Michael (and Josh) were exactly what I was looking for! I had a previous attorney that would not listen to me and it cost me so much anxiety, stress, frustration, and money. These guys listened to me, provided guidance, and took me out of things that I didn't need to be involved in which let me breathe and not freak out unnecessarily. My case was complex and difficult to prove. I wasn't sure I would find someone that could help me but Michael did just that! Can't recommend them enough!

I hired Sol Kim years ago for my case that just ended not too long ago, but his practice area was little different from my case.He didn't care. He helped me as a translator, found another lawyer for me to work with, and they both worked tirelessly for years.
Sol Kim was a very detailed person. He kept me up-to-date with the case and provided me with options.
I knew little to nothing about the laws related to the situation I was in, only laws, evidences, and my lawyers were at my side, I was emotionally troubled for months and years, and he helped me to calm me down.

We had documents that ha to be translated from Korean to English, then all of the documents sent to the secretary of state for Apostilles on all the notarized pages. He managed to get it done in less than four days and called me that they were ready which was excellent. Meaning that we were way under the dead line for them to be filled in S. Korea. After firing two attorneys that were previously representing my custody battle and were not fighting for me I hire Mr. Daniels to represent me. He wasted no time and immediately took action. To ask for help is difficult
To ask someone to help you fight with you against horrible people is harder.
Blooms form specialises on fighting for survivors of sexual assault. And they doing an amazing work for survivors. They empower you. When I contact them I was broken, and I don’t feel that anymore.

So so grateful my best friend recommended Attorney Chavin to me. Haven’t needed to hire at this point, because we aren’t there yet. But definitely will if we have to. We’ve only consulted thus far, but his Bio is 100% true.
His number one concern is my well-being which not only makes him a great attorney in general but a special one as he cares about how you feel.
It’s especially helpful for someone dealing with a lot of trauma from the situation. (landlord tenant dispute).
I feel extremely safe being advised by him, a lot of lawyers do not care about you as a human, when every client needs that! I nearly lost hope but, lawyer Bangudi was very helpful . Talking to Franklin who I directly consult him with any questions and other issues concerning my immigration case lord I nearly tried another lawyer . But something inside me which I know it’s the voice of God saying , Girl ,don’t loose hope . I kept her and her team especially Franklin who I speak directly to with any questions and I get answered right away. I said to myself she’s a family lawyer and also who deal with immigration issues , I would have to keep her and her comes the surprise Franklin called me with the Good News Your case had been approved and Congratulations. I screamed so hard saying , Thank You lord. I came in for a consultation and Sam listened to me and gave it to me straight. This is exactly what I needed. To understand what I wanted to accomplish and how I may need to compromise. He gave me alternative situations and advised me that I may not get exactly what I was looking for because of my situation. But he also explained that what I was looking could be accomplished down the road if it didn’t work now. The consultation was so informative he even told me I might not even need him and I could do it myself. I knew this going into it. (And was relieved to know he wasn’t just trying to get my money. As I’ve heard other previous horror stories from friends and family when it comes to other Lawyers.) However my other Co-Parent had already hired a lawyer, I wanted the peace of mind Sam brought to the table. Also his firms reputation was nice. And it shined through in his professionalism and timely communication. In the end it went exactly how Sam and I discussed it would happen. In six months I will be 50/50 Co Parent. Thank you Sam!!! I went through a high-conflict divorce that involved false accusations and threats around taking away custody. TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

Mr Jerry Elashmawy deserves way more than 5 Stars. I cannot begin to explain my fear of being in a situation I have never faced before. I was extremely unsure and stressed about the potential outcome, however from the start he treated me as a human being. It wasn't about money, it was about respect, compassion and decency. At the time when everything happened, I was facing a lot and trying to get my family to a safer location to live, he actually did a payment plan which HELPED financially since we had just gotten approved for a safe, new apartment for us and our kids.

The first time in my life i had to hire an Attorney
Jerry Elashmawy. My friend filed a criminal and civil complaint against me , I was arrested and spent few days in jail. Jerry helped me to navigate my release from Jail .

I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. It was definitely a very good choice in hiring him.

