I hired Mr. Durden to handle the revision of my possession and child support. Mr. Durden's showed genuine concern and understanding of the situation and did a great job of keeping the process moving. On several occasions my ex wife's attorney attempted to delay or extend the process, Mr. Durden handled the situation and was able to get me full custody and termination of child support. My daughter was in trouble after dating a man that was really bad person. He was a crook trying to make money from stealing and ripping people off instead of honest and hard working. He took advantage of her naïveté and used her for her car, her credit status and her money ie: writing bad checks all over the place from her account. Because her name was on everything not his she was held responsible as there was no connection paperwork wise to him. He left her in a bad way with all these debtors. Luke Rioux was the best person to get them to understand that she was taken advantage of and to get the amounts owed to them lowered and her restitution lowered or she would have been in more trouble as she might have even had to go to jail for what that guy did to her. We are thankful to Luke for helping her tremendously!

John is the best!!! John worked with me on a minor infraction with the law, which I still do not believe to be a just accusation. But due to lack of supporting evidence in email, as they were deleted by the company I was working for at the time. We chose to settle, John was able to get my "felony theft charge" which everyone knows would have been damaging to anybody career and future endeavors for the rest of their lives . He was able to show they also did not have enough supporting evidence on their end as well to prove intent. And was able to get it reduced to misdemeanor and eventually all the way down to a "civil charge of disorderly conduct" basically the equivalent of a traffic ticket. Needless to say, John knows very well what he is doing in order to make certain you truly get a fair representation with the law.

I was initially referred to Z Wang & Associates in 2013 by a friend of mine. My parents met with Zhidong Wang when he traveled back to China in 2013–2014, and we decided to start the EB-5 process with Z Wang & Associates as our immigration attorneys. We first filed the I-526 in September 2015 and received approval in September 2016. We filed the I-485 in April 2020 and had it approved in July 2022. In May 2024, we filed the I-829 and received approval in December 2024. We are glad that, after this 9-year wait, we have finally completed the entire EB-5 process and had our conditions removed.
Over the years, we worked with Dora Zang, Jamie Hossa, Jeff Cheng, and Zhidong Wang, who were always able to answer our questions whenever we needed help. We truly appreciate their time and assistance over the past nine years! We will contact them again for the N-400 process and any future green card applications for my parents.

At first glance Goodhines looked like the perfect attorney. Well groomed, well spoken, and said everything I wanted to hear. After that first time and after we all agreed that no money was owed he told me call me in a week so you can come down to my office and we'll put together a solid defense (sounds good to me).. I called a week later, left a message and nothing, no response. Did the same thing twice or 3 times a week for the next 3 months. I only received ONE CALL BACK FROM MR.GOODHINES AND IT WAS TO INSULT ME AND TELL ME HE DOESNT APPRECIATE ME GOING AROUND COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM! This only happened after I went to court clerk's office and asked if he had a new number by any chance because I couldn't seem to reach him. Clerks office sent him an email saying I (his client) couldn't get ahold of him. He went on to call me a liar without knowing that I expected this to happen therefore recorded and kept record of every call and message. When he saw that I really in fact did that he toned it down and told me it was all a misunderstanding from both parts which it wasn't but ok. He asked for another 3 months continuence on my court date only to do the same thing all over again.... I went to court yesterday and he wasn't there. No call, no show on a date that he specifically chose. The clerk magestrate got ahold of him after hours of texting and me explaining to the judge I couldn't get intouch with him, only to to receive a TEXT! FROM GOODHINES ASKING FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY!! I GUESS HE TOOK THAT AS A SECOND COMPLAINT FROM MY PART AND LIKE I HE WARNED ME HE DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT!!.... 100% EXACTLY HOW IT WENT. THERE WAS NEVER A FALL OUT, A MISUNDERSTANDING. SOME PEOPLE SIMPLY DONT WORK WELL TOGETHER BUT EVEN THAT WASN'T THE CASE. HE JUST GOT PAID AND NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN!!

All these good reviews must be from friends or family members. Worst attorney ever. Wasted time and money with someone that did not care or do what needed to be done at all. Promised phone calls that never got. Hardly no communication at all and have records to prove it he filed what he wanted to file and did no justice. He only did the bare minimum. So disappointing. If you need real legal help for something serious, this is not it.

