Horrible experience with this attorney! Constantly cancelling appointments, wanting to meet up at my home rather than his office, and never gave us a copy of any of my husbands immigration paperwork and everything we signed. Had to request payment receipts multiple times and he wanted to be paid cash. Serial texting me rants back to back after he changes the fee schedule at 6am. What attorney does this? I had to actually threaten him with harassment and block him. Not sure if he has a bad habit or not. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Georgia and Louisiana. I’ve given him more than enough time to correct what he did. I have kept screenshot proof of all inappropriate communication from him.

There was a time, I was a credit disaster, I knew absolutely nothing about how credit works. I’d pay bills late thinking paying late was better than not paying at all. To be honest, I didn’t even know negatives lasted on your reports for 7 years. Why did I pay late? Because at the time, I’d think I needed to buy something shiney and then pay bills. To further my reckless behaviors, I had my house foreclosed on. To be honest, I don’t know why I checked my credit, which ultimately led me to this site where I found PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, but I’m glad I did, reading as much testimonies as I could. I'm writing this letter to formally thank you for representing me. When I came to you; I was 3 plus years into a case that felt like it would never end, I had what I thought was the best legal representation but learned very quickly that wasn’t the case.
I cannot thank you enough for meeting with me and taking my case over. I quickly learned my former attorney did little to nothing on the matter. Let me not go without saying you took this case knowing you had to be ready for trial in 30 days. You were kind and worked with me on a fee payment that was reasonable. Because of your thorough and relentless advocacy, of taking my case I had fast results that led to the case being dismissed!

I had a hearing with the state board of nursing. The attorney I hired was a disappointment . He was totally unprepared, he kept asking for time during the hearing to review documents. I was not prepared, because I depended on my hired attorney. The few interactions we had prior to the hearing, he was more interested in if I wired his money, than on the evidence. The irony was is I had another attorney who was much less expensive, but I was not happy with the possible outcome.However Mr Khouri assured me he could do better, so I hired him. What a big mistake!!! After the disaster outcome, I called him about the follow up that the board wanted, he was quite uninterested. I have been a business owner for 15 years. In that time, I've dealt with the IRS, Treasury, HUD, FBI and PIS. I retained Michael for the newest government infringement and he has been nothing short of incredible. I've never had an attorney work so hard for me and so quickly. Mark was awesome! He helped me vacate a misdemeanor so that I can get a second chance and move on with my life. He knew the statute well and how to represent my case. He was very quick and thorough in preparation and because of his bullet proof motion and supporting docs, the judge granted the motion. Mark didn't stop there, he followed up with the court clerks and Washington Patrol to follow up on my case so my record is cleared and the vacated case info doesn't show up in background checks. Several years ago, Mark was my public defender for a DUI case and was miraculously able to make a deal with the prosecutor outside of court to reduce the sentence to Reckless Driving with minimal consequences. Years later I needed an attorney and did not hesitate to reach out to Mark, now practicing from his private firm. Mark was able to get the case closed completely with no consequences. I had talked to several attorneys but when I spoke to Kirk I got goosebumps and knew he was who I wanted to represent me. I had lived in Myrtle Beach for 3years,I was an alcoholic and drug addict, so I made some very terrible decisions. The best one I made was moving back to Virginia, where I got clean,had my son, got my drivers license back and working towards my nursing degree when I found out my past was back to haunt me. I was devastated. These charges had the potential to ruin everything I'd worked for, if im not mistaken they carried potentially 10 years. So I was terrified. But I prayed and prayed and when I got those goosebumps talking to him, I knew it was God telling me, he's your choice. I just can't express how thankful I am to Mr. Truslow and McKenna. They both kept me informed every step of the way. They were both available when I had questions. I like to communicate via text or email, and they responded unbelievably fast, so fast I felt like I was his top priority. The outcome of my case was so much bettr r than I could have imagined. First living out of state Mr. Truslow was at my bond hearing when I turned myself in at the scheduled (arranged by McKenna) time. Thanks to him I got a pr bond and only was in jail a few hours. We live in a different state and my husband had a run in with a federal case in SC; so needless to say we were clueless on where to turn.

