I was driving with no insurance, than I hit someone. I had some jail time charges. I missed my court date. Mr. Scott handle everything. He got the jail time charges remove. None of this is on my driving record. All I had to pay to the District Court was $275. Mr. Scott is great!!!! If you need a lawyer please use Mr. Richard Scott, he will give you a GREAT outcome.

after being charged with a crime i didn’t commit I contacted Mr. Jones for representation. The charge against me was serious and I was facing prison time. Mr. jones Was with me through the entire process, which was all new to me. When it was finally time for my trial day Mr. Jones defended me intelligently and eloquently. Observing him cross examine a witness or speak to a jury was an opportunity to watch a true professional perform at the top of their game! Allen has worked tiredlessly over the last 2 years of my on going custody & child support case. He’s been 100% honest & upfront with me on the things I ask vs the things that will happen. My case is not an easy with considering my former spouse is a very difficult individual & has been dragging me back & forth into court for the last 5 years once a year. Whenever my ex filed false charges for harassing communications and I ended up being arrested, Allen was there 20 minutes after I got to the jail. He was reassuring that these charges would be dismissed and he was right! They were and the other party had to pay for court costs. Allen has never wavered. Never told me to give up. He’s always been there whenever I get hit with another filing motion & fights for what is right for us giving his 100%. I found Allen off of this website & I have to say he’s been amazing every time I’ve worked with him. Even whenever I was out of state, he kept up the lines of communication & helped me with my local legal issues. I started my divorce process in mid 2020, what a time to have to go through this process. But I don't think there's really a "good" time for such a thing.
The original attorney I teamed up with at the beginning of my divorce, Myah Kehoe (Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC) which I recommend as well. That attorney recommended a handful of attorneys based on the particulars of my case. After consulting with each of these attorneys, I decided upon Jennifer (Jenny) Eadie and I'm glad I made that decision. My case was protracted (likely due to the pandemic), involving a non-responsive other party, and a lack of willingness to compromise. Jenny was highly skilled at taking over the case, getting up to speed, and communicating with both parties in a timely fashion. Jenny helped bring my case to a resolution and a positive outcome. If you want an attorney that's patient, polite, and efficient; then look no further. Jenny is it, I highly recommend Jenny Eadie as an attorney.

I was able to talk to Joe Maya about my husband's case regarding his daughter and her refusal to do schoolwork. I needed advice on whether my husband can legally do something since his ex isn't notifying him about his daughter's refusal to do work and since he hasn't seen his daughter since the pandemic began. Joe was very helpful and told me the direction that my husband can go if he decides to. It is good to hear that my husband may be able to fight to help his daughter even if that includes changing custody.

I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. David has assisted my family in two separate child custody cases. One was for physical custody of my husband's daughter. David was able to help my husband obtain physical custody of her by practicing ethically and with integrity. This was a lengthy and drawn out case with many complex across state line issues. He went above and beyond his call of duty to answer all of our questions and guided us in a way that we were within our legal rights and also protecting the best interest of the child. We had absolutely no issues getting in contact with him and were also able to establish a relationship with his assistant, Jessica.

I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.
The thing that sticks out the most to me was his guidance throughout this process. Paraphrasing: "Tempers are going to flare and ugliness may come out at any point. You need to be in control of your response/reactions as best as you can, always! You only have one divorce and how will others remember it? It's important not only for you, but for your daughter. The both of you will be forever connected because of your daughter. Watch what you say and if you need to leave before you do something you'll regret, do it and call me, anytime. Your daughter and her mother will thank you when she gets older."
Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. This was a stressful situation for me and I always got an answer, either by phone or email. My interactions with Christopher were illuminating and honest. I never felt ignored. From the very first consultation through to the final court appearance Sara was honest, receptive and very knowledgeable with the legal system. Sara was on top of everything from requesting discovery to communicating with me. The case ended up being dismissed with prejudice due to the prosecution being unable to provide requested discovery even after the judge gave them another 30 days (sounds like there was no evidence). Her fees were reasonable and service exceptional!! Great staff as well!!

I have known and used Anthony for over 21 years. I have recommended many clients to him - and never has there been a complaint. He wins. He cares about his clients, but tells you like it is. Doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you the law.

Kristen is, in a word, sensational.
But, of course, I will expand. My divorce was complicated. I came out of an incredibly high-conflict marriage and knew almost immediately that the divorce would be the same. It was. It included false allegations against me, as well as a number of other incidents that rattled me.
Through it all, Kristen was a steadying constant. In the beginning, when I was the most emotionally wounded and the least capable of rational thought, Kristen took the time to help guide me through the healing as well as the legal process. Of course, she was equally great in legal matters. She's an expert who knows her business and who draws upon years of experience to tirelessly advocate for her clients. In my first conversation with her, Kristen predicted what would happen. Every prediction ended up correct, no matter the roadblocks we faced in getting there.
Except for two things, both self evident positives. She told me what the financial settlement would like but in the end I walked away with an even more favorable outcome than she guessed I would. She also predicted the divorce could take between eighteen and twenty-four months. It took ten. In both cases, I am convinced the positive outcome owe directly to Kristen's efforts.
My favorite part about Kristen's counsel, by the way, was that she never told me what I wanted to hear. She told me what was necessary, what was true, what was legally right. And she did it with empathy, concern, professionalism, and sincerity.

I guess I call it good luck that I was so fortunate to find Kristen! In the past I had dealt with terrible attorneys that just ripped me off. I had THE divorce the from hell, very messy with multiple properties and it lasted 4 years with a trial and then an appeal, (yes he was a narcissist!) I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.
