Mr. Hall guided me through every step of my first DWI offense. I didn’t lose my license and didn’t have to go to court. He initiated an alternative to get me in the pre-trial diversion program.

Mr Hall worked with me for over two years to resolve this case. He worked tirelessly and never left me with any questions regarding my case and was willing to talk me through every step and every option along the way.
He was able to keep me driving throughout the process, which was a must. As the case progressed, he worked tirelessly to get advantageous motions passed that eventually resulted in The State filing for a motion to dismiss.

I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. The other party that hit us didn’t have an absolute thing (license, registration, etc. ) but Ciro fought and made sure my mother and I received a decent amount! I had a well deserved felony DWI, there was no doubt I did it. The focus from the beginning was mitigating the consequences. Tom fought hard for me, and his actions and persistence saved me and my business. I do have to do a little time-about a month-but then I'm on probation and although it it strict I can continue to run my business.

Ughh, what a nightmare my life could have become, if I had not been fortunate enough to find Attorney Dakota Martin. I was wrongfully accused by the state for a crime I did not commit. Attorney Martin was beyond dedicated to ensuring I was not steamrolled by the state by clearly explaining the situation and tirelessly working to expedite a positive outcome in my case. I retained JohnPaul to get something expunged from my record. At first he didn’t think that I qualified for expungement, but after some interpretation and reading more into the law, he felt that he had a valid point to argue. Well, he was right.
He argued the point and was able to convince the court. My record is now expunged and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. JohnPaul is knowledgeable, professional and prompt with communicating.

We had an issue that required us to hire an attorney. This was a first for our family and we reached out to Mr. Ivec. He was professional through the entire process. He explained to us what we should expect and helped us through the entire process.

I consulted with this attorney, and although I don't think I am the right fit as a client of their firm, I do think I would've came out on top with this gentleman in my corner. We talked for a little over 34 minutes and in that time he shared valuable knowledge about how we could go about this, what the possible outcomes could be, what to expect price wise, and even strategy wise in regards to meeting with his team. He also seemed very upbeat and on the ball with getting all of the relevant information and determining how to utilize it in the most effective ways. I thank you for your time and the service you are providing to our community. He also talked about how their firm is asked by the Bar association to donate and how they attend some government officials yearly parties and such, meaning they are also well connected with these people and work with them regularly. The only reason I couldn't go with this guy (although I wanted to) was the price - and I'm not saying him and his firm aren't worth it, I truly believe they are, but as a ~21 year old (staying vague for privacy) saving up for a car the price he told me was 1/4 of what I received from insurance for my totaled vehicle, and I just couldn't at this time justify that purchase in my head when I am needing other, tangible assets at this time. I was frank with him and more or less told him this, and he tried to assure me it was worth it to not risk losing my freedoms or having this backfire, which I don't disagree with, but again, I can't justify that spending on a single day in court for something I didn't even do... Thanks again to Thomas for teaching out, not only once, but twice after I missed his call and couldn't catch him when I returned it. Maybe someday in the future when I am more financially stable I will utilize your services to the fullest!

John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. When he thought we deserved more, he fought and got us more money. He wasn’t satisfied with the settlement until I was completely satisfied with it. Most lawyers work Mon-Fri 9-5. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Five stars isn’t really enough to describe the level of satisfaction Mr. Rosenthal gave me. He deserves 10 STARS!!! My case was handled in a timely manner and I would recommend John to ANYONE who was involved in a accident or has sustained some type of injury. Mr. Rosenthal will be and still is MY lawyer. God forbid any other accidents happen but if so I know for sure that I don’t need anyone else and John is only a phone call away. Can’t recommend Jason enough! I was in a terrible living situation, when everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I ended up being charged with several erroneous charges, including a serious felony charge. We had a jury trial scheduled for next week, and at the last minute Jason convinced them to drop all the charges. Throughout the process he was focused, calm, and helpful. I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. From our very first initial meeting ( which was also during the COVID pandemic) I explained to him details of what happened when I was wrongly accused for something and charged for injury to an elderly. I told him I had all my documentation and sent it straight over to his office from that he told me exactly what he was going to do without having to go any further into prolonging the case. He got my case dismissed and I never had to go to court expect for the very first time and that was to sign for a court appointed attorney and I was blessed with him. I never got to thank him for what he did for me so I am writing this review because he is an amazing lawyer and he listens and he will fight and do all he can for you.

On April 1st, 2015, I wish this was a joke, I was involved in an accident where my hand got crushed and required surgery. Two weeks later a second surgery was required to amputate half of my right index finger. Through a family friend I was introduced to John Cordisco to review the facts of my particular situation. On Octoer18,2018, I suffered an accident that almost claimed my life.
