked her so much that we retained her that day. We then we exchanged emails and phone calls until all necessary paperwork was collected, and the online courses (2) were completed. We met with Haley once more to make sure everything was correct. Then we received a date to come do a virtual court meeting. Haley helped us and another lovely woman go through the online meeting. She was so patient and easily relatable for us. We then received our finalization through the mail. She made everything understandable and simple. Susan Skelton was very helpful as well. Very kind and patient with us too. I have never had a speeding ticket in my life, so I was not sure what to do but go to court and plead for forgiveness of the judge. However, a friend told me I should contact a lawyer. Therefore, I did what most do and searched the internet which is where I found the Law Offices of Marion Mosses and contacted them. Elizabeth Moses Johnson, called me the next business day and explained how they could assist me. She was always very patient with me and provided great step by step guidance on what would occur and what I needed to do. I also want to mention that I only contacted them a week and a half before my court date. Yet, they jumped right in and took care of everything. Mr. Moses represented me in court, so I did not have to attend, which was wonderful. I don't know what he did but to me it was amazing as he was able to get the speeding ticket dismissed with no violation at all on my record.
