Over 11 years ago I first met Rick when I was about to be charged with two 30-year counts. Because of his intellect, connections and careful planning, I went from spending the rest of my life in prison to non-adjudicated probation to having my charge sealed. If I were asked beforehand what I thought the greatest possible outcome was, I wouldn't have even believed that this would be the possible!

Our family used Mr. Hutchinson based upon a recommendation for a family member involved in a serious criminal matter. We had never been involved in anything like this. Mr. Hutchinson upon our first meeting was apathetic, knowledgable and concerned. Immediately we knew it was not a matter of just a job for him, but he genuinely was concerned on getting the facts and helping our family member. Promptly, he took action investigating, contacting those involved following steps to keep our family member safe and treated fairly. The situation continued for 9 months. During that time we were in contact with him often and he called us night and day. If we contacted him, he returned our calls immeditely. His professionalism and knowledge of the laws and systems is brilliant! We went to court and felt at ease with not only the preparation he had given our family member but his presentation in court. Unfortunately, several times throughout my life I've needed a good attorney. The most recent instances were for traffic infractions in SC. David has far exceeded all my expectations. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He's quick to return phone calls and stays in contact regarding your case/situation. I hired Mr. Farrell to handle a ticket my daughter (Out of State student at USC) received after she had paid the ticket. She had not realized that paying the ticket is an admission of guilt (neither had I), and would result in her license being suspended in her home state (Georgia). Mr. Farrell had to file to reopen the case (successful) and get the ticketing officer to lower the speed (by more than 8mph) in order for her not to be considered a "super speeder" in her home state and have her license not suspended (a law applicable to only under 21 years of age). Mr. Farrell was very thorough and responsive and professional. He had a very good raport with the presiding judge (over in Aiken County).

Kristen was very considerate on all fronts. Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran! For the first incident, a felony hit and run she reduced it to a misdemeanor and I was able to keep my license in addition to just being such a calming energy in the midst of what felt like the worst storm ever. Recently, I received a misdemeanor marijuana charge and of course I called her and not only did she give me a break financially she took care of the case quickly and efficiently with the best possible outcome in my favor.

Ms. Debra Desmore Corcoran esq. was able to take time out of her very busy schedule to consult with me on a matter that I was continuously hitting dead ends on for numerous days & it was exhausting and disappointing. Eric was recommended the perfect attorney for my lawsuit, as he was "aggressive" to fight the charge against me. I'll start off by saying, I've talked to at least 20 different lawyers. I had a very extensive case for my civil harassment restraining order. I had been sexually assaulted, threatened, coerced, manipulated, and psychologically tortured by my former boss. Kian spent an extensive amount of time to review my case. My application for naturalization was denied due to three criminal cases dating back to 1996 and 2002. After consulting with six different attorneys, one of them recommended Karl Krooth. After doing my own research on Mr. Krooth, I scheduled a consultation with him. Mr. Krooth's expertise and knowledge of both criminal and immigration law were immediately evident from our first conversation. I hired Mr. Krooth and the results speak for themselves. The 1996 case was re-sentenced to eliminate the immigration consequences, one of the cases from 2002 was reduced to a misdemeanor and the other which had been an aggravated felony was dismissed. As of June 9th 2017 I am no longer a felon and I'm eligible to reapply for my citizenship. I highly recommend Mr. Krooth for any criminal or immigration related cases.

When I found myself being charged with crimes that I did not commit, Jeff willingly took up the case because it was the right thing to do. He worked closely with me to explain each step of the court process, give new information as soon as he got it, and followed up after the process was over. I know that Jeff usually only handles high profile cases that one can read about in the news, but he did this in his own time for very little money because he is a moral man. I met Thomas C Woodridge through the Georgia Bar Association. He was one of the attorneys referred to me by the Georgia Bar Association and dealing with people with disability on the American Disability Act. After talking with him by phone, we met to discuss my case in his office, and I’m glad we did. I remember him telling me I had a case, and I’m so happy he took it. I had never seen an attorney like him who fought so hard and did the things that he did for me, A person that’s dyslexic, and I thank God that I had the opportunity to meet him when my back was up against the wall. During the deposition, it would be like fireworks to see how he had the city up against the rope, how he was chewing them up and spitting them out, and noticed that he did it from his heart. On a scale from 0 to 10, I will give him 10, but I will go back and borrow the zero, put it with the 10, and make it 100. That’s how good he is. I wish he were still here in Georgia practice instead of North Carolina because he is one of the best.

A friend who is a cop recommended him for my young son on an arson investigation. I texted him right away as the cops were at our door and with his advice, we got them to leave right away. My son got charged with a first degree felony anyway because the cops messed up a statement in the case. Warren was able to find this error and got the case dismissed. His promptness in responding and dedication to defending us saved our son from years of agony and a possible felony conviction. He always responded right away and works great with everybody. I had the pleasure of having Josh represent me while on parole/probation for (I still don't understand the difference!) for (believe it or not) tax evasion from 1998! My conviction was in October of 2014 and was the result of a plea bargain I agreed to only because the feds were harassing my family. Despite my acquiescence to the Federal Mafia, my mom and only brother haven't spoken to me since.

He made sure he made all his schedule appointments and if not I knew that he couldn't attend ahead of time. Counselor Brand is a very competent, very professional attorney. After having a free, very thorough initial consultation with him, he immediately got to work on my case, meeting with the prosecutor at my dispositional hearing (which, only two days away, and thanks to his representation, I didn't even have to attend), and that very same day HAD ALL THE CHARGES DISMISSED!
I simply couldn't recommend Scott any more highly. A very thoughtful, intelligent who GETS RESULTS ... fast.
If you're case is in North Dakota or Minnesota, you could not be better served by anyone else than Mr. Brand.

