Christopher helped me with my speeding ticket. Instead of me getting 4 violation points and huge speeding ticket he was able to convert it to "1Opening and closing vehicle doors" ticket. So, I paid lesser for ticket and got 0 violation points. Besides, Christopher was extremely responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue as it has been a few months since my case was settled. Nonetheless, I hope that it helps someone. Though I have a long story as it relates to my injury, I will keep it short — just know Mr. Kearney and his team were with me the entire duration. lock step. I was injured at work about ~8 years ago. My case was longer than many. During those eight years I went through every tactic you could think of from the various insurance companies and adjusters who handled my case. During those eight years, WC insurance found reasons to deny a treatment, or to not pay my benefits, or to make me wait 6 months for a hearing to only agree with our demands the day of (which happened on 2-3 occasions), and everything in between. Their goal is to make an already bad situation even worse. At times they succeeded. However, Mr. Kearney kept fighting for me and never budged. Even when things would become overwhelming and I wanted to quit, he remained calm and consistent while encouraging me to push forward. His tenacity resulted in a settlement that I had honestly almost lost hope on. That is what you get with Mr. Kearney. He is a known and respected entity in the world of injured persons/workers. Opposing counsel knows him and when they greet him you can sense the respect they have for him. Same goes for judges; he knows them, like really knows them. If you need someone to truly fight for you while keeping your best interest paramount, look no further. It is honestly a no-brainer. If he agrees to take you on as a client, jump at it. You will not find more competent, prepared, personalized, experienced, honest, and compassionate representation in the DC area. I went out of my way to thank Mr. Kearney and his team as much as I could while he represented me and am happy to have the pleasure of thanking him again, on a public forum, while encouraging anyone who has been hurt to make Donohoe-Kearney your first call. I hope it will also be your last. I pray everyone gets healthy and receives what they are due.

I contacted Logan Howard regarding a labor dispute with the Texas Workforce Commission as it related to unemployment benefits. He contacted me the same day and was very thorough and clear explaining next steps and legal matters. I was in need of some legal advice over a contract for selling puppies. I am not a wealthy person and was In desperate need of legal advice and had called a few different attorneys around and left messages and never received a call back from any. So today I got on line and was praying I got ahold of someone today. I called one number and Jeffrey Robinette answered the phone himself and was more then willing to speak to me. I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Duncan asked me why I decided to contact his law firm instead of the other lawyers in Mecklenburg County. I informed Mr. Duncan that I was thoroughly impressed with the content on his website and his informative YouTube videos. The paralegal (Brooke) that was assigned to my case was very prompt with her email responses and informative. Just as Mr. Duncan stated during our meeting, my court filing date was in March and the trustee /creditors meeting was held in mid April. I found Mr Hicks on Google as soon as I realized I needed a good attorney. He was close by and seemed to be excellently qualified for my need. We met and he explained his fee structure as well as what I should expect and what he would do to try and mitigate. His honesty made my first experience on the back side of the law at least tolerable and less traumatic. In the end he convinced the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and suspended sentence with probation. He is also returning the lion’s share of my deposit, saying his ethics demanded a refund of unearned funds. You can’t beat that.

I hired Dax Jones for a rear collision incident after realizing my injuries were more severe than previously thought. I love how you get an Attorney to cover your case who has knowledge of your situation. Some things they may not know, however, they seek out all they can to assist their clients. I’ve appreciated the fact that they talk to, and help each other in all cases. I appreciate them seeking out Mental Illness knowledge in both criminal and traffic cases. They will listen and really try to help!!! The Commonwealth has rules of their own; yet Christina, her husband Daeman, and team of lawyers really hit hard!!! I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I did research on lawyers and Christina Pendleton & Associates was by far the best choice. The law firm offered a very reasonable and fair fee for their services with the speed being under 89 mph. Her law firm was in constant contact with me either by phone or email. They always responded to my emails in the same day which I was very pleased about. My reckless driving 85/70 was reduced to a infraction for defective equipment with a fine and no points. I highly recommend Pendleton & Associates if you are from out of town and need a lawyer to represent you.

If you’re searching for an accident and personal injury law firm, look no further. I’ve been working with Dayani Law Firm (specifically Lauren) since February 2022. A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. I was advised to seek legal representation and I, somewhat reluctantly, agreed. Seeking legal representation and asking Mike Myers to represent me were the best steps I could have taken.
Mr. Myers helped me to understand that I was significantly undervaluing my damages. He and his team took over the communications with the insurance company, which I found stressful and maddening. The team kept me informed of where they were in the process.
When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Myers prepped me and answered my questions. Within days of the deposition, the insurance company settled the case for the amount Mr. Myers demanded.

I met with Elizabeth in November 2019. I had been recently let go from my dental job shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I had worked in the dental field for 35 years and was 61 years old. I had received an email from my former employers letting me know that I was no longer employed at their dental practice. You can only imagine the panic I felt not to mention the deep betrayal from a group of doctors that I thought were supporting me during my battle. In my consultation, I knew imediately that Elizabeth would be the attorney to represent me. Her professionalism was above and beyond what would be expected from an attorney of her caliber. However, it was her unwavering compassion and fierceness that let me know she would fight to the end to right the wrong that had been undeservedly done to me. Elizabeth put me at ease and let me know that under no circumstance was this appropriate behavior and totally unacceptable, that having a disability I had rights and they had disregarded these rights. There was absolutely no reason to warrant tossing me aside as if I didn't matter or assuming that I would not be able to continue doing my job to the fullest extent. Or the fact that I was a person who worked hard for them every day and took pride in my position. I represented their practice with integrity and made sure that my treatment of our patients and fellow team members was always with upmost respect. She kept me updated when even the smallest of information came to her. Elizabeth checked in on me on a regular basis and wanted to know how I was doing and how my treatment was going. Making sure if I needed anything to help me during my fight. She expressed her concerns that I was taking care of myself and celebrated with me as I continued to beat this. Elizabeth always made sure that I knew she was there for me and if I needed anything she would help me in anyway she could. She encouraged me as I went through this journey and on many occasions she let me know how proud she was of me as I faced many challenges.
My former employers were not willing to settle out of court because they felt they had done nothing wrong and the jury would side with them. So off to court we went. Another amazing attorney from SGB Joe Solseng joined forces along with an impressive support team. All I can say is they should have settled out of court. It was impressive beyond to have this legal team show them that you are not allowed to treat an employee this way. After a long 8 day trial, the jury deliberated for a mere 90 minutes. They awarded me handsomely, way beyond my wildest dreams. I was vindicated and the message was sent loud and clear. This was unacceptable and you simply can not treat your employees this way.

After I got rear ended at the beginning of my final year of Nursing School, I reached out to Auger and Auger. I was actually referred by another client of theirs who assured me they would help me.
