I was referred to Craig Aronow through a friend. Being young I did not know much about the law. From the moment I sat down with Craig he was nothing but patient, considerate, and super supportive. I was always filled with a ton of questions and he always got back to me within the same day to answer them. This I found super helpful when you have a million things running through your mind. I commend the fact Craig always gave me options to go about handling my case in different ways and always kept me informed. I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. Not knowing what to do, we (my husband and I) were referred to Mr. Mr. Aronow through a family member. He came highly recommended and we were told he is the best you can get.
So we scheduled an appointment to meet with him at his firm. From the moment we met him and shook his hands, we knew we were in the right place, with the right person and in good hands. Mr. Aronow exuded such calmness, caringness, knowledge, respect and most importantly, professionalism during the meeting process. He listened to us contently and then explained to us in detail the whole process. He told us how everything will start from beginning to end. He showed us such compassion that was so greatly needed to get us through this ordeal.
As time went on, before the successful conclusion of the case, Mr. Aronow and his assistant, Nyree Benitez, were so accommodating whenever we had questions or concerns. They were always available to answer all of our questions and address our concerns that pertained to the case as it progressed. They were very prompt with answers and advice either through emails or phone calls. Nyree was such a huge help in this whole process. She was so wonderful with helping us with all of our concerns. She made us, especially me, feel at ease. She listened, assisted us with all of our needs and explained all of the litigation terminology that we were not accustomed to so well.
With such professionalism, we knew that this case was going to have a great outcome. Mr. Aronow did not fail us but fought for us. He was with us every step of the way which made it so much easier for us to stay calm. He guided us the best way possible and always kept us informed on the status of our case.
At the end, Mr. Aronow did such a fantastic job that we won our case. With him by our side, we were awarded a settlement that we were very happy with.
My husband and I would highly recommend Mr. Aronow to anyone whether it may be a family member, a friend or anyone who is looking for a great lawyer. After being involved in an auto accident in May 2013, I retained an attorney to handle my case. Almost a year later, I realized this attorney did not have the necessary experience the case warranted.
Then a highly respected colleague referred me to Craig Aronow and his firm. From the very start I could tell he had the experience I was looking for. He explained the whole process and not only did he answer every question and concern I had, but he went above and beyond my expectations. He told me to focus on my recovery and in getting better and that he would handle the rest. From that point forward, I knew in my heart I was in "good" hands and that this time I had the "right" attorney.
While we were ready to go to trial , Craig put his super litigation skills to work and was able to settle the case. I am so happy that he was to obtain more money than what I expected.
As far as the office staff, there are no words to express how pleased I am with Nyree Benitez, paralegal to Craig. She was very caring and was always concerned about my well-being. My calls and emails never once went unanswered. She did an outstanding job.

Mickey Smith and the entire team at LLL & S did a fantastic job for our family. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

I can score Kevin Kalajian top score in every phase of him helping me with injury accident in Fresno in my RV when I was traveling Solo Fulltime cross country.
He answers the phone. returns calls promptly. replies to emails promptly. experienced with the other insurance company. experienced and knew his way around my med insurance provider and medicare.. He completed all the paperwork that I couldn't have done.
He kept me updated of status and explained everything in Laymans terms . was not condescending. He facilitated a satisfactory settlement while avoiding a trial. I tried 3 other law offices and never got past the call screeners. Kevin listen to the whole problem of 3 month trip interruption in a hotel in triple digit temps in fresno not knowing anyone. all this was smoothly accomplished remotely as i was still traveling 2 months before the 2 yr statute of limitations was up. I called him April 3 2023. He was my last attempt to try another referral.. and he was a blessing. He worked hard for me but made it look easy. My settlement will help if I ever need further PT or cover diminished value if needed when sell my RV. Plus pain and suffering. He dispersed my settlement to me promptly after he received the funds.

I was involved (starting in 2004) in a probate case with another lawyer.
I spent the next 5 years trying to get him to be a lawyer. He was very incompetent and the experience was horrible.
I needed someone to help me out of the mess the other lawyer created.
And it was a mess and complicated by this time.

Eric shared with me all the unethical actions of the other lawyer.
Once he took on my case it all came together in MY favor.
Eric walked with me through the legal system steps and all that he needed to do so that I always knew what was going on. Huge for me since the other lawyer was impossible to get return calls and emails from.
Besides his total professionalism, Eric was available to me on every level. I felt watched out for and cared about as a real human being.
