I recently received some charges in Florida. I searched online and due to other positive reviews, I elected to go with Bodiford law. I called and they transferred me to another person for a company called quickaid who was in another country. You can not speak to anyone in the United States! When asked to be transferred to someone in the United States, I was told "then you need to contact the Social Security Administration!" This company is horrible to deal with.

My experience with mr.parras comes after he was appointed to represent me on appeal out of the southern district of texas. From day one Mr parras showed his best interest in the outcome of this case.. I was charged with a federal 371 conspiracy and aiding and abetting false statements to various federal firearms dealers... was handed and 168 month sentence... during preparation of the appeal Mr parras kept me well informed on updates with the case. He argued that the evidence presented by the government was insufficient to establish the federal jurisdiction elements of the crime I was charged with and that the government evidence on its face is insufficient to establish the very important element... Mr parras explained to the judges at the 5th circuit court of appeals that the government hadn't met it's burden of proof... the government tried to argue that the forms they presented were sufficient to establish this element but a license number bearing no date of issuance of expiration without more could not have proved this element beyond a reasonable doubt no more than assuming that a driver of a vehicle posses a valid drivers license... agreeing with Mr parras the court of appeals reversed the convictions and remanded the case for dismissal... Mr parras put his best foot forward and was very professional at all times of this ongoing battle many thought was a lost cause... I want too thank Mr parras for allowing me too have my life back... I would highly recommend him to any one...

Having only recently finalized Mr. Parras for counsel and representation I will update this review upon conclusion of my case (or immediately in the event of the any extremely unexpected and/or unfortunate developments); however, I'm extremely optimistic given the attention to detail in regards to both the particulars of my case, as well as intrest in me as a person. It's obvious that Mr. Parras believes that an intimate understanding of the client bears directly upon the outcome of legfal proceeding. While I find Mr. Parras to be intelligent, articulate, and details oriented, I believe, these characteristics can be assumed for any attorney of average or better quality...even those of poorer quality. However, the more illustrious or successful the attorneys, the rarer to find those genuinely interested in clients as people, and motivated as if on a personal level, to pursuing a clients interest ass one would expect for a family member. Immediately upon hiring him, and more-so as time progresses, Mr. Parras has given just that impression: an older brother helping his younger brother navigate one of life's challenges.

I was an innocent man incarcerated in the New York State Department of Corrections, and had a Federal Petition for Habeas Corpus pending in the Southern District of New York. After much wrangling with the Attorney Generals Office, I was appointed Mr. Theodore Green to assist me with my filing. I can unequivocally say that he was the only attorney that I had in this long ordeal that was attentive to all my concerns, questions, and calls. I never waited for a reply from him. Ultimately, he was able to secure my release on actual innocence, not an easy feat in the federal court system. Have you ever seen a corrupt cop get torn to shreds on the stand? I watched Will Moran absolutely destroy three cops in a row without breaking a sweat, leaving the prosecutor with nothing but innuendo and conjecture to use against me. He pushed hard during a two year legal battle and not only succeeded in getting my charges dismissed, but had the court grant me immunity to prosecution. Every one claims their lawyer, just like their hairdresser is the best whethjer or not they got the best results. I have known Thomas Mccusker and his brother James...also an attorney for thirty years and they were both able to help me out of unfortunate circumstances with excellent results.
I was once faulsely accused of committing "domestic violence" back in the days when this was a very hot issue in our nation's media and men were bieng locked up on the most flimsy evidence imaginable as I was...and even though we had IMO a hostile DA, brother James easily managed from a jury of my peers a verdict of "Not Guilty,"
Another time, I was foolish enough to be involved in a much more serious situation and was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury...this time Thomas took the reins and managed "probation" on charges that could have brought me 15 years. I then went on to a rehab program and changed my life for the better. Thomas Knows his way around the court room. He is greeted on a first name basis by court officials and he is very well liked and respected and hje works hard to get you a good decision on the case..he doesnt just take a plea bargan without significant reduction in charges because he is confident in his ability to have the case resolved and prosecutors know this because Thomas is known to be a very articulate man in presenting a defence..
If you need an attorney...unless we can bring back Johnny Cocran...youi can't do much better than Thomas Mccusker. The Mccusker brothers are the best I have ever delt with by far...do yourself a favor and get the best...
