Renzo took on my case when many other attorneys had passed on it (including the previous law office who had represented me up to that point).
It was a very specific situation that I doubt many attorneys had even encountered, which caused many to think the additional research and unknowns were not worth it and practically dismissed me without any regard for the serious problem I was in. (My mom was stuck overseas and unable to come back even though she had legal status. A consulate official made it his mission to not have her come back and put up additional bars of inadmissibility after she had already been granted a waiver for the one she had against her. )
Renzo cared for me as a person first and foremost which meant a lot. Then he sat down with me and laid out the plan for how we would get her back.
He was quick to act and sent out a new request to waive this new bar of inadmissibility that the consulate official had put up against her. Within weeks it was approved and my mother was able to go back to the consulate and finally get her visa.
It’s been about 8 years now but I’ll always be grateful for Renzo’s dedication to providing a quality legal service to his community. He cares and deserves your business a lot more than the firms who just look at you as a small drop of their yearly revenue.

I have to say Im super impressed with how they handled my speeding ticket. I was a little worried when court dates were being changed and a year later they were still handling things but it was well worth the wait. My case was dismissed and I didn't need to appear in court. I forgot how I found Fyourticket, but I'm glad I did. I just received an email that my speeding ticket was dismissed! I was caught doing over 100mph on the freeway, and the cop cut me a break as he put I was doing 99mph in order to avoid impounding my car. Fyourticket was able to extend my trial for an entire year, and at the end my case was dismissed! No driving school, no court fees, no points on my record. It was everything I could've asked for. Money well spent!!!

I highly recommend Constantine Zhukovsky as one of the best family law attorneys in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had a very long, painful, and ugly divorce with my abusive ex with a Restraining order and a minor child on my hands. At first, I had a different attorney and felt so confused and helpless, and the divorce proceedings were going south. When I met Constantine he spent hours explaining my rights, laws, and proceedings. The most important part, he laid out the strategies for my case and let me think about it before I made any decision. From the start, I got the support and clarity I needed. I knew what would happen next, and what I should expect from each hearing. It was through divorce, but I am very happy I had Constantine on my side. I felt safe and protected. The proceedings were going very slow: lots of rescheduling from the opposing side, attorney substitutions, and the most annoying was that if you think you have an agreement with the opposing side, it doesn’t mean anything unless it is all put into paper and signed. My ex played this game a dozen times, and it cost both of us lots of money and time. Finally, after the years of divorce, I can put it all behind me, and I am very grateful to Constantine for his hard work and support.

While helping my brother with his divorce, I attended several meetings with Constantine and was very impressed with how he conducted his business. He took a no nonsense approach towards obtaining a full understanding of relevant financial and family situations. This allowed him to make a fair and timely settlement offer that aligned with guidance provided by California court systems. We had lots of questions and he was able to address them all and provide a thorough explanation behind each of his recommendations.
My brother’s wife took a much more aggressive approach, asking for everything and in my opinion stretched the truth. This backfired in court as Constantine was able to back up his case with solid facts. … and judges rule on facts not fantasy. My brother left court happy that day, the same can’t be said about his soon to be ex-wife.
Divorce can be a very frustrating and draining process. Constantine was able to provide my brother with the hope and confidence that he was not going to lose the shirt off of his back. Constantine proved to be worthy of that confidence by bringing the divorce to a fair and timely conclusion.

I was going to be charged for Domestic Violence and he was able to get it dropped down to a misdemeanor until I took my classes and paid the fines. TLDR; Martin Litmaer is an excellent attorney who will look for creative ways and fight for your rights to resolve your situation. Hes compassionate, and sees you as a person and not just another case number. His fees are also extremely reasonable give how stressful, disasterous and damaging (financially, mental health, etc.) legal issues can be to one's life, and he understands this. Together we fought a felony charge over the span of 1 year which resulted in the charges being dropped and case dismissed. More below:
I little over a year ago, I received a call from the LAPD notifying me that I was being charged with a felony (for a crime I didn't even commit, it just happened that the law had recently changed without my knowledge and I was found out of compliance).
Prior to consulting Martin, i had a brief interaction with a public defender (AKA public pretender), who was completely unhelpful. I was then referred to Martin through family. After our consultation I immediately hired Martin. He consulted me on the legal process, and together we went to the courthouse to "turn myself in" and clear the warrant (because, I wasn't actually arrested committing a crime). Martin convinced the judge to release me without bail (saving me $4k bail bond fees on an originally set $40k bail). Over the next year, we had a dozen court dates together and multiple phone calls and texts, devising a strategy to resolve this (what I call it, an injustice). Ultimately, after pivoting a couple times and trying a couple strategies, we found one that sticked, worked on that together and the case was dismissed.

Keep in mind that this is immigration and nothing's guaranteed, but he definitely knows how to present your case.