Scott Brand is an honest lawyer who is worth many times more than his retainer. I was not at first not satisfied by the rural lawyers I came across in McKenzie county or that came up by sponsored links on Google. I found Scott by going to the prosecutor's office in another town, Dickinson, and asking for a private criminal lawyer that they would reccomend. At first I was shocked that the reccomendation to the lawyer was all the way in Fargo. I called him and he agreed to meet with me when I was passing through. At first I was a bit uneasy that the office was 6 hours away from the county in which I was facing charges, but this is normal for North Dakota. I am so glad that I went to Fargo instead of responding to the lawyers out there in that corner of North Dakota. My brother and I went to Scott's office one time and he was courteous and more than professional. Because I live in France, all of the contact was done over phone, mail, or e-mail from this point onwards. A week after this meeting, Scott gained access to the bodycam footage of the officer and it was clear that this was a civil rights violation. The prosecutor still rejected this argument, despite the fact that everything was on camera. Scott drafted some sort of long, complex legal document that was based in North Dakota state case history to fight my case. When he actually appeared in court to defend this document, the prosecutor and police officer were still tenacious. The judge threw out the case, however, and issued a written ruling entirely in agreement with Scott. I got back the entirety of the bail money that I paid to the county and more importantly I have my life back. If I had had to go on probation in North Dakota, who knows what type of problems this would have caused me later on. His retainer is totally worth several times over what he charged. He made it so I never had to appear in court in any hearing or as a witness, so that I did not have to return from France, which would have easily cost several thousand dollars per appearance. For a lawyer, Scott is more than honest. He doesn't overpromise. I felt reassured throughout the whole course of several months. I really don't envision that other lawyers might have been able or even dedicated such an amount of hard work to beat the charges. I don't have a great opinion of lawyers in general and I'm not sure that the other lawyers I had consulted would have not just taken my money and then advised me to take a plea deal to finish everything as fast as possible.

I have been acquainted with attorney Brian Snow for 15+ years. He became my lawyer when I was running a business. He not only improved my contracts by adding necessary clauses and making them air tight, he was also there for me whenever a legal matter arose. Several years later he handled my divorce which was a very emotional ordeal. He was understanding, patient and once again took charge of what was needed to be done. And lastly, he helped me with the ordeal regarding the sale of my house. I'll start by saying that I never write reviews. I have never taken the time to write one, until now. Just over a year ago, I was arrested and charged with multiple felonies. My world was turned upside down. The prospect of a lengthy prison sentence was too much to digest. I knew very little about the legal system and had avoided trouble with the law for most of my life. When I first contacted Roger, he was not my attorney but gave me more of his time and personal assistance than anyone else had. He kept me informed of what was going on in my case and even assisted in contacting the attorney for my son and informed me of what could happen in his case. He gives 110% to assist his clients and even those who are not or may not be a client. In my experience this is very unusual for an attorney. When we went to court, the judges office notified him that day we were to be in court as soon as we could get there. He cancelled everything else he had to be in court with me.
He did everything he could to assist me and presented a very convincing case for me.

Attorney Elliston is the consummate legal professional with a stellar reputation to add and decades of a winning record in criminal defense work experience to match, frankly, he is the real deal.
What I liked most about having Mr. Elliston as my attorney was how I didn't have to be my own lawyer - on the job training, at fighting my own case, not good. I never left his office confused nor feeling like I’m stupid or as if he didn't really listen or hear me, but more importantly - he proved over and over again to be a staunch defender and supporter of my innocence and as my lawyer, he didn’t let anyone else forget it - not even me, in other words - he’s not going to allow you to hold your head down, he makes you feel like now that he’s onboard, your chances just increased 100% so hold your head up high! It’s little things like that that meant the world to me.
I liked that Mr. Elliston was also patient with me, once a very nervous and confused client, he was compassionate and understanding, often knowing exactly how I would be feeling throughout this situation and helping me to overcome the doubt. He would always remind me that he was on my side and that we are in this together. He just took over! He was good at “exposing the other sides hand & helping me to understand the prosecutor’s/accuser position and what they’re most likely up to in cases like mine and why the system works like this or like that, etc.!” So many reasons I chose to hire him - he told me to go back to work, to take care of my health and to start eating again, to stop worrying and go back to living life and enjoying my family and to now “let him go to work on my case”. He would often get me to relax by saying “you told me the truth, you gave me all that I've asked of you, we fully understand what the plan is and now let me go and show you how we're going to fight this thing”! We’d talk and strategize, then we’d talk more and again find more to be uncovered and analyzed, and then researched, always in constant communication with me - all efforts were always leading towards our strong end game. And throughout this process, not only did I witness how very detailed oriented he is but I soon came to realize what a great a communicator I had in my lawyer. And not to mention how his people skills shined through when we began to build a coalition of friends and advocates/witnesses to help with my case.
He went to work - on my case, never making me feel as if he had “a ton of other things do!” He pushed on, perseverance, creative thinking and just flat out persistence - he didn’t let up and he doesn’t let up until he gets what’s best for his client!
My case was no-billed and I eventually got my record expunged. I can’t thank Mr. Elliston enough - he's my friend. I've made sure that my friends and family have is number on hand.

Child custody case took are money 4500.00 dollar never returned calls or txt messages leaving us hanging, never got back with us on important paperwork that had to be completed for the case .
Causing us to retain new counsel. Costing us more attorneys fees. Will be reporting him to the MS bar association and BBB in hopes of recovering some of the cost. Beware of this attorney don’t know how he picks and chooses his prey :(
