We were extremely fortunate to have retained the services of the Wruck Law Offices. We are so thankful with how the lawyers and staff handled our case. The folks at Wruck and Paupore were always pleasant and helpful in all their phone calls and letters. It was always a pleasure to get their calls. They explained things very well and made us feel valued and comfortable as we were going through the entire ordeal with our recovery from injuries from the incident which disrupted our lives against our will. We were especially pleased with their tenacious pursuit of the goal of full recovery which was far greater than we could have imagined. We were impressed with the short amount of time it took to settle the case (only a year and a half) which we were afraid would take much longer and involve lengthy court hearings. It was all done out of court and negotiated quickly. Yet we were able to get more than we would have had they had to go to court for us. What we had to go through with the losses, not only financially, but physically and emotionally that we sustained was made a lot more palatable having such a good law team walking through the journey with us. I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know you were an absolute breath of fresh air! My son has never gone through anything like this before and I hope he never will again. Motorcycle crashes are very scary...especially when you're hit by an oncoming motorcycle...in your lane! I've never had a personal injury case, so I was completely lost as to how I should guide my young adult son. As a Dad, I was very worried about his injuries and the effects they might have on him long term. I did some research on your firm....and on your background and we felt that we were going in the right direction. Realizing that what you read can sometimes be very different from what you experience, we were cautiously optimistic (because what attorney wants to brag that they are sarcastic, condescending, self-important, impatient buttheads that probably got beat up continually on the playground as a kid?) Your attentiveness, professionalism, efficiency and communication skills (both verbal and written) made this process extremely easy for us. It was obvious you were doing a LOT of work on your end. As you know, my son is a full-time college student and he was already distracted enough trying to recover from his injuries. My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. I was leery of retaining an Attorney for my auto accident initially. I called several offices before getting to Law Offices of Sheryl L Burke. My call was immediately met with warmth, compassion and concern. I knew right then, this was my firm. I started of calling everyday, sometimes more than once a day. I started my case with another lawyer and due to unforeseen circumstances, my case was passed along to Moses. I am extremely thankful for that turn of events.
As Moses got to know me and my case more intimately, he realized the need to have the case removed from the county of the defending lawyers to create a more even playing field.
Moses is a very caring person seeking only justice and what is rightly due to patients that have fallen victim to true malpractice. It took several years to collect information, secure credible expert physicians from several other states, and prepare a solid case that would stand strong in any courtroom. He kept me informed through each step of the process and asked if I was willing to wait for each portion.
He was patient with me, keeping my best interest at heart… best interest of what was due to me and best interest of what I could mentally and physically withstand over the course of the years. My son brought a squirt gun to school and got caught with it. I know this is a silly reason to need and attorney. The school board wanted to expel him for one full year for bringing a "weapon" to school. My son should have known better but we felt like a one year expulsion was too extreme. Paul represented us for the school board hearing. While doing some work on the case he discovered that the school district was not protecting my son's rights under the law regarding his 504 plan. Paul made sure everything was done by the book. He also opened up communication with the school board's attorney and got them to agree to a one month suspension that won't go on his record. If you need an educational law attorney, Paul is your guy!! It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and what they are going through. 5 stars, highly recommend! Thanks again Paul!

Lashandra is an excellent attorney. She made sure me and my family was taken care of while I go to multiple stays in the hospital ,nursing home and after I lost my job when I would return she make sure I was still talking care of to. Mr. Mickey Williams was one of the gentlemen that represented me in my HQDA mandated separation board. My ex-wife is military law enforcement and used her knowledge and position to try to ruin my life, my career, my relationship with my kids and have me lose 22 years worth of benefits. Mickey was able to rapidly and accurately see that the statements made against me were fabricated. He preparation and experience made it possible for me to finally tell my side of the story. Hiring Pat was the best decision I could have made in my situation. I was charged with criminal trespassing/damage to property and obstruction. I was a first time offender and had made one big mistake in January of 2019. I hired Pat on the recommendation of a friend and Pat was extremely professional throughout the whole process. We had a horrible situation this past winter where our teenage son was falsely accused of a crime and arrested. To make matters worse, he was charged as an adult and with a felony. Pat was able to blow the case apart (which only occurred because of a dishonest policeman) and was able to make the DA's office see the injustice of the situation. Pat told us his successful dismissal of our son's case within just days of the arrest was a record for him. They knew all the details of my case that had over five people over a three year fight. They were willing to fight and invest in my case as if I were family. They didn't try and ask or force me to settle my case for an extremely unfair and unreasonable amount like most law firms around Atlanta seem to do. They are definitely not a mill law firm. Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a lawyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. At this point, I was mentally exhausted and stressed out about what I was facing and how nobody was even willing to help me. Until I happened to Google the phone number of the company that was accusing me just to contact the company myself again and somehow "Agruss Law Firm" was the first thing showed in the result and I briefly left a message on the website thinking it wouldn't work anyway. Unexpectedly, I've got a call from Erin who was friendly and passionate about helping me; once she checked out on some more information with me, an attorney Jim Parr took my case; since then everything has been resolved in the way I recommend this law firm to anyone.
