After originally consulting with Jeffrey in 2017 and beginning my immigration journey to the US with him, Jeffrey was clearly knowledgeable and well versed in immigration law. I always enjoyed working with him and the members of his offices over the years and appreciated their clear checklists of what I needed to provide during the process. They made an overwhelming task feel much more simple and I was successful in obtaining my work permit and Green card within about 13-14 months of initially speaking with him in Florida, at his office.
It was easy to renew my relationship again with his office in 2020, when they reached out to me as a courteous reminder of my status at the time. During what was already a stressful year, Jeffrey and his office made it easy to do the process virtually while I was also living in New York. I was so grateful that I was able to continue the relationship with him during this time as it made the process much less difficult. There were some stressful moments working with USCIS and scheduling appointments, however, I appreciated the support I had from the paralegals I was also working with at the time to help with getting through those challenges.
I have since recently consulted with Jeffrey again about my current and future status in the US and look forward to working with him again in the future. Jean is an excellent lawyer. I have used her firm for my successful EB1A application and also for obtaining 2 H1s(with Audra) at my startup. In all my engagements I have received sound legal advice and best results. Most prominent firms do not take non-phd EB1A cases but Jean not only took my case but she helped win it in the field for business. I highly recommend Renee for all of your immigration needs! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, straightforward and honest. She helped my husband and me with a response to a “Notice of Intent to Deny” that we received in response to our I-130 application. She also helped us with a waiver application that was approved a month after it was filed and I received my permanent card a week after that. All that from April to November. Renee prepared the response to the NOID and waiver application extremely well and she knew exactly what was needed to be done at any moment. Also, it was great that everything could be done virtually online since we are more than an hour away from her office. Before we hired Renee, I did extensive research and I really had a great feeling about her. I have had experience with several immigration lawyers, and I only wish Renee was my lawyer from the beginning.

I had a one hour consultation with Renee to discuss my wife's pending green card application which we filed last year without the aid of a lawyer. My wife's case had a minor complication and was taking a while for any action to be made by USCIS, so I was concerned. Throughout my immigration journey, I have had to deal with several different lawyers. I have thus become very particular about what to look for in selecting a lawyer for my naturalization application. After a very careful search and running names through multiple filters, I selected Renee because she came across as straightforward and honest. Most lawyers will try to alarm you as much as possible so that they can make a bigger deal out of your case in order to get fatter fees. Renee gave me a fixed price that was fair. I got in touch with Renae 2 years ago when I was in the market searching for an attorney to file my EB1A. I consulted a few attorneys, out of which few said I won't succeed in EB1A and a few didn't give me a good vibe. Renae was the only one who gave me comprehensive feedback and a good vibe, hence I decided to go ahead with her a year ago. Getting an approval for a profile which has high standards or an award already isn't a big deal since any attorney can get it approved, but the one where a profile is actually built up to get to the EB1A standards and have it approved is the real success which shows how competent the attorney is, Renae is one of those highly competent EB1A attorney. A few things which sets her apart from the rest is that she thinks outside of the box, she is fully involved and doesn’t solely rely on paralegals, she answers all queries comprehensively, and a client isn’t just a number or case file, she actually cares about the client and the client’s success.
She has EB1A expertise and is well aware of exactly what the USCIS officers are looking for, she got my EB1A-APPROVED in premium. I was very much stressed right after filing, worrying about getting RFE because I have heard that premium filing triggers a RFE most of the time, but getting a straightaway approval in premium in 8 working days from the toughest service center completely blew me away and clearly shows without a doubt that Renae is an expert when it comes to EB1A. Asheesh has been the only immigration attorney (yes, we actually had to fire one years before) who has given us not just enough time to talk things through and understand our personal circumstances, but also gave all his attention and care while advising us as to how to proceed forward with the process. We went ahead and began the process with Sharma Law Offices to obtain my IR1 Visa.
In the summer of 2016, my husband and my father-in-law rendezvoused in the area with a goal in mind of seeking out the best immigration firm we could find. We decided that we would do “walk ins” to see how we were received by doing so without any appointment. After being turned away at some agencies, passed around at other office, finally we came upon Sharma Law Offices. We walked in during normal business hours, and were very pleased at how well we were received. We were asked to sit in the conference area while we awaited Asheesh, the attorney. He joined us, and we have a pleasant thirty minute or so conversation about our situation and some questions that we had that were intended to help us feel more comfortable with the process.
As expected, the process does take some time, and is inevitably quite complex. All of us involved knew well beforehand the level of stress that may occur throughout this process.
Just as many families going through similar immigrant applications, we constantly had a lot of questions and concerns; things we wanted cleared up in our own minds to better rest at night.
Whether we emailed or called, we were never left waiting or wondering as to what was going on and why it was going on. We always receive prompt and concise answers. I’d imagine based on our own experiences in this process, that this would be very important to people - as lack of communication can be a huge point of stress. This simply wasn’t a worry when working with Asheesh and Liliana.
Our process continued from beginning to end almost verbatim as Asheesh said it would. There were some unknown unknowns that popped up along the way, but were quickly dealt with and the process continued virtually seamlessly all the way to completion. We were within our projected completion time within a few weeks - exactly as we though from the onset.
All in all, we’d highly recommend this firm to anyone needing immigration services, as we’re first-hand proof of highly satisfied and thankful customers.

