Liann Sabatini handled my husbands’s case with respect and care. She is an excellent lawyer that knows the law but what sets her head and shoulders above any other was how much she cared. She took the time to learn his story and advocated for him to the court with the information she learned. It made all the difference, he was no longer just an incarcerated person before the court but was a man with a story and had the judge understanding who he was and therefore received a very just result. She worked a miracle.

Being told to call Mr Fisher was the best advice I could’ve received. Never being in a situation like I was in, Mr Fisher was very patient in explaining the process forward and every step in resolving my case. After the first the conversation with him I actually felt calm and believed I was going to be okay, which I didn’t think was possible. I should have guess based on the attempt to contact the Law Office of Ronald Justin would have been the indicator of the experience that was to unfold. Once contact was finally established, and prior to hiring Ronald, he reviewed my family law case to evaluate if he had the capacity. He accepted the case, stating his plan and what could be done. All documentation was provided to him, evidence, timelines, organized and complete. That was a year ago, and there has been little no no movement on his part. I should not have to send certified mail to get an update, or a return phone call after weeks of reaching out and being met with silence, or complete disregard for my inquiries. Furthermore, as other reviews have advised, he used the excuse of a paralegal he was considering terminating because they were the cause of the ball being dropped on numerous occasions. His failure to be diligent and communicative allowed mistakes to occur in the court room, and allowing orders to go through against my wishes, because "he didn't see the email", and again blamed another party for that error. After three weeks of sending emails for updates on my case, and items he claimed more than once would be filed "soon", unreturned phone calls, and a court date he not only did not show up to, but did not communicate he would not be present for, and had another associate who I had never met, nor had any insight on my case, fill in. I issued a deadline for his response, to where I received an after hours phone call informing me he would be withdrawing from the case after, three weeks of silence. The withdraw is not the issue, as that was the plan with the expectation that his false promises of delivery wouldn't be met, further neglecting my case. It's the lack of professionalism and the lack of accountability for his consistent failure to provide legal counsel. This will result in filing a complaint with the bar, and an investigation to ensue. I would not recommend this office for anything that requires court appearances, time and accurate communication, or if the lives of your children and yourself are dependent on his performance.

I was accused of harassment. I was scared and did not know what to do. I was fortunate to find Peter Johnson. He responded to my call for help immediately. He listened, calmed me and developed a defense strategy. He instructed me about gathering the appropriate evidence to support my case. Using this data he then negotiated with opposing counsel and had this case dismissed. I expressed worries that this person could manufacture future complaints against me. Updated review. I cannot stress to anybody reading this enough: who you hire matters and you get what you pay for. Attorney’s have case after case slide across their desk. It’s a job at the end of the day to most. If Aaron Shapiro or the force that is Amanda Schaffer takes your case, TRUST THEM. Full disclosure: I am a nightmare client. On a scale from 1-10, I’m an 11 in terms of annoying. My son is my absolute world. I have been a “white pony” more times than you can imagine. Over-billed. None of it made sense. Those attorneys cared about a paycheck. Aaron and Amanda are not only EXCELLENT attorneys, they’re good people. They have a backbone. Their time is valuable. They’re not cheap. Know that. When your child, freedom, or immigration status is on the line — don’t put it in the hands of someone who treats you like a file. The legal progress is exhausting (mentally and financially — I know it all too well.) It’s unfair. Read that again.
No attorney should ever promise you a victory. Here’s what this random stranger who’s been put through the wringer for 3 years can promise you first hand — this firm cares and they’re your best shot.
