I nearly lost hope but, lawyer Bangudi was very helpful . Talking to Franklin who I directly consult him with any questions and other issues concerning my immigration case lord I nearly tried another lawyer . But something inside me which I know it’s the voice of God saying , Girl ,don’t loose hope . I kept her and her team especially Franklin who I speak directly to with any questions and I get answered right away. I said to myself she’s a family lawyer and also who deal with immigration issues , I would have to keep her and her comes the surprise Franklin called me with the Good News Your case had been approved and Congratulations. I screamed so hard saying , Thank You lord. He also said , this is the most difficult case they have ever dealt with and never heard before and I told him the same I also did not understand what was going on with my case . I am so grateful that I chose Attorney Charles Lee as my immigration attorney. I was so nervous about my case because it was little complicated. However, Charles Lee was very clear during my consultation and gave me step by step analysis. He was able to file motion to reopen and terminate with the immigration judge and my motion was granted. Then he filed adjustment of status with USCIS and I received my green card within 8 month. Him and his team made the whole process so easy for me. Thank you so much to Derek and Ruby for being organized, patient, flexible, and extremely professional. They filled out and submitted all my paperwork for adjustment of status through marriage. The application process without them would have been so stressful because there is a lot to keep track of.
Ruby was my case manager and really made herself available to answer any questions I had. I'm sure I repeated my questions multiple times, but she ALWAYS answered them even if she was repeating herself. She made herself available outside of business hours to answer these questions or to receive any documents from me after I got off of work. I could go on and on about how amazing her work ethic is, and I'm very grateful to have worked with her.
I only really interacted with Derek 3 times. The first time was through the consultation, second was a zoom call to prepare me for my interview, and third time was on my interview day. All 3 times Derek was also extremely helpful at answering my questions and put me at ease about the process. I'd like to note that interview day was chaotic. The USCIS interview office had overbooked people, and they ended up having to reschedule ~20 people's interviews. Unfortunately I was one of them, and Derek made himself available for anytime I wanted to reschedule the interview. We ended up going in at 7:00am the following day (which was a rare time and outside USCIS business hours), so he promptly showed up around 6:30am to make sure he was there for my interview.
Thank you so much to Derek and Ruby for facilitating my green card process, and for making sure I always felt at ease/comfortable/safe in dealing with this immigration process.

I scheduled a consultation with Hasan and had a video conference with him. Susan took my case to help me with permanent residdency/adjustment of status. She did an excellent job being timely and quick to respond around my busy work schedule with a mixture of in person meetings, phone calls, and emails. My case was resolved very quickly (although every case is different) but I believe her expertise and long time in the business definitely helped. She also helped me in prior cases in processing my DACA renewal forms. If you have METLAW she also works at a discounted rate which is how I initially found her services.

I had a very positive experience with attorney Yasser Sanchez. I scheduled a consultation and he walked into the room already familiarized with my case and prepared to recommend a solution. I am an entrepreneur operating successful business in my own country. Lacking of understanding of law and culture, I am not extremely confident on starting a new business here in the United States. Mr.Cui is so good at what he is doing. He does not overtalk, he just does his job properly and knows the law, that's why his results are always great. He was recommended to me by a very good friend who was in process of getting her greencard. Of course she got it, because he is the best. This week I also got mine (after almost 18 months of waiting). I have to mention it was employment base greencard.
Mr.Cui has knowledge about everything. He explains VERY WELL, he is confident and makes you feel confident. For me he was always my Guardian Angel and whenever I had a question about my case, I called or emailed him/his assistants. He or his team would respond back immediately. The price is affordable and trust me, it's worth the money, because the satisfaction is guaranteed.