In the summer of ‘14, my wife and I hired Jenna Peyton to guide us through the immigration process (moving from Canada to the USA). After calling several lawyers and getting no responses back I began to pray for God to show me the right way to go. Shortly after praying I found Natalie's website and made a call. I was so nervous to seek the assistance of a lawyer. My husband and I make a humble household income between us, and we had already been through the ringer before finally breaking down and realizing we needed professional legal assistance. We were so nervous to get taken advantage of or end up spending our only savings on through-the-roof legal fees. Len was the only lawyer who didn’t charge us some crazy fee just for an initial consultation - in fact he called me on a Saturday after receiving my email inquiry, and never charged me a thing until I had actually met with him in person and was feeling comfortable about the whole process. He broke everything down and was transparent every step of the way… he even worked with us on an extremely reasonable payment plan. We haven’t been officially approved for the green card yet, but he texted me this evening to inform me that their office sent off all our final paperwork this afternoon and provided us with a tracking number. I am feeling peaceful and confident after seeing how all the other steps in this process have gone, so far, with Len’s assistance. Honestly, seamless! I only wish we had hired him sooner instead of wasting about a year with Boundless Immigration, which got us nowhere except more confused and feeling hopeless about the whole process. I moved from Vancouver BC a few years ago, obtaining TN status on my own and re-establishing my professional career in Seattle. After marrying and buying a home, I attempted the immigration process on my own, without a lawyer.
After getting stumped by changes to the document submission process and encountering significant delays at the NVC, I realized that my own handling of the immigration process was a formidable mistake. I reached out to several Seattle lawyers that I found on Yelp. They all declined my case, citing that they didn't take on "bail-out" cases where the process had advanced to this stage. One laywer declined my case but not without first a lecture making mistakes. Another gave me incorrect information. I felt the impending doom of losing my work authorization, my job and income source, and jeopardizing my family financially.
I emailed Len Saunders on the recommendation of another Canadian green card holder. Seeing the urgency, he called me back within 30 minutes, and immediately educated me about options that would allow me to carry on working legally in the US while waiting for my interview. This help saved me from a disastrous situation where I would have to leave the US. He told me that I could contact him whenever I had questions.
The rest of the process proceeded with step-by-step advice and hand-holding from Len. It took the stress away, which is worth more than what money can by. He met me before my interview to review my info packet, to make sure I had the correct documents. He advised on which flight to take to Montreal, where to stay to be close to the new consulate location, and what proof of bona fide marriage to bring. He gave us his cell phone and informed us to call from Montreal whatever the issue encountered ("nevermind the time difference!"). He wanted to know right away if the interview had issues and help resolve them immediately.
If I were to turn back time, I would have hired Len at the get-go because he is an lawyer who is "on the pulse", and clearly cares about his clients and his work. He knows the latest, the minutiae, and is an expert among immigration lawyers when it comes to Canadians immigrating to the US.

My husband and I were referred to John and his firm by an attorney friend to handle my Green Card application. We were both impressed by his thorough knowledge and friendly yet professional manner. The same applied to his staff associates as well. Whenever we had a question, we'd email him and get a response back in 24 hours or less, usually the same day, within a couple of hours. One of the best decisions of my life was to have hired the lawyer Vaisman to take my bankruptcy case, he is a person who has shown me that he can be trusted and answered all my questions without hesitation.
I also love the way he takes the case and the follow-up of everything. In addition to all that he knows about the subject, another point that was very important to me is the patience he had to understand me and I say it with respect to the language since Spanish is my first language, he always made sure that we understood each other and not only that, when my case has been resolved, he also made sure to explain and teach us how to raise the credit again.

I have given Rajat 5 stars in every category possible for a reason. I have worked with multiple Immigration lawyers for 7 years until I finally recieved my Green Card in the Fall of 2013. One of the most important things you expect from your lawyer is responsiveness; Rajat has always responded to my questions and queries within a few hours of me asking the question whereas others would take days and sometimes weeks. When my husband and I decided to get married, we started looking for an immigration lawyer. My husband is a naturalized US citizen and I was a working visa holder in the US. The nature of my job is project based, and this can be difficult for someone who requires company sponsored visas, because when I finished a project, I sometimes have to look for employment in a different company, and had to start the visa process all over again, my husband(then fiancée ) really wanted me to stop stressing over visas, so we decided to settle down together after dating each other for 3 years.
We started looking at yelp reviews for attorneys and had consultations with perhaps 3 different lawyers, Romben stood out to us, because he was very friendly and sweet. I was very nervous about having to consult a lawyer, since I didn’t understand all the “lawyer lingos”. But Romben was very easy to talk to. He broke down what the process is like, and asked us to describe our situation in details, and gave us reassurance that our case will be a painless one (I guess as painless as marriage based green cards go haha)
It was not a hard decision to hire Romben for our case, he was very responsive, we emailed each other back and forth a couple times and Romben always give us detailed answers to our questions. His assistant Ana came in and had us fill out questionnaires and listed materials we had to prepare. Some of our documents needed translations, and the firm also provided us contact to such services.
We pretty much have the package ready to go in a week after exchanging our vows in front of the Pasadena city hall, this was including the medical documents. The firm mailed out all our materials for us, Romben checked through all the files before sending them out. For someone like me who’s always over worrying, this thoroughness really puts my heart at ease.
After that, whenever the USCIS updates our case, the firm will always keep us alerted as well, they sent us all the reminders to mail in the RFE and the biometric appointments, Ana was very patient whenever I came to her with a hundred questions, and always answered them in details.
I recently received my conditional green card in the mail. We mailed out the applications in December, mailed the RFE in March, and got the card in June. I had a friend who started her marriage based green card process months before me, but I ended up getting my green card before she did. I can’t help but think this is due to the help from the Fong and Aquino law firm, I trusted Romben through the whole process.
Romben once asked us why we picked him from a sea of yelp reviews, and I told him it was because he felt very “human”. I guess I really wanted to work with someone who is kind and caring, who I feel like I can ask them everything and not be treated like I’m wasting their time. And I’m glad Romben was exactly what we were looking for. Our running jokes through out a dozen email exchange, is that he’s actually “a robot who is pretending to be a human this whole time” and I always find that amusing.
