Mr. Zebas was professional, knowledgeable and cared about his clients! He kept us informed all the way the good and the bad. At the start he was given a dogs dinner case from a deceased lawyer. I needed an attorney when my employer required me to work past my contract hours with no compensation. Mr. Zebas was a very competent, knowledgeable, and thorough attorney. I was in a car accident that completely turned our vehicle around and racked up some medical bills. Mr Pofahl and his staff were very friendly and professional. I live out of town so they were very accommodating to that, which was very nice. They kept me informed the entire process and any decisions that needed to be made was mine. There was no pressure. If they don’t have the answer to a question in front of them, they are quick to get back to you. I will be recommending this law firm to anyone who finds themselves needing a lawyer due to an auto accident.
It doesn’t get done overnight however they are thorough and get you the best results possible and won’t be disappointed with the results.

I would highly recommend Pofahl Law Firm. Brady and his staff were always very quick to answer my emails and phone calls. They kept us informed, and always did their best to explain what was going on with the case. We never felt pressured to do anything. Oaks law firm gave me one of the greatest experiences ever. No one is happy having a car accident it’s not an easy process dealing with insurances and doing a bunch of he said she said. Matt the attorney and his staff were beyond amazing it was slow at times but progress was being done. Cases take time and Matt and his staff made sure all my questions were answered and if I needed help with anything. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for choosing them as my lawyers. From the moment I contacted Mr. Nezhad's office, they were with me every step of the way. First they helped me get examined with the right people. My car was totaled in my accident and Mr. Nezhad quickly and painlessly helped me take care of replacing my car. He helped me obtain a rental and dealt with all the details. The paperwork and time I needed to spend was minimal. The area I work is different from where I live. Mr. Nezhad's office was able to find and schedule Dr and chiropractic appointments for me in both cities in convenient locations. I was very impressed they were able to find appointments for me since I work in a very very small town! Throughout the process, I was always kept in the loop with excellent communication and I could always reach someone easily when needed. Mr. Nezhad told me he would fight to get me the best settlement possible and that is exactly what he did. Johnny Sorenson helped dispell some stereotypes I had about lawyers. From day one Mr. Sorenson had my family's best interests at the forefront of he and his teams mind. It was never about a paycheck. They cared about us as people. He was always timely with relaying pertinent information and always kept us in the "loop". He and his team would routinely reach out just to check on my family's well being and if we needed anything. Johnny Sorenson is a hell of a lawyer but he's an even better person and family man. Michael represented me about 10 years ago for a DUI. I got an email from him out of the blue, telling ne about expungement. He offered to clean my record. The fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but I trust him after speaking with him, I said yes. Thank God because he filed the paperwork the same day and a few weeks later my case was dismissed! Now and don't have to tell anyone about it when asked. Good for applying for new jobs and now I can refinance my home without getting a higher interest rate that they initially offered, when I answered yes to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" Everyone should be able to start anew and Michael got the job done!

I hired Michael and his firm from a referral from my close friend who had DUI a few years ago and Michael had represented him. He was very informative and gave me a 20 minute consultation about how he works and his experience. That relieved a lot of my anxiety about my case as this was my first arrest for anything ever. Michael went to court and after about a month and 2 court dates, he had investigated my case for dismissal mistakes. Unfortunately I had none, but he had a great talk with the government lawyer and got my case reduced from a DUI to s speeding ticket! Yay,,,I just paid a reduced fine and that was it. No license loss nothin'

We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!
He was also very pleasant to work with, and very ably explained the topics that we needed to focus on.

Craig was one of many lawyers I interviewed for the wrongful death lawsuit of a family member at an Assisted Living Facility. From the first time we spoke, he was compassionate, kind and up front about the type of settlement he thought we could receive. I consulted with him once but didn’t use him - hired a super expensive lawyer that time (about 10 years earlier) ended up getting a bad deal in court.
The next two times I decided to use him - and he ended up getting my cases plead down to nothing but fines, which is exactly what I was hoping for (but not at all expecting).
Rob was extremely professional and even dealt with court issues stemming from the pandemic in a timely manner.

Jacob Kubert, try Google and you will get a glimpse of the BEST homeowners’ attorney in Phoenix. Next to his picture is an image of Superman, and that is who Jake is to us, a SUPERHERO.
After being harassed for 2 years by a neighbor and our HOA, we fortunately found Jake. For previous two years we fended off frivolous complaints that repeatedly required going before the board, yet none of the alleged violations lead to a single fine since it turned out, there were NO rule violations.
New rules adopted, enforced without proper notice with immediate fines regardless of best and good faith efforts to meet the rules with nothing settled. Even after being inspected, no violation was ever identified.
Jake made clear the options: submit to the ‘new’ rules and pay the fines, take over the board and change the rules, or sue the association in superior court. When it became obvious that even submitting to the new rules and paying the fines would just bring about something else (like trying to evict our dog!) and taking over the board was impossible, we were left with only one option. We sued.
Three weeks after Jake came on the case plus one year to the day that we filed our lawsuit, Jake helped us settle the case on extremely favorable terms through mediation. Jake’s description and plan of action during our first couple of weeks of discussions is exactly what came to pass. There were never any surprises. He told us what we could expect. He laid out our options. And he would not withhold bad news. He told us the truth – good or bad – so we could make an informed decision.
Without Jacob Kubert, we would still be fighting with the board. He got the HOA off our back and recovered everything we paid out to lawyers to defend ourselves. We couldn’t have done any of this without him and are thankful we found him.