Shirin has been very DEDICATED to my immigration case from the beginning to the end. As I had issues with lawyers before, it was hard for me to trust another but, as we worked together through filing the paperwork and with her providing me all the information without leaving anything out, I began to feel comfortable and confident in her work and it provided me with less stress and a worry-free mind. Shirin has been extremely helpful in handling my immigration case from Day 1. She answered my questions that I had prior to the first consultation (most lawyers do not), she was extremely informative on the subject and options during the first consult and thereafter as well. She provided all the correct answers which other lawyers in Tampa had failed to provide me and we were able to go with the correct approach in handling this particular case which was exactly the right choice that had to be made. She promptly followed up with USCIS a couple times as needed due to an error on their end and provided me with the resolution that was required.

I worked with Immigration Desk - Attorney Anu's office to respond to my O-1 A - NOID petition for my O-1 visa. I came to her after my previous attorney delayed my RFE response by five months and wasn't committing to submitting my response for NOID within the stipulated timeline. She took up the challenge and wrote a very persuasive and thorough response within three weeks. I am very impressed with her knowledge of immigration laws and her approach to a very complex issue for my O-1 A NOID.
She always answered calls and responded to emails swiftly, unlike other lawyers in the past I've worked with who will take you for granted once you have signed the service contract. In the past, I've worked with four lawyers recommended by my school - the MIT International Student office. Right from the first call, she was polite and responsive. She took time to explain her approach and was flexible when I asked to take a different approach when my potential employer asked.
Attorney Anu and Ian come with my highest recommendations. I hope to work with her on my green card application and O-1 transfers once this is behind us. Leon and his team have helped me with an L1 visa (as a one man business, I might add) and renewals of this visa since 2015, for a minor investment in processing and renewal fees, which over the entire period cost less than $100 000. I love this woman! She has been our lawyer since 2019 she filed our paper work to remove conditions and for citizenship. Even through Covid when everything was at a standstill she was there for us. We finally got movement in 2023 in September 2023 sue came for our interview, by December 2023 my husband gained his citizenship. She would answer calls on weekends, holidays or whenever we had a question. There were times I was upset with the whole process but Elena was there every step of the way.

We had moved to North Carolina, where the view on immigration is much more conservative. What a God-send Lauren McGee was to our process. We only met in person once to go over a list of required documents (which I had to collect and send over to their office) and Harun and their team handled the rest of the process. I should have reviewed Kimberly years ago when she helped my wife obtain her green card, (the path to her present US citizenship) explaining every option/risks for each, and all while making us feel at ease with her level of expertise other lawyers we had consulted prior could not match.