Earlier this year, I contacted Ms. Downey for help with a family situation involving my dog. I had spent a whole week calling lawyer after lawyer, and due to the nature of the case and the fact I knew nothing about legal proceedings, I was pretty overwhelmed. Finally, I was referred to Ms. Downey, and I was immediately blown away by her compassion, in-depth knowledge, and proactivity.
I talked to her for almost an hour, and she could not have been kinder or more understanding. We were able to "resolve" the situation in a timely manner, and she would check in afterwards to see if I had any updates. When the same situation was escalated a few months later, Ms. Downey came to the rescue once again.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Ms. Downey. She's professional, diligent, and never leaves you in the dark. Importantly for me and my case, she is also a lover of animals. When I was initially searching for lawyers, I got the sense that many of them didn't really "get" it, but Ms. Downey had no problem seeing just how much my dog meant to me. She possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence, and that is, in my opinion, the core of what makes someone a good lawyer.
My case wasn't flashy, and the stakes were high only to me. Regardless, Ms. Downey took all of my concerns seriously, and I knew with certainty that she cared about my dog and me. I found Gary Avratin through a friend of a friend and immediately could tell that he would be the right advocate for me as I unraveled a 20+ year marriage. By the time I found Gary, I had been considering divorce for a couple of years so I’ve interviewed multiple other attorneys and a mediator. In each of those interviews I was quickly told that there was not much to be done, we would just split things 50/50, including time with our child. No one else bothered to listen to all the facts behind what I was seeking. Gary listened and then negotiated a fair settlement with the help of a mediator. The process was not simple but Gary used his determination and knowledge to push through it all with my best interests in mind.
I selected Gary because he is clearly a tough-as-nails litigator who will fight for his clients with passion and I knew I needed someone who could effectively do that for me. At the same time, Gary is ultimately seeking fairness and a final agreement that allows his clients to have a decent relationship with their ex so that that they can co-parent for years to come. That approach makes a difference because, because you don’t want to destroy the chances of being able to co-parent. By seeking fairness, Gary allowed me to walk away from the process with an amicable relationship with my ex.
Gary and his assistant, Helene, are incredibly busy but responded when I needed quick answers. When I reached out with more urgent matters, I got help within minutes. One has to remember that Gary and Helene are handling many, many other cases, and when they are working with a client, that client gets their 100% full attention. I have witnessed other attorneys who spend meetings texting and emailing about other cases and that is simply not how Gary operates. Also, they weren’t out to nickel and dime me; they did things that were important and checked what I sent them but they would suggest that I do a lot of the financial work myself to save time and money. They called with questions about the paperwork I sent to make sure I hadn’t made any mistakes or forgotten important details. Also of importance, is that Gary is very well known in eastern Massachusetts courts, especially Norfolk County, and he is well respected by judges, clerks, attorneys and mediators alike.
Divorce is not fun and it’s likely not easy for anyone. It’s important to find someone who can guide you through the process and prepare you to start the next chapter of your life. Gary made a tough situation better by caring about me and my child and how each element of the agreement could be the best outcome for us.

Julie represented me in a child custody matter during a legal separation I had filed, where the mother moved out of state and filed a petition for full out-of-state custody. At the outset, when I had filed for legal separation to retain child custody, I hadn’t yet heard of Julie and went with a law firm that churned my case file, with high billing rates and no results. I started looking for new counsel and found Julie by word of mouth. I’m glad I did! To start, Julie listened to my situation as a single dad to a nine-year son, and gave me a balanced, experienced assessment. The state dragged my 96 year old aunt kicking and screaming from her home April 18, 2022 with the baseless claim that she was legally incapacitated. . Mr. Dillon was very open and clear cut, he let me know all my options and told me what the court was most likely to do. He walked me through everything as this was my first time in court. I got 6 months probation with an OWI on my record with fines but the MIP was waived. I am a unique client. I like to get “into the weeds” on the legal side of things. Mike was excellent at working with me on two separate occasions.
In 2017, Mike negotiated on my behalf to keep my house and avoid high child support payments and settle for 50/50 custody in my divorce case in Cobb County. This enabled me to stay in my child’s life on a constant basis and remain a stable parent. After a relocation from the child’s other coparent, I had to step into being a full-time parent.
So in late 2023, I filed a modification case as a Pro Se plaintiff. It turned out to be more difficult than I could navigate after discovery. I knew the law, but didn’t know how to turn it in my favor.