I heard this attorney for my son I paid $10,000 period 5 weeks later there is no change in his situation. The law firm gives you information tells you they will do things to get him released from jail and they do not deliver all they have are excuses. Nathan represented me last year. He would come see me before court and say one thing, seemed to do a 180 once we went before the judge. He seemed intimidated once we made it to court. After the final hearing, he never once came to see me to explain anything. Ended up having to do a three-way call with my wife just to get some answers, which obviously waived any sort of attorney-client privilege. He seemed distracted and like he didn't follow through with things. I saw guys I was locked up with with court appointed attorneys making more effort than this guy did. After multiple calls to him to try to get things done, I ended up doing them myself and had a 200% better outcome than when I had this guy fighting my battles.

Craig is one of the finest criminal defense attorneys around. He's incredibly courteous and makes himself readily available to his clients. He has a case management software program that lets you correspond with him via messaging (super convenient). This is great because the same system sends you notifications for your hearings dates & times, scheduled conference calls/meetings and updates in the status of your case. Even if Craig is in trial, I almost always receive same day answers to my questions that I submit to him. Moreover, Craig is a fantastic litigator who not only knows the law, he connects to the judge and juries. He is very personable and there is no doubt in my mind that he is fighting for me in every possible way. Craig is a true trial lawyer, not one of those attorneys that tries to plea out your case so he can be done with you. If you’re charged with a crime, the legal process can be a scary. I was looking at 5 years in prison for felony weapons charges, and the original plea bargain was 3 years in prison with my first lawyer. So I fired him and retained Arthur. When everything was said and done, with Arthur's representation, I was sentenced to 8 months in the workhouse and 5 years of unsupervised probation. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. It’s not that she’s not a good lawyer but she clearly didn’t have the time for me. Her office didn’t either. It gave me a kickstart but that’s about it, but I wish I had gone with a different lawyer from the get go. I didn’t feel stood up for. I felt like I was my own lawyer and she was the title. She copy pasted what I wrote, did not advise, and then tweaked it very very little, no wonder the other lawyer was walking all over it. The one time she did tweak and did not agree it took over three emails to understand where she was coming from, and what she was actually advising, costing me more loss of time and money. On top of that, I did not understand the process of my custody situation nor was I told about a custody orientation date or requirement, so apparently I missed it, which I only found out from the new lawyer I hired. Her front office staff was not helpful at all, nor were her paralegals, and her availability was about weekly via emails with long awaited response time about 75% of the time. She stated she had 48 hours to legally respond, but I waited well over that. She did state she was being mindful of costs. If that was the case, she would have advised better from the beginning and in a clear email. How I went thru so much cash when I wrote all of the order with very little tweaking, no advising, and very little time talking is beyond me.

He was recommended by a family friend that had read about him on several occasions in the local newspaper. I had consulted with 3 other attorneys and JP Rion was my last stop. The only other attorney I considered using quoted me $15 - $20K to handle the case with a $10K retainer. I mentioned to him I was going to speak with JP Rion before making my final decision and he had nothing but good things to say about JP Rion and said I couldn't go wrong either way.
At my initial consultation JP Rion listened to my story and said he though he could get it thrown out before a trial was needed. I gave him $4,500 and everything I could come up with to help exonerate myself. After we received discovery from the prosecution we got together to review the evidence and fill the gaps. When we got to the pretrial he did his thing and the charges were dismissed. I never even stepped foot into the courtroom.
The other reviewer stated her husband was charged $4,500 up front and when it was time to go to trial he demanded another $3,000. I was told this by JP Rion up front in my initial consultation. Within a week of paying the $4,500 I received a letter in the mail explaining what the $4,5000 did and did not cover. It also reiterated the additional $3,000 due should we need to go to trial. I had to sign this letter and return it. I would assume this is S.O.P. so I'm not sure why she was surprised.
