Chad is an awesome lawyer. He made a painful criminal matter turn into something very easy to deal with. Chad took the bull by the horns when the DA tried to rush us and showed him who was actually in charge. I cannot say enough that is good about this man. When all was said and done he offered his legal help to a non profit group that I belong to. I highly recommend Chad to anyone that needs a damn good lawyer!

I hired Chad Kaehne for an OWI. He was the second lawyer on the case. My first lawyer did nothing but charge me money. I had 3 scheduled trial dates with my first lawyer that ended up getting pushed back a day or so before the trial without my knowledge or permission. Each time, as well, I would get a bill from my first lawyer for several, several hours at $250 per hour for "preparation for trial" even though it was his decision to push it back. Based on all this, I fired my first lawyer after paying over $5,900 and decided to look for another lawyer. After a neighbor friend of mine used another lawyer from Chad Kaehne's firm for a child custody battle and said he got everything he wished, I decided to give the firm a call and set up a meeting. I was told I would be meeting with Chad Kaehne. I showed up to the appointment with all my paperwork and the squad video from my case. From the moment I met Chad, I liked him. He simply told me to explain what happened and he listened. He asked me what my goals were and he listened. He read through the police reports and he actually grabbed a laptop computer right on spot and threw in the squad video DVD to watch. I made clear I wanted to go to trial and he accepted my case. Chad filed his papers with the court and got it set for trial. The FIRST trial date was not pushed back and we went forward. I was found not guilty and the case was dismissed. I need a regular license for my job. If I would have been revoked, I would of lost my job of 14 years. I told Chad my livelihood was on the line. He recognized the seriousness of the case and worked on it in a hard and dedicated way. I would not have a job if it wasn't for Chad, and Jason too. Hire Chad if you need a great lawyer for an OWI case!

To anyone who's never had to seek the services of an attorney, Chad Kaehne is a fine example of how helpful and understanding one can be. Last year, I was involved in a sudden, unexpected, and potentially severe legal situation. I'd never been in trouble with the law before, and was at a total loss not knowing what I could do. Chad not only took the time to explore my options and carefully explain the process to me; he was also calm, friendly, reassuring, and his optimism was contagious. He was able to reduce my charges and secure an agreement with the court that saved me from penalties that would have been disastrous to me and my loved ones. And when there were some complications afterward, Chad immediately stepped up to help me sort things out. Even when things were scary or in doubt, Chad never let me feel that things were hopeless. Several months ago I was slammed with a hefty speeding ticket after attempting to pass an unsafe driver on the highway. I was ordered to pay $250 and had a 6 point mark on my license, which would likely lead to even greater losses due to my insurance. Amy was a truly amazing help throughout the whole process; not only did she handle the entirety of the court processions and remove that stressor, she also managed to negotiate a total negation of the ticket as long as I took a short drivers safety class for a considerably cheaper $70 fee. Without her, I would’ve been at a complete loss, and I can’t thank her for her services enough!!

15 months from start to finish. That’s what it took for my case. At first glance I don’t believe any attorney, if given the chance to look at my case would of thought it’d become an issue.
I hired Amy Menzel through a recommendation of word of mouth. After the initial consultation. She gave me a outlook of possibilities. All of which ultimately would be determined by how I handled myself in this domestic case.
I should add that my case began in December of 2019. Due to COVID, the pace of or lack there of almost seemed to come to a stop. The hearings were stretched out. All of a sudden everything was done over the phone or web conference. This in my opinion created a handy cap of sorts due to the D.A’s lack of familiarity with my case. It seemed as if they were going over the same issues during every new hearing. The positive information I was attempting to show them sort of got lost in the traffic jam of the court due to the pandemic.
With the amount of time Attorney Menzel dedicated to my case because of the aforementioned issues. I started to view this case as if it was almost for charity considering the extreme amount of extra time it took.
At no point from start to finish did attorney Menzel ever make me feel secondary. Anytime I sent a question out through email or phone. I would get a quick response. She never promised me a magic deal where all the charges I had pending would simply disappear. But that she could greatly reduce the damage.
When it was all said and done I’m at the opinion that I got the absolute best deal anyone in my position could have asked for. I strongly feel that my representation from attorney Menzel exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in need of her expertise. A++ job. She’s a very smart, classy and all around genuine lady to work with.

Noah and his team always contacted me to make sure I was never in the dark with how the case was going or what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Noah. I had a great experience with him and Corinne following a car accident I was involved in, that was not my fault. Noah returned my call on a Saturday morning, and arranged a meeting within a few days.
He was very kind, thorough and professional from the very 1st meeting. He was very honest and up front from the start. Corinne was wonderful to work with. She was also very thorough, and kept me in the loop and answered my many questions whenever we talked, even when I was frazzled and overwhelmed with things.
They made the process so much easier for me to the very end.
I'm so glad I did my research and checked reviews during my search for an attorney, and not get sucked in by the commercials.

