JC Estevez and Nicole Naum are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his paralegal Jennifer.
I have had a protracted case with Jason going on 6 years now. I'm grateful I have him in my corner. Jason is an expert in this field of law and his command of the subject matter is unquestionable. His advice is always wise and on point. He's reasonable, fair, and interested in finding the best overall solution (for all parties). He is also not afraid to tell you like it is when you need to hear it. He has saved me from myself on multiple occasions.
He's clear, articulate, and efficient in the court room. He has a knack for cutting thru the minutia and homing in on the critical issues and what's necessary and prudent to argue them. And when he gets on a roll, it is amazing to watch, as stated I'm glad he's in my corner!
Jason's fees are reasonable. And it is clear he has my best interests at the forefront and never once has taken any action that could remotely be construed as having his bottom line in mind.
No one wants to need to retain an attorney for such an extended duration but I can honestly say I consider him a friend!
Jennifer is thoughtful, thorough, and meticulous while being accommodating and understanding at the same time. I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is not only persuasive, knowledgeable yet an firm attorney, he also charges a very reasonable price. This combination is hard to find and I was lucky to have that benefit. I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. If you are looking for a top caliber lawyer that is reasonable and understands her clients' needs, then Ms. Baker should be your top choice. I recently worked with Ms. Baker in the drafting, negotiation and execution of a pre-marital agreement; a situation that is often very difficult to navigate. She was responsive, extremely thorough and her zealous advocacy always took in to consideration the outcomes I desired.
As a fellow lawyer, I have experienced many situations in which zealous advocacy has served only to further frustrate relations and outcomes for clients. I was in a truly hopeless situation before I was referred to Ms. Miller by a coworker. My daughter was in a terrible, volatile environment with a mentally unstable mother who was failing to perform basic motherly duties. I felt powerless to the situation. Jennifer was immediately encouraging from our first phone call, and jumped on getting the necessary papers filed for emergency custody. She worked with me and my family to get my daughter permanently out of the situation and living with me.
She was able to articulate the situation to the judge perfectly, as well as work with the judge to formulate a parenting plan that includes not only protections for my daughters wellbeing as she grows and is allowed more time with her mother, but also allows me, as the custodial parent, to monitor her mothers mental state. The plan requires regular updates to the court and to me about her mental health treatment, and protects my daughter if things take a bad turn in that regard. My daughter is thriving and happy today with a healthy routine, and none of this would’ve been possible without Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of the WA State legal system.
I always felt like I was being taken care of with Ms. Miller. She is a powerful force for justice and was excellent at explaining the process as time went on. She kept me updated throughout, but did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes filing papers and drafting documents for the case. She always made herself available if I had questions about the case, and gave me great advice on how to address certain situations with my daughter’s mother as they presented themselves.

Last year I hired Kirkland attorney Glen St. Louis after my husband and his attorney got me to sign divorce papers saying that I would receive a 35k judgment on "distribution of property" in a divorce if I have up a claim for spousal maintenance. My husband had agreed to take all the credit card debt which accumulated over 17 years of marriage. after I signed the documents, I decided it was still best that I see an attorney to review what I thought was a good deal. I was shocked when Mr. St. Louis explained that it appeared my husband had tricked me into a "35K Judgment" because it was clear from all the paperwork and debt that he took, that my husband was going to declare bankruptcy when the divorce was final to get out of the credit card debt and to get out of paying the 35K judgment. Mr. St Louis also explained to me that it was practically impossible to pull my ex-husband into court for contempt of property distribution award because he explained the family law did not allow that. In other words I was about ready to lose everything I thought I was getting in the divorce, and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. My ex-husband later admitted to me that this was indeed his intentions. I had to spend over 5K to Mr. St. Louis to get out of the agreement, and with hard work and ingenuity, Mr. St. Louis got everything tossed out of court and forced a settlement on my husband and his attorney in my favor to re-structure my 35K bankrupt able property award into spousal maintenance, plus attorney fees. I could not have been happier. My regret was that I did not consult with an attorney before I got myself into the problem, but I was very very happy and satisfied that Mr. St. Louis got the agreement thrown out and a whole new settlement that my ex-husband could not discharge himself out of in bankruptcy. He now has to pay me court ordered spousal maintenance until the total sum of 35K is paid in full. Mr. St. Louis is very good in court and knows how to weave the facts and tell the story of a client's case into the process of the law to the court and best represent the client very well in court. I now receive monthly installment of spousal maintenance I never would have received without Mr. St Louis help. I got the additional small bonus justice was done and my ex-husband is very angry with what Mr. St. Louis accomplished for me. I would hire Mr. St. Louis in an instant if I ever needed legal services. I highly recommend his skills and talent to anyone with family law problems.

My divorce in King County Superior Court is finally done and I am thankful to my attorney, Glen St.Louis as he managed to get me a parenting plan that protected my daughter and got me a lot more in property settlement proceeds than I ever could have imagined. Mr. St.Louis is a very cerebral long term planner, yet he was very tenacious when he had to be, and knows how to think outside of the box. I’m a mom with a daughter that is nearly a teen-ager and had no experience with the family law courts or the way the system works. Mr. St.Louis explained it every step of the way. I had all sorts of nasty and false accusations toward me, and Mr. St.Louis knew how to disarm the untruths and lies. He was very thorough and thoughtful and knows how to deal with challenges. He understands human behavior which is a big plus in dealing with family law issues. He could almost predict every one of my husbands or his lawyer’s dirty tricks and was always prepared for them. My former husband was a pain in the caboose nearly the entire case and threw three different attorneys at me, and each time they threw a curve ball at Mr. St.Louis he treated it as a form of exercise and never got thrown off his game. It didn’t matter what pitch they threw, he knew how to hit it right back at them with more zing and spin. Mr. St.Louis ”responds” rather than “reacts” to things and does not let his buttons get pushed. He’s calm and has a sense of humor which helps. It was apparent at each step in my case (including at hearings and mediation) that he was at least two steps ahead of my husband’s attorneys in knowing what had to be done to place the advantages in my favor. He did not charge me for every meeting and phone call like other attorneys do and for that I am thankful. Mr. St.Louis is talented and disciplined lawyer. I make this well earned referral for my former attorney, Glen St.Louis and his law firm in my divorce. They obtained for me 50% time with my son and daughter. The fact that I do not have to pay child support is also a plus because I do financially provide for my kids, but the BIG thing for me is that I get to be a highly involved father with my children; something I was unsure of two years ago. Glen worked very hard, tirelessly and intelligently in representing me and turning around a situation for me. He gave me great advice and was always probing to come up with the best result he could get for me. He charged a reasonable rate and worked with me to be sure I’d weather the litigation storm. Since my divorce it was very difficult adjusting to the fact that I wouldn't get to see my son everyday like I was used too. In the beginning I worked six days a week so when I was served with custody papers from my sons mother I had no way of getting around anything because of my job. Every other weekend really took a toll on me. Constantly calling my sons mother trying to work out a schedule to see him here and there besides every other weekend always ended in a argument, followed by a hang-up, and "NO" answer when I tried to call back. This literally drained me of my life, and sense of self, and I was lost. So I got a better job with a flexible schedule that could possibly help my situation.I thought "now all I needed was to find a good lawyer". I found two different lawyers and payed my "consultation fees" to both. I got the same results. They didn't even act like they wanted to hear it and didn't care to help. So basically I had nothing.