The decision to take legal action against an employer can be difficult and stressful, it was important to me to find an attorney that really understood the importance of my decision, feelings and time, Britany understood all of this and more!
She represented me in a professional manner through the entire process of mediation with my prior employer. She is very personable and passionate about getting the job done! We had a great experience working with Mr. Liao. He was so knowledgeable and try to accommodate us at a time that we requested. When my mom and I had into car accident, my husband contacted his office and got us an appointment to speak with Mr. Liao. He listened to us with no rush. Process our insurance claim and guide us every step. Even prepared us before our deposition. Our claims got settled but since we didn't really get much with insurance he even waived attorneys fee. He is a great lawyer and always there to help. Will definitely refer Mr. Liao.

After reading many positive reviews, I connected with Allister after my mother was hit by a San Mateo Recology garbage truck. The truck completely totaled her car and left her traumatized.

I intended to write this review a while back, but have been busy. My case was hopeless. My ex had my son. I couldnt afford to live in Colorado. Somehow he made it possible with a CFI and I gained temporary primary parenting time. I dont know where we would be without Mr. Grills. Though my son and I have needed counseling to get through the circumstances for the thigs that happened. It would be far worse wih Michael. My family is forever indebted to him. I would recommend Frank Papa for your legal needs. I had filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and once I had completed my bankruptcy my mortgage company tried to add some pre-bankruptcy fees to my account. I tried to handle it myself but was not getting anywhere with the company. I contacted Frank who handled my case and he went right to work settling this matter. I never had an opportunity to show my gratitute and appreciation here in this website. Mr. Bolliger took my case in 2017 against BMW not wanting to honor the warranty and finding every little excuse to avoid having to replace my engine. I do not live in the Tampa Bay area, I live in Fort Myers and could not find a Lemon Law lawyer locally. I'm glad I searched outward to a larger city and found Bolliger Law Group. This is their forte. The reviews on AVVO.com were what sold me on using them, they more than met my expectations.
I didn't have to drive to Tampa, all communication was handled promptly via email and phone.
My claim was simple and straight forward, transmission issues with my 2016 Jeep Charokee under 2 years old. I had all the initial documentation to them by late June, we had a little bit of a negotiation battle with the manufacturer and received an acceptable settlement offer by late August, I expect a check in September.
Very informative, they follow up, they get things done.
They tell you upfront what the process will most likely be like.
They tell you the potential timelines for each action that may be taken.
They tell you what is expected of you.
They give you a list of documentation that you need and how to obtain any missing pieces.
They give you your options, and you decide how you want to proceed.
A side note:
Documentation is absolutely key, make sure everything is noted on the service tickets, and don't hold off on going to the dealership and get your continued issues documented, read the notes on the service tickets that day, take photos of error codes on the dash, take video of your issues if possible, take a screenshot of mileage when you drop the vehicle off for service and when you pick it up to verify how many miles they test drove it.
Keep your expectations reasonable, while this is personal to you and emotional at the end of the day this is business for everyone else. While we all feel like we should not only get a full replacement vehicle with all the bells and whistles for our frustration; that is not going to happen. Know what you feel comfortable with settling for and let them know, and at the end of the day remember this process is to help you MOVE ON from your current situation.

Mr.Brian Hoag is the best!! I needed to find a good lawyer to help me to fight against a problematic neighbor that has lied to the Court, obtaining a legal injunction against me. John was extremely professional and competent and, right before the judge hearing, he managed to discuss with this neighbor the case and the repercussions of her inconsequent actions. John Castro expertly guided me through the toughest challenge of my life. Earlier this year, a deeply troubled person I made the mistake of befriending fabricated serious felony accusations against me, both with the police and in a civil case.
For whatever twisted motive, the accuser wanted to inflict maximum damage as quickly as possible and even hired a seasoned attorney and a state-funded advocate to pressure the police to make an early arrest and to convince the judge to prematurely rule on the civil case. Either scenario would have cost me my job. Luckily, I had the three most important things on my side: the truth, faith and John.
Thanks to John's encyclopedic legal knowledge and his invaluable experience as a former prosecutor, he helped avoid an arrest and defered the ruling on the civil case until the criminal investigation was complete. I can't emphasize enough that an arrest alone would have cost me my job. This was critical.
6 months after the initial accusations, indisputable forensic and video evidence fully exonerated me. The detective filed the case as unfounded.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence, the accuser insisted on pursuing the civil case. I guess it was important to keep the lie going, and apparently not too much evidence is needed to convince a judge to rule against someone in a civil case.. There was a trial. John was brilliant. I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court.
