Cyrus didn't make me feel like a number he was very caring and made me feel like I was his most important client. After the case he called and checked on me and that showed excellent support and understanding of my situation. Hired this lawyer for a child support case. He charged me $5000 cash. Took the money and couldn’t go to court because there was a conflict of interests with the mother of the child that I was going to court for. Initially I told him that my baby’s mom hired his office before and he proceeded to tell me that there will be no problem. Never gave me my money back or went to court for me. I was discouraged to go back to Court to fight for my kids' custody because they were in their late teens. Other attorneys told me that the judge would most likely let them live with their "preferred parent", due to their ages. Ashley understood that this case was not a simple custody dispute; it was parental alienation and it was hurting my kids. I was involved in a situation where a family member was harassing and stalking me incessantly, and the police would not act on removing her from our property unless I had a TPO. Ashley's office was able to jump on the case quickly and was able to secure an emergency TPO and 12-month TPO following multiple incidents. Unfortunately, the harassment and stalking did not stop there, but the situation became complicated when the perpetrator's physical location was unknown. Despite that, Ashley and her team supported us as we approached out renewal of the TPO extension, and Ashley was able to help us secure a permanent protection order to protect myself and my family from further harassment and stalking.

Divorce is a very difficult time in ones life. Janice was referred to me and I'm so happy I contacted her. My divorce was difficult in that my ex. is very controlling (Narcissist) and wanted to play mind games. He stalled at every stage. This man saved my life he preserved my CNA license and fought for me like a pit bull in the courtroom so I would not lose my license from lies to Lara. He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! I was referred to Lexie Larkin through my best friend in Tampa and used Lexie for a prenup and Will, power of attorney, health care directive, and living will for estate planning. I was super impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on both family law and estate planning. Her pricing and fees were reasonable, super straight forward and well worth it. Her experience in both family law and estate planning was great because she could let me know how the prenup could impact estate planning issues and I don’t think other lawyers could have done that. Alexa did an excellent job redoing our wills and adding a trust to it for less than we paid for the original one. she pointed out things that made our protection for our kids stronger when we pass away. We were in and out in about a month and probably could have even done quicker if we got the documents to her faster. it was all done on zoom or phone so we did not have to go to her office unless we wanted to do that. it saved time and money. we only had to pay one fee for her services and then for the notary that came to our house to do the signing. That was easy too. I really recommend her if you want to make sure your will is done right. she is worth the money you spend.

A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals.
Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. My life is different but I am free.

Spencer and Liz (paralegal) are a fantastic team. I'm understating their importance to each other. I'm a firm believer they compliment each other very well.
Spencer was hired as a guardian ad litem. The recommendation came from the attorney of my son's mother to use him to represent my son. So I owe him a huge thank you. For those who may be unfamiliar, the purpose of a guardian ad litem is to represent the minor's best interest. Spencer was detailed and thorough. He met with my son on multiple occasions. He spoke with additional professionals who offered perspective. A recommendation wasn't rendered until Spencer felt he had as many answers to the questions as he needed before making a decision. Spencer came to us early in his career. Not only did he impress us with his straight-forward honesty as to the outcomes, he has a kind demeanor and you know he really cares about the law and what is right.
I do know him outside the courtroom, but that is the reason I had him by our side when our family needed a lawyer.
Unfortunately this is one service that excellence is something you never have to use again. This is our case.
Many years later and we are back in court with Mr. Ricks defending our side. No matter the outcome, we know he did his job more than any lawyer we've ever had; and we've had a few.

If you don’t hire Robin, well you already lost your case. She and her team are the exception when it comes to dealing with extremely complex cases. The previous attorney dropped the ball and Robin came in and cleaned up a mess we thought was un repairable. Robin, Kristal, and Jackie are in 100% and have compassion for their clients. Best part is they have a sense of humor!! This team is AMAZING.

To start,
I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.
I will and I am recommending to anyone in need of an absolute beast in a criminal defense. PARISA IS THE ONE!
She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.
She is very genuine. She is the best at her job and she is a superstar lawyer that if I ever need again has my 100% loyalty.

Ashley is an excellent lawyer. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing a divorce or family lawyer. She helped me throughout my long and drawn out very contentious divorce. We were in mediation with another very sub par lawyer, and she helped me to de-escalate many times and stay the course, as well as help me ensure that I understood repercussions of certain decisions being made in our settlement agreement. Lauren was outstanding throughout the whole process. She was always available as needed, upfront and honest, and very knowledgeable. Most lawyers don’t really have your best interest in mind. Christopher Abernathy did an amazing job at handling my complex divorce case. My ex wife was perjuring herself and literally lying to the Judge and without Christopher being well prepared and ready to show the court that she was in fact lying, it could have been a different outcome. Our case was not a straight forward one and was one that took a lot of finesse. Compared to previous lawyers we noticed the following:
1) We did not have charges "run up" for no reason as we experienced at other firms.
2) Mr. Abernathy was very accessible and his staff was on top of everything. We did not feel like we had to constantly follow up to make sure things were done on time.
3) Lastly, Mr. Abernathy is very well respected and 1000% knows the law and the best approach to cases.
We literally walked in to trial not particularly optimistic given our past history with my ex, who often got their way from smear campaigns and lying, and the challenge of getting the court to "disrupt status quo". We walked out with basically what we wanted (and most importantly what was best for the children).
Best decision ever to switch to Mr. Abernathy's firm.