Chris was extremely upfront about expectations and handled my divorce with blunt honesty, realistic expectations and charged a flat fee. I am very happy with the outcome, and I had even made his job difficult at times through poor judgement and adverse actions that did not help my case, but in the end, we got great results and he was able to keep the custody and finance settelment reasonable. I highly reccomend him and his paralegal also was very helpful in a time of great stress and uncertainty.

Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. We had no legal experience at all and he patiently & thoroughly explained things to us. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer.
I needed to find a lawyer I felt confident would represent me well. I went to seven different lawyers accompanied by my brother, before speaking to Mr. Graves. I heard all similar things from the seven previous lawyers. They all seemed more interested in getting paid then proving my innocence. My first meeting with Mr. Graves we spoke for about two hours about my options and what his plan of attack would be. I felt very comfortable in his skills, ability and experience. My brother who accompanied me during this process felt Mr. Graves was the best for the job.
My case dragged on for almost a year and each step of the way Mr. Graves kept me updated. He was very prepared for different scenarios that might have risen and gathered as much information about the case as he could. After almost a whole year of dealing with my case it ended with a dismissal! I could not have been more joyous and relieved and I owed it all to Daryl Graves. If your looking for a lawyer with grit and honesty Mr graves is someone highly worth considering. Lastly, on a personal note, I was very impressed with him not only as a lawyer but as a human being.

I was referred to this law firm after I slipped and fell on ice outside of a restaurant and broke my elbow. From the beginning they handled everything with class and honesty.

I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. Evan got back some of what was taken so I can move on and start a new life abroad. Those other reviews about his answering service. Look he does cases in New York, California, Washington, Arizona. He is a busy man and the people in the office are just doing their job.

In 2017 I was in a car accident the really change my life do to the fact that i can't really do activities that I use because of this accident. Having Evan Oshan as my lawyer made me feel better because Evan Oshan really fought for me like he was in a boxing match. he was very direct and knows what he want for his client and what they deserve. It is very true what they say about bankruptcy.....SCARY...and nerve racking. One local attorney declined to help, quoting the "complexity" of my situation. Another attorney was asking for an unreasonable fee and was not very friendly. A quick internet search lead me to Erin's practice and was impressed right away. Erin has a very confident and reassuring demeanor and I was so very relieved to have found her. Her rate is also very reasonable. Erin and her staff David are extremely prompt and reliable. They are both very easy to contact and again, very prompt. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how caring and detailed both Erin and David were with my case. I contacted Scott after receiving a low offer for medical expenses after an auto accident. Scott attempted to settle with the insurance company without filing a lawsuit. I was referred to Virginia after being terminated from a position of over 5 years with no notice. Friends had told me that Virginia had experience with this same employer in a different case, and there was a positive outcome. This job meant the world to me. I was a dedicated employee with national awards to back up my performance. However, I was experiencing sexist remarks for almost the entire duration of my tenure there. After a particularly loud and hostile confrontation, I finally told my supervisor that I was going to go against the advice of HR and final a formal grievance. I was fired 4 days later.
When I first met with Virginia I was a total wreck. I sobbed almost our entire meeting, and I wasn’t even sure myself of what I was looking for out of our initial meeting. She listened patiently, and at the end of my story she gave me a very honest account of what it would look like to pursue a lawsuit. She didn’t paint a rosy version of events, and she didn’t even commit to taking on the case. Instead, she told me what I would need to do to prepare, and gave me a choice.
Throughout the case I felt confident that I was in good hands. Virginia was always open to questions, trustworthy, and diligent in her preparation of evidence. I truly believe that her reputation of ironclad groundwork played an emotional role in the final decision of my past employer.
Virginia understood my needs from this endeavor where greater than the financial outcome. We have many healing (albeit concise) conversations about how these types of cases influence organizational behavior. In the end, I felt like I got to experience justice thanks to Virginia. It is never a good way to start the New Year being terminated from your current position. Not only was I taken by surprise when the HR Director asked to speak with me early morning of Jan 10, 2017, she was the only person besides myself in the the meeting. I was given termination paperwork and told that I had 21 days to return it if I was going to receive any type of additional severance from the company. I was also told that I should be able to collect unemployment. Considering it was only myself and the HR Director in the meeting - it would come down to my word against hers if I was unable to collect unemployment or if there was an issue with the termination/severance paperwork. Virginia was able do an initial phone consult with me which put my mind at ease during this stressful time. She let me know what information and paperwork she needed from me to review my case and a fair estimate of the cost involved in the review. I put together all the necessary documentation and met with her at her Downtown Tacoma office. Meeting Virginia in person was one of the best things to come out of my employment being terminated from my previous employer in Fife. Virginia reviewed the paperwork and settlement agreement and set up a phone consult to let me know what she found. I was able to ask questions of her on the phone and was given step by step changes to the wording of the settlement agreement that she recommended. She explained some of the legal wording that was listed so that I would be able to understand what my previous employer was trying to impose on me. Talking to Virginia gave me the confidence to stand up to my previous employer and to ask for changes to be made to the settlement agreement that was mutually beneficial to both parties involved. If I had not contacted Virginia, I probably would have just signed the paperwork and took my chances. I am so glad that my previous employer made the necessary changes to the paperwork that Virginia recommended. I felt like I left the company on my terms, rather than theirs. I was able to collect unemployment as well. I have gone to work for another company and am grateful that Virginia was able to help out during the transition from unemployed to employed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for guidance/legal advise as a result of an employment termination. I will use Virginia's Legal services in the future if I find myself unemployed again or in a motor vehicle accident. She takes the time to communicate with you and follows-up in a timely manner. So many legal issues now a days are so time sensitive. I received e-mails from her over the weekend as well as in the evening. She genuinely cares about her clients.

