I am very great full being connected with Anish, he is knowledgable, experience and professional attorney. My wife had received a 221g when she went for visa stamping, we are worried about the same. But Anish, helped us by asking the pin pointed questions and collecting answers to create a case for us. It’s only document submission for us as per 221g, but he had created a document bunch which helped my wife to get her visa stamped. He mentioned while in free consultation that, for my wife’s 221g response I don’t need to hire him and I can submit the required document by my own. I highly recommend Anish as an immigration attorney. In the past I was represented by a couple of incompetent & unknowledgeable attorneys who wasted precious time which ultimately forced me to change my legal status several times. After my OPT application was denied due to an error made by the university, I was forced to leave the country and returned to the US after I found my job.
I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney that was solely specialized in immigration law and found Anish through the California Bar Association. During our consultation Anish explained clearly what my options are for applying for a Green Card, what the process is like, and what a realistic timeline would look like. He also answered all my questions and once I left the consultation, I felt confident that he is the right attorney.
Once he took my case, he worked diligently on it and was always available to answer any questions that I had and gave me updates on any of the forms that were submitted and eventually approved. When the time came for the Green Card interview Anish prepared me well, especially for potential questions about the more problematic areas of my immigration history (changing visas, denied OPT, staying in US for several months without a visa before leaving, being denied a visa etc.).
On the day of the interview, he came with me and my father to the interview and was able to guide me through the interview and help me when the officer wasn’t knowledgeable about certain immigration laws and was trying to make a case for a denial. He calmly explained to the officer the law and the officer decided to delay the decision on my Green Card. I became worried at first but Anish quickly tried to find a solution as we were leaving the building. In the meantime, I was considering my options in the case that my Green Card application gets denied.
Fortunately, after several weeks of waiting Anish informed me that my Green Card application was approved. I am very thankful and grateful to Anish for everything that he did for me on this case. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and professional immigration attorney, Anish is the one to choose and I highly recommend him!

Andrew saved me on different levels! A friend assisted to contact him while I was in detention after someone close to me called ICE on me to have me deported. Additionally, a previous attorney that I hired failed to file my papers despite claiming to have done so prior to this dreadful incident. I experienced Andrew’s commitment to helping people in need as he reached out to me even before my then attorney in detention. My previous attorney made several errors that would have made it difficult for me to be released from detention if not for Andrew’s intervention. I later hired Andrew to represent me for both cancellation of removal and adjustment of status, and he performed exceptionally well, resulting in my successful adjustment of status. I am thankful!
When I met with Andrew, I was on the verge of being deported, risked never seeing my child if I was deported, or at least for an extended period. However, Andrew worked hard to overturn my situation till I was able to adjust my status to become a permanent resident.
Andrew is very dedicated and conscientious, deeply knowledgeable in his work, and considerate when it comes to billing – he was never about the money but cared more about helping me. I reached out to Attorney Kramer in regards to seeking legal support for an Adjustment of Status case. He was very prompt in replying to me and making himself available for an introductory call.
Attorney Kramer was very personable, easy to talk to and clearly very experienced and up to date on immigration law. All subsequent email communications were answered promptly and with clear information that made sense (not in complicated legalese or hastily written and therefore difficult to decipher for a "regular" person such as myself.) The only reason I was not able to move forward with working with him is it turned out he is not local to where I would eventually require an interview with the USCIS and I decided I wanted an attorney present for this part of the process. She is very attentive, detail-oriented, and most definitely committed about being of service to her clients. I'd never even met her in person – half the time we had her as our lawyer, I was in Bahrain. Communication was always smooth and detailed, be it an email or a virtual meeting. She is incredibly professional, but also warm enough to make interactions a lot more comfortable.
We needed help with some documents that we had to submit to the NVC (my husband was stationed in Bahrain, and his tax returns forms were different. We decided to hire her when I faced a bunch of personal troubles that could have sent my case down the drain. She contacted the Embassy in Bahrain to follow up on an interview schedule. It took well over a year since the petition was filed to get an appointment. Then my case was AP'd for over 2 months. She again contacted the Embassy and sent them a legal brief as to why it should not have been put under administrative processing in the first place. After my IV was approved, she gave me some tips and guidelines for when I first enter the US as a resident, and a few things I should probably take care of ASAP, e.g. REAL ID/driver's license, SSN.
She knows what she's doing, and she really cares. I'm glad we found her. Very, very highly recommended!

I had an extreme complicated Immigration case. After consulting with three top immigration attorneys in CA, WA and TX and willing to compensate them handsomely, all three told me that there is nothing they can do, that I need a miracle and flat out rejected my case. Losing all hopes with no one to turned to; I was getting ready to leave the country.

I have first come across to know her when i need to apply for E1 visa from reference of a good mutual friend. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure.
Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022.
After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications.
Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam.
Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end.
And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done.
