On 12/18/20 I was rear ended in a car accident. After 8 months of getting nowhere with the other party’s insurance company, I contacted Joseph Pourshalimy. He was empathetic and caring. He promised to be my advocate and fight hard for me. Less than 60 days later, he got the insurance company to settle for the Maximum policy limits for my bodily injuries. Today is the first time I have found the courage to publicly speak/ write of the multiple sexual assaults perpetrated against me by my own primary care provider. More importantly I wish to use this platform to publicly extend my lifelong gratitude to Attorney Stanley J. Spero, esquire, for giving me my voice, the courage to hold my doctor accountable and for his role in my one goal - the revocation of my doctor/ abusers medical license and in turn the opportiny to use his medical practice to harm another individual.
I say Stan returned my voice to me as the abuse had left me feeling numb, unheard and disbelieved and it was that one moment, in a public forum, he spoke everything my whole being wanted to scream- "provider sexual assault and misconduct are crimes and a betrayal of trust like no other".
My twenties are long behind me but so is the shame and fear and living on the fringes of not wanting to be the" one that rocked the boat". My hope is for all those who wish to make that first step, know that Stan will man the helm, guide you to port and drop anchor to safely bring you home.

I was extremely fortunate that I had found TELL, a website based help organization that provides support and guidance for victims of therapy abuse. They had given me Stan's name when inquiring about my options to handle the damages I sustained during therapy. Stan, took on my case, and guided me through the process every step of the way. He and his paralegal, Mayra, were always supportive and quick to answer my questions and concerns (of which I had many). Stan truly is an expert in the area of therapy abuse, he knows the system and what to expect! I had told Stan from day one that I would not sign a gag order no matter what the settlement offer. I'm sure there was much back and forth between the lawyers but in the end, Stan came through for me and we settled out of court in 13 months without signing a gag order (other than financial disclosure I am free to talk about my case). I could not ask for more. We also filed a complaint with the Board of psychology and are still waiting for the verdict. What I went through was horrific, but with Stan's help, I hope we have put a stop to another bad therapist from harming innocent victims. Stan and his staff were personal, professional, honest, detail oriented, and sensitive to what I had been through. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a lawyer who can handle therapy exploitation malpractice suits.

Yes just in 2 months, so i can pay the expenses i made during my car was in repair.

I contacted Neustein Law with about two weeks notice, prior to a Summary Final Judgement (Foreclosure) and the firm was able to deliver big. Not only did they deliver big, they delivered fast, negotiating an equitable agreement in a very convoluted, albeit difficult relationship with the lender.

I want to recommend Attorney Schoepp for guiding me through the process of my injury case. He told me that one day I would see the end of this and it was true. I originally hired some billboard lawyer lady in Miami and she dropped me as a client because they didn't have insurance. I spoke to her once and that’s when she dropped me. Attorney Schoepp looked again and found that they had insurance. The billboard lady was probably too busy on social media. We had a case where we had sold our house and thought we had moved on to our new residence without a hitch, when four months later, we received a letter from the buyer's attorney demanding money for repairs for items that they accused us of hiding from them in the disclosure document. Ryan was recommended by a mutual friend, and he turned out to be an excellent choice as our legal representative. At the first meeting, he was very easy to communicate with, as he listened very intently to glean all the details and documentation that we had concerning the case. He quickly came to the conclusion that our opponents had no grounds to make such financial demands and proceeded to elaborate on his strategy to defend us. I liked his plan and I liked his style. Within a just a few days, Ryan had come to an agreement with the opposing party, which resulted in them dropping the case. Furthermore, Ryan also showed a great amount of integrity, in that he informed us that he was giving back a certain amount of money to us, because he did not require as much as we had initially given him to proceed with the case. Hiring Ryan Sandstrom was the best decision I have ever made when it came to protecting my rights and my personal assets. Ryan was always available and very understanding of my feelings and listened well to all my frustrations. We hired Ryan for a case where we were being sued. Understandably, this was very unsettling and Ryan took the time to explain everything about the case, our options and possible outcomes. If you need a divorce or family attorney, Atty Danielle Thomason is the BEST of the BEST! I only wish I had found her for my divorce 10 yrs ago. I had a horrible experience with my original divorce attorney so I panicked when served an unexpected modification 10 yrs post divorce, and all I can say is how GRATEFUL I am for Danielle. She is compassionate, empathetic, listens, and treats every person like she's walking in their shoes. She's not all about the "billable hours, minutes, emails etc." but about truly helping her clients...she would even call me after my work hours because it was hard to chat privately at work sometimes. I am a single mom of 3 with my last off to college and have lived on a limited income for years. So when I was served with modification paperwork at the beginning of covid when money, life etc. was stressful enough, I am so blessed I found Danielle. She has closed several real estate transactions for me and there was one transaction she definitely gave the WOW factor. I had a transaction that went down hill at the very end, meaning no one is going to get paid. Instead of having the "On to the next one" mentality like many Title Companies. This Seller was very upset because we were a few days from closing so she moved out of her house into a rental. Just before closing the buyers financing fell through and wanted their binder back. She fought hard for my seller back and forth with the Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Broker and the Lender for two weeks, to get down to the bottom of the problem and why they should explain to the buyer that giving the binder to the seller is the best course of action.