After working in the workforce for decades and having numerous encounters with discrimination, I had never sought the advice of a lawyer. Rationale was that it was too hard to relive the incidents over and even harder to try to prove that the actions of your employer were discriminatory. The behavior of my current employer became so egregious and unprofessional I had to seek consultation on either to sue or plan an exit strategy. I called and left a message and Virginia called me back while in training out-of-state. She spoke to me multiple times and instructed me on what she needed to get started while still away from the office. I was impressed right away with her efficiency!
As instructed, I provided her with input. She reviewed my input and we setup a date to meet. Prior to meeting, she was honest and informed me right away that she was not inclined to take my case on. When we met she asked some pointed questions and allowed me to talk, while she attentively listened. She observed my body language and passion. She then assessed my current situation and cared enough to tell me about what she could see in me as an individual being that she had been in employment law for 28 years. She offered me alternatives (i.e., a referral for potential employment elsewhere and/or encouraged me to do more with my small business). In addition, she clarified that even though she was not willing to take on my potential case another lawyer may view my current situation differently. She informed me of the statutory limitations, if I wanted to pursue further.
Based on her feedback, it validated what I already knew, removing all emotions. Her neutral, but caring, review brought me peace that I had not experienced since my encounter with my employer two months prior and it resolved issues I had internally NOT dealt with for decades. I will always be thankful for her efficient, honest and forthright consultation. The universe gives you what your heart desires. For me, it was meeting and consulting with Virginia DeCosta.

Two people I know hired Mr. Floyd & suggested I use him as well. I was in my first car accident & didn't know where to turn. He kept me well aware & very informed of each process. Even through all my frustrations he remained professional which helped to keep my calm & patient. He's a very busy man with many cases so getting in contact with him was difficult at times yet he still managed returned calls, voicemails, texts and emails. He addressed all my concerns & answered all my questions even the frivolous ones. He gives advice based on your case & with your best interest at heart. Never at one time was I under the impression that he was out for self & just wanted the money but wanted to make sure I got the overall best outcome. In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. When I first contacted Andrew Yi, I had planned on meeting with several lawyers so I could shop around and really get one I was comfortable with, since my previous encounters had been pretty terrible. I've even had a lawyer call me AFTER the case was settled, only to bill me over $100 for a follow up phone call that lasted five minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going through all that again. But after meeting with Andrew, I knew I didn't need to talk to anyone else. After Toasting My hunting and fishing Buddy Good Bye with a half dozen Tequila shots at his Memorial Service, I decided to drive home. Well almost home. I got pulled over for DWI. This was My second offence in less than ten years.
I asked around and was referred to Carmine R. Villani. After meeting
with him, I knew he was the man for the job. He explained everything and talked to me in a way that I could understand the severity of My problem.
The problem was 42 years ago when I was 18, I was arrested for a
drinking incident. That made number 3. That's 8 years loss of License
and 6 months in Jail.
Mr. Villani worked relentlessly reading books and talking with other DUI Attorneys to find a way to remove the 42 year old conviction.
Then came the online Court Appearance. I had never used ZOOM
online, but with a lot of help from his staff, ( especially Paralegal Ruby )
we went to Court.
I don't speak Lawyer and was a little lost in the court room. There was
talk about other cases, old record keeping and the lack of MY representation in 1981.
I was amazed with Mr. Villani in the Court Room, he talk with the
Prosecutor and the Judge decided to drop those charges. What a GREAT DAY!
We still have to deal with the latest charge coming up. But thanks to
the work Mr. Villani did the punishment will be easier to handle.
