You never think one day you’ll need to go through the process of fighting for custody of your children. Unfortunately that day came me. I found myself in a love-less relationship with an unfaithful partner who I shared 2 beautiful children with. I felt helpless because you always think the law favors the mother in most cases. Being an extremely involved father who coached and was very active in my children’s life, I knew I didn’t want to be the typical every-other-weekend warrior father, I had to fight for my children. I was referred to The Pappalardo Law group from a friend of a friend who was also an attorney in Connecticut. She was very confident that this was the best Law Firm for my situation. I reluctantly made the call and set up the appointment. Turned out to be one of the best most important decisions I’ve ever made. John Pappalardo assigned his associate Sam to my my case and from day one they both worked tirelessly to understand our circumstances and put together an amazing case to present to the court. They were great from the start of my auto accident case but have done nothing but ignore my emails for 2 months now... I was suppose to get a $500 check 120 days after December 28th 2023 and still have not received it... I opened a workers comp case right after my accident case and it took them 2 years before they even started on that case... kept pushing off like I was gonna forget about it... I am lost all confidence in this lawfirm when it comes to both auto accidents and workers comp cases...

So first thing I will say is believe the rest of of the reviews you see. Mario Gallucci will appear positive and outgoing before it's time to take your money for the case... but once he does, goodluck ever hearing from him again
He showed up to only 2 zoom meetings for less than 5 minutes and both times he was unprepared because he paid no attention to my brothers case and it had to get postponed because of him
He stole over $5000 from my family and I and the screenshot I posted is a conversation between him and I
if you're someone who
-Wants to Lose money
-Have no contact or clarity
-Be rudely spoken to
-And have your case thrown to the side unless it's a high profile case that will fulfill his ego

Nick White is an excellent attorney and great at thinking on his feet in court. He can adapt to the situation as needed in a seconds time and doesnt get flustered. We had a tough case and a tough judge. Other circumstances happened that might have thrown any attorney off their game but he kept his eye on the ball and made quick changes to enhance and perfect his strategy as needed at a seconds notice! I wish I could provide higher than a five-star rating for Nathan. He is an exceptional lawyer. My family spent 3 years wrapped up with another law firm, caught in an administrative stalemate. I called around to find different lawyers (made 7 separate phone calls). Only 3 law firms called me back, and 2 of them wanted to charge exorbitant rates for what we needed. Nathan called back quickly and provided a detailed, step-by-step explanation of what was needed to complete our property conveyance and handle back taxes/administrative filing. Our family found ourselves in a very difficult situation a couple of years ago and we had no idea what to do. We spent weeks interviewing many lawyers and there was no doubt Mr. Wadas was the one we wanted by our side during the hardest days we had ever faced. Mr. Goheen joined Mr. Wadas later to help with my cases. They put in great effort to get my two severe cases dismissed. From beginning to end they answered my questions in a very timely manner, always kept in the loop of any developments, and helped ease any concerns or anxiety I had regarding the cases. They are knowledgeable, very sharp, kind, straight forward and never sugar-coated any situation or possible outcome. Unfortunately, I have to click on at least one star to be able to post this, and even that is more than undeserved. In short - move on, look elsewhere. These human beings will destroy you mentally and emotionally. There are truly genuine attorneys out there and this law firm IS NOT ONE OF THEM.....Vickers Cunningham thought it was wise to show up to our family member's first hearing having not reviewed the entire case information, having not taking the time to have a conversation with her to get to know her and what he was representing, and filing for a form of relief that he knew (or should of known "being a judge") that she did not qualify for. He waisted precious time and never truly fought for us. Initially, all legal advice was communicated to us through his paralegal, Rose Flores, who never shied away from being unprofessional, unkind, rude, and heartless. We were desperate. Prior to meeting with these people, we had read reviews on them regarding racial controversies and unprofessionalism and we were so vulnerable that we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - all because Rose said what we wanted to hear, not knowing we were really signing for what would come next - disheartening emotional and mental stress coming from unprofessionalism, being spoken to like we were uneducated, meaningless human beings, being unable to get questions truly and genuinely answered with patience, and being ultimately betrayed. We only thought we knew what the true meaning of an emotional roller coaster was until we dealt with these people, then we really knew. Rose played out every scenario and nothing she said was. She spoke as she knew the ins and outs. The truth is - they never had the knowledge enough to deal with our case. Our family member's case was a very tough one - that we knew. But had they just had the professionalism, the humanity, and the kind hearts to say "this is beyond our expertise", we would have respected them and had searched elsewhere. Many other attorneys told me it was a case they knew they could not deal with. Rose said - "we do this everyday". And then they went into the hearing clueless, unprepared, and applying for a relief she never was going to qualify for - so did they truly do it every day?...I would never wish bad upon these people despite all the hurt they caused our family and all they ripped away from us financially, mentally and emotionally, but I hope that they learn from their mistakes and strive to become better human beings....God wasn't going to let what they put us through be the end of our story - our attorney to follow stepped right in, being God sent. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate, genuine with a true fighting spirit. Mr Vickers ended his last conversation with my family member in saying there was nothing he could do for her, she would have to hope that she was granted a voluntary departure and when she asked him if "this meant she could never return to her children again", he responded with "If Joe Biden wins...". They had our case for 6 weeks and accomplished nothing but heartaches. Our attorney now had the case 6 weeks and fought and won in 2 different county courts for us, a criminal and an immigration case. Today - we have our family member home and in an even better legal position than she ever was. All this to say - Vickers and Rose destroyed our trust in attorneys, but God sent the right person to fight for us, to win, and to restore our hope and trust. If you do hire these people and they destroy you (I hope it's not the case), don't give up!! Someone out there can and will fight for you!!

I would not recommend Pamela Branch as an attorney. I sought her help with a discrimination case over a year ago, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Over the past two years, her communication has been nearly non-existent. I had to continuously follow up just to get basic updates. We filed a case with the Office of Civil Rights almost two years ago, and every time I asked for an update, she claimed she hadn’t heard anything back from them.
Today, I decided to call the Office of Civil Rights myself, only to find out that they had already investigated my case. Yet, I never received any notification or email from them, nor did I hear anything from Pamela. To make matters worse, I tried emailing her and received no response, and her phone number is either blocked or disconnected. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable, and I regret trusting her with such an important matter.