Unfortunately I was federally indicted in a large conspiracy case. There were over 30 others that were indicted and I wasn’t even added to the case a month or two after the case had started. I mention that part because I was one of the defendants that started fighting their charges after everyone else and one of the first of a few that have been sentenced. I was quickly able to finally put it behind me. He didn’t let my case drag out like you normally see in federal cases. I feel he went above and beyond In several ways and on several occasions. For example, he fought hard to get me out of custody and on pretrial quick! Unfortunately, fed pretrial was no cup of tea and I ended up back in custody 6 months later. I take full responsibility for that. And because I didn’t take my pretrial release seriously, I had to remain in custody til sentencing. He drove hours to visit with me in person at the jail on several occasions. He always made sure I understood everything and took his time to go over every detail and answered all my many questions. He discussed all my options with me and what I would be possibly facing by continuing to fight or what I would possibly face if I was to accept responsibility and plead guilty. He never pressured me to do either or. He left it completely up to me and assured me he would fight for me no matter how I decided to proceed with my case. He explained everything thoroughly and always answered my collect calls from jail. Always. Even on Sundays. When I decided how I wanted to proceed, he was able to get me a court date a month sooner then what I was already on the calendar for to help me hopefully get back out of custody. Bottom line, Ed fought hard for me and was able to get me a way lower sentence than what was originally offered to me. Thank you Ed. You really saved me in allot of ways.

Be careful of hiring this guy. He is insidious. He called me after my criminal case was dropped Nolle Prosequi. Talked me into signing a contingency retainer to sue for police misconduct and false arrest. He held on the case for 3 months as the deadline to file before statue of limitations runs out. When I call now hangs hangs up the phone because of reasons he will not say. My opinion is he wants money UPFRONT or he will try to claim it was his case now that I signed on another Lawyer!! Becarefull when a lawyer wants to sign on too fast. My Opinion of this man is horrid!!! Stay Away!!!!

Mr. Toale was hired to represent me for a very high profile case. During my representation, I was somewhat surprised to see that he worked overtime on my case, especially given my circumstances. During my incarceration, I noticed that most lawyers did not visit their clients often. For the most part, their lawyers did not answer calls or return them until weeks later. I did not have those issues "At No Point" during my eight month stay in the treacherous Orleans Parish Prison. To be honest, seeing what was happening around me, made me very proud to have an attorney like Mr. Toale. Mr. Toale made surprise visits all the time for very important reasons to show me that he was really working to help me regain my freedom.
I would describe him as being very thoughtful, confident and strategic. The process was tough and very confusing to me, but he made sure that I was fully aware of what was happening and most importantly, that I understood what was occurring throughout the entire ordeal. I'm sure it was frustrating to deal with someone like me, but he showed no signs of displeasure.
After a three year wait, the ending result of my case was spectacular for me. I could not have been more satisfied with the work he did for me and my family.

Mr. Toale has represented me and numerous employees and friends over the past 30 years for different types of cases. He only does criminal defense now but we begged him last year to represent us when we were sued by a former employee. He spent hours preparing our witnesses for trial. We know he cared about us and he has a strong drive to win. He anticipated the other side's every move. He was worth every penny we paid him and we won last month. The judge threw out the case and we paid nothing. He was amazing in court, the way he asked the other side's witnesses questions and objected to the other lawyer's questions. He made them look like the liars they were. He has always treated me and everyone I know fairly. We hired him about five years after he graduated from law school to collect bad debts for us and we call him whenever we need a lawyer. He and his office have always been friendly, available and very competent. His associate Kara has been available to us when Robert was not. She was also a great aid during the trial.

Does not answer or return phone calls. Does not answer emails. The only place I got a response was Facebook and at first whoever answered on there said "Sarah cannot represent you." Then, whoever answered on Facebook said they would look at my charges. Then they stopped responding to me altogether. Facebook account shows no posts at all since 2020. I am a white male; I am not Middle Eastern nor female so maybe that's what the deal is.

They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

The last three years of my life have been the worst I've ever experienced. My mom died of cancer, a month later my wife left me and my brother was murdered all within under a year. I fell in a dark deep depression which I almost didn't make it out of and at the time of my depression my house got foreclosed on. I got a letter in the mail saying I needed a lawyer to try to get back some of the funds for the house. I reached out to Mr. Bailey for guidance. He stepped out of his comfort zone, which is criminal defense to help me get my life back. He kept great communication and helped me understand the process. Even during one of the worst hurricanes we've ever seen here in our mountains he kept communication with me while having no electricity, water or cell service at his residence. The team generally responded quickly to emails. I incurred late payment penalties (one month for one account, two months for the other) due to not being provided accurate payment projections despite providing all information to the firm in February. Ultimately, the filing felt unnecessarily stressful and rushed. Consultation with other firms to review those filings revealed errors and omissions which will require filing amended returns.
