I don’t usually write reviews but if this helps one person I will be happy. I tried debt consolidation for 6 months and was getting collection calls and letters daily. I decided to look into bankruptcy and tried a different law firm first and the man missed my appt after they had already rescheduled once. I was frustrated so I went online and found Tim Theisen and gave him a call. After our first meeting, I felt so comfortable with him and felt better about my future. He answered all my questions and laid out everything he would need, what would happen during the process and how long it would take. He is just an all around nice guy and Amy at the office is amazing too. He sticks with you til the end. I can’t thank them enough! PS. They didn’t have any hidden fees either or anything that put up a red flag.

I had worked with another attorney before coming to see Tim. The other attorney was very aggressive and rude. I mostly talked to some one in his office and not the attorney himself. I got very little information and resistance to asking questions. It took a long time and was never completed. I left that office and was referred to Tim by a friend.
The difference was like night and day. He spent time explaining things to me in great detail.
I met with him directly and he answered all my questions. He was patient and kind.
He was not judgmental and was sensitive to my
situation.
I needed to keep my car for work and he was able to do that. My job requires that I have a car.
The stress had been overwhelming. My problems started with health issues and I needed to reduce my hours at work.
My case was processed faster than I expected. Once it was done, I felt like I could breath again. A huge weight had been lifted. Now I can begin working on resolving my health issues. Making the decision to file was a hard decision, but Tim made it easier. He is efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and supportive.

Awesome experience from beginning to end. I had an intimidating amount of IRS debt, and no idea how to handle it. The thought of taking on the IRS by myself gave me anxiety. I had spoken with a few “settle your tax debt for pennies on the dollar” people, and not only were they extremely expensive, I felt like they were over promising and being unrealistic (Aka pay us $4k and the IRS will accept a settlement of $250 even though you own property with equity - not realistic). Tim walked me through the entire process, and was confident and knowledgeable, and told me exactly not only what filing chapter 7 could do for my situation - but what it couldn’t do. I appreciated the honesty, and would refer him and his assistant, Amy, to anyone thinking about filing for bankruptcy.

Roger will take the time to walk you through the process of an appeal to see if it's worth your time and resources. He and his network of former staff attorneys from the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court taught me that strict compliance with the rule of law is necessary or you will waste your time and resources. This means that the record must be cited accurately, facts must be taken from the record and you must comply with all the rules. Judges do not want to be overturned. I found Roger here on Avvo and he took on my unique and uncommon case that luckily he already had experience with. He explained things thoroughly but made no promises; he professionally provided his opinion while not guaranteeing any sort of outcome. He was very laid back and easy to talk to, unlike other attorneys that act as if they have a stick up their ass. My case took two years and several appearances in court, but we won in the end.

Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. Wow...where do I even begin....Jessica Laleh has been nothing but a blessing! I was down and out on my luck, lost ,scared and confused. I went through a really bad divorce years ago which caused me to lose everything and most importantly custody of my son...I had no direction of what to do or what attorney to even trust at this point after many failed attempts to get my son back. That's when I hired Jessica Laleh, I was living out of state at the time but I had faith that she would turn this around and hit a homerun so I can be reunited with my son back in Miami. Sherine has been an enormous help to me during a high conflict and difficult time. I am a client of R&A and we just wrapped up a post-divorce case where the adversary got stomped. Everything the opposing party asked for got denied outright AND I was awarded attorney's fees. Amy K., and her team, gave her the business in a convoluted jurisdiction case wrought with lies by compiling and filing THOROUGH documents and information necessary to prove our case. It's not enough to believe you are right, you have to prove it with evidence within the confines of the lens the court is looking through. R&A did exactly that. My wife and I could not be happier and are truly grateful for the services provided by Mr. Joseph Wahl and his staff Lisa and Sophie. We live in Texas and were in immediate need of legal representation for our visitation petition case in the state of Delaware. We reached out to several firms in Delaware but their responses felt somewhat less personal. Mr. Wahl, on the other hand, leaned in to what we had to say and came up with the blueprint of our case shortly after our initial consultation. By our second teleconference, he walked us through exactly what to expect and what to prepare to better present our case before the court.

My brother and I were contemplating dividing our inherited farm into two parcels, rather than being owners in common. We were introduced to Buchheit Law by our previous lawyer who had retired. Buchheit Law did an excellent job of taking care of our request. I went through a lengthy divorce process that was very difficult, and full of a lot of acrimony. I interviewed a dozen family law attorneys, and took copious notes. Traci stood out above the rest. I felt her approach to be the most honest and sincere. My experience was validated as I worked with her.

My experience with Lauren Fair of Fair Cadora Family Law is that she is a true professional, extremely capable, efficient and was both connected to and invested in my case … which was the Registration of a Foreign Support Order, from a foreign country.
After contacting Fair Cadora, Lauren Fair returned my phone call within one hour. I was heading back overseas, however, upon my return in May 2018, I contacted Lauren again, this time with all my documents and asked the question, “Can I do this?” She must have spent some hours going through all my documents and wrote back – Yes, we can do this.
This gave me hope! My contact with Ms. Fair was always quick and to the point and extremely professional and informed. She clearly knew what she was talking about. I also felt that she empathized with my situation. I also felt like she gave me her full attention. This gave me more hope!

I was very happy with my experience at FFLS. My now Ex and I went through Mediation with Laura and I was impressed by how simple and logical she made the process. All communications were timely, all instructions were clear and she really helped make what could have been a very difficult situation much easier by being great to work with.
I was so happy with the work she did to help us through the mediation process that I actually went back to the firm to help me with another separate civil matter. Once again, I was extremely satisfied with the representation I received. Kelli Mitchell is an outstanding attorney! She by far exceeded my every expectation, both as a masterful attorney and as an epic human being. Andrea Morgan saved me. Divorce (especialy with children) Is a difficult time for anyone that goes through this process. Andrea was my second attorney on my case. My case should have been a landslide my direction after six or eight weeks with another attorney things were not going my direction like the should have been, I luckly saw the writing on the wall. After doing extensive research I called several attorneys including Morgan Divorce. After my consult it was clear Andrea and her team were the one, knowledgeable, ruthless and caring, difficult to find all three of those qualities in an attorney.
