Elif worked on my wife's case around 2013. My wife had been previously married on a conditional green card, but returned to her home country without properly closing her GC when the marriage failed. When I met my wife I was an expat living outside the US, and we found out she had a deportation order that was a few years old even though she had already left the US. So getting the court to reopen her case required knowing the ins-and-outs of the system. Elif knew exactly what to do and filed the correct joint motion to have my wife's deportation order terminated. Fast-forward to 2021 and my wife just successfully received her US naturalization document. We filed for this on our own, however they reviewed the prior court motion Elif had prepared and everything was in good shape. Thanks!

My case was a disaster. I and my wife received removal orders from immigration court . I had no hope to get relief. Because of reviews I choose Attorney Kelles to appeal my decision in Board of immigration. The work she done for me, I have no words how thankful I am to her. Because the way she explained my case to BIA , my case of approved and my wife's case remanded back to immigration court. ( I live in new England, 3000 miles away, so was not able to get her services for immigration court) Even though my contract with her was over. After few month she again emailed me and explained me how I can fight my wife's case in my local immigration court. No words, how thankful I am. She is the blessing.

I can't express how grateful my fiance' and I are that we chose Charity. I live in Michigan, so I filled out a request for help. I can't put into words how stressful that first step was. Charity was the first to call, and she spoke very reassuring and calmly that she would definitely help us to make sure all of our paperwork was in order. I can honestly say Charity is one of the most patient persons I know.
Both my fiance' and I are overthinkers. I must have emailed Charity I can't recall how many times because we constantly reference online 'examples' despite Charity giving us everything we needed for proof. She caught two very costly errors that if i had sent my application in on my own would have been given a RFE!
Because of my mistakes, our filing was delayed. Although she deserved a break, she still went over my application so as to get it submitted as soon as she could. That spoke the loudest when I look back on how she 'took care of us' literally. I made the best choice although 3 time zones away! If I lived closer, I would have given her a hug, but with Covid all i could say is Thank you! I will definitely retain her for our Green card!

I am 60yrs old and had NEVER been arrested or in serious trouble until i found myself in a soap opera type nightmare with LVPD reading me my Miranda rights! I was being falsely accused of bullying & assaulting my elderly mother that I was caring for. I was scared out of my wits and having trouble seeing ANY way out of going to jail. Suddenly i went from loving daughter to an alleged abusive caregiver. My unethical, greedy brothers thought they might get cut out of our mothers will so they plotted (to the best of their ignorant ability) to discredit me and manipulate my mother into tossing me into jail and them directly into her bank accounts. I had heard of Amber months ago in passing. I NEVER thought I’d need a defense attorney. Thank GOD for Amber Fuhriman. I got on line and frantically searched for a defense attorney. I recognized her name and called. She answered. The police had gone to corroborate (or not) my version of events when Amber answered my call.
She listened patiently to my plea for help to keep me from being arrested. She quickly assessed my situation, asked a few important questions and then calmly extracted me from the abyss I had begun to sink into. She told me precisely what COULD happen next. Thats what happened. She explained what to do if and when it did happen, and as succinctly and concisely as a preacher on a pulpit would, she calmed my frayed nerves with facts. She allowed me to function in a calmly educated manner. when I felt like I was being railroaded she armed me with facts so that I didn’t fall into my evil brothers trap: Rattle me so I would melt into a puddle of tears, followed by outrage and indignation, my brothers pushed all the buttons that were installed in childhood, all fueled by age old sibling rivalries. Amber helped me keep my cool and not lose control of my emotions. She stated facts and kept me out of jail. I want people to know what she did for me. I did NOT get arrested. Ambers counsel allowed me to maintain my dignity in a moment when I could have lost it. Shes that good. Thank you Amber.

Ms Amber Fuhriman was a beacon of hope to my spouse and I at a time when our options appeared to be none and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. BEST CRIMINAL ATTORNEY IN THE AREA!! I came to Mrs Blanchette with an 11 count case which included Trafficking 4oz of Meth, Possession of a Firearm with altered Serial Numbers, DUI, and Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a crime. I had previously hired another law firm in the area and paid them $10,000. That firm could only get me a final offer from the DA of 25 yrs to serve 10 yrs minimum. My wife and I collaborated with Jenny on our first property in Jersey City! We had really great experience with Jenny. She is professional and patient, and has played the critical role in pushing forward our case to closing.
Our property had very complicated situations. It is a multi family and has multiple tenants that need to deal with. In addition, it had back and forth discussion and negotiation with sellers for inspection and title! When I arrived at Yaniv's office I was in one of the worst moments of my life. facing deportation. without hope and with a lot of anguish and sadness.Many lawyers told me there was no hope for my case. that my case was very difficult to win and that I was going to be deported, there was nothing to do for me .When I met Yaniv, he explained to me the process and my options .He told me that he would try his best to help me and stop my deportation. Yurika was everything I could ever ask for in an attorney. Seriously....I can't think of anything she could have done better. My wife was in the country legally on a J-1 visa and we decided to get married and file a marriage-based adjustment of status (for a green card). It was painless the whole way through. Before even compensating or retaining Yurika, she literally answered each and every question I had regarding the process and even had the courtesy to look over our documents to confirm we had everything in order to file with USCIS. This played a huge part in us committing to be her clients. Her firm and paralegals are just as accommodating throughout the process. Ask anything, and they will give you clear and concise answers. We had our final interview last week to which Yurika prepared us for and even accompanied us to the interview with the USCIS officer present. My wife has since been approved and we are just waiting for the green card in the mail. Couldn't recommend her more if you're reading this post. As a plus, I shopped around beforehand, getting 4-5 quotes from immigration attorneys in the D.C. Area and Yurika's cost was the most reasonable; that, coupled with her highly rated reviews, you can't go wrong.

I cannot more whole heartedly recommend attorney Yurika Cooper for your immigration needs. My husband and I had what turned out to be a fairly complex marriage based petition, and what should have been a 6 month relationship with attorney Cooper stretched into 4.5 years. During the long delay our case experienced (which, by the way, had nothing to do with Yurika's work - we experienced a long delay on USCIS' part) we not only were never charged more than the flat fee we had agreed to at the beginning of our case, but attorney Cooper continued to do whatever she could to push our case forward. Since we had to wait so long, again on a delay from USCIS, she eventually referred us to a litigator to file a lawsuit based on the delay. We liked attorney Cooper so much that we were genuinely terrified to leave her. As it turned out, we were eventually successful and the new attorney, who checked over everything that had been done before he came on, found that everything was complete and that she had done everything possible before recommending a lawsuit.
As a client, I can tell you that Yurika is everything you want in a lawyer. She usually gets back to any email within 24 hours, and can usually set up calls within a few days. She is also open to office meetings. Anything that was mailed to her office was followed by an email saying that they received it, and she was prompt in getting things submitted. She also manages her own schedule, so you don't have to go through a gate keeper to get to her. In addition to being responsive, she has tremendous "bed side manner" and always takes time to chat and point out the positive aspects of your case. I know that bed side manner doesn't seem that important when you start a case, but if your case goes off the rails it will be incredibly important to you. Could not recommend her more, she literally saved my family.
