Vera, explained the process in detail from the beginning and throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and handled all issues.

From consultation until divorce trial's end Mrs. Bergermann' s efforts and attention to detail were absolute. Her conduct was always professional, respectful and compassionate. Ethically, she was faultless in her advisement. Her experience and positive attitude always left me with encouragement. Her staff, especially Chris, were always available and knowledgeable in her absence. I also felt attorney fees were very reasonable for this 2 1/2 year process. The proceeding failed in expediency due to the other party's willingness to compromise.

I was struggling with understanding any legal lingo that was prepared by my ex-wife's uncontested attorney. More importantly I was just suppose to "trust" that we would be fair. I had never went thru this process & didn't want to be blindsided by an obligations.

I met Sara Cohen a year ago to the date. I saw something in her that I haven't seen in a very long time the true desire to learn her trade and even go that extra step. She is a sponge acquiring a plethora of information that will be used at some future date. When called upon for a task she is always able and willing to tackle that task no matter how complicated it may be. This review is going to cover all 3 personnel in the firm as they all do one heck of a job. I was blessed to be able to deal with this firm for my Custody battle and my divorce. My situation is very unique as I have a child whom is sick. I approached Mrs. Stolfe's law firm on approximately 5 July 2017. I explained my situation and within the conclusion of the conversation had a meeting set up with Mrs. Stolfe at my earliest convenience. When I walked into the office I was amazed by the environment. The atmosphere that was presented was warm yet professional. This firm has very high standards and their professionalism is outstanding. Mrs. Cohen works at Stolfe and Zeigler and she is another great puzzle piece to that firm. This lawyer knows the law very well and will always communicate with her clients. In addition to pays close attention to all facts provided and taking time to making sure that nothing is left missing. She gets work done and yet she really cares. She also though will stick up for her clients making sure that everything is done by the book and with due diligence. She is someone that I am lucky to be able to say is on my team. I hired Lauren to coach me for a hearing regarding a very contentious ordeal involving a parenting plan modification and other issues. Lauren's services are fairly priced and the information and advice she gave me was honest and accurate. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to go into the hearing and hold my own. The outcome was in line with what she told me to expect, and I believe that had I not had prior coaching it would have gone terribly wrong as family law and procedures in court are complicated. I would definitely hire Lauren again.

Mr. Rettenmaier helped me during my hour of need regarding a Landlord Tenant Unlawful Detainer Action (Eviction). I am so glad I hired Robert Rettenmaier to defend me with my unlawful detainer. Robert, was able to prepare me for trial in case we needed to go forward. During a time that was very stressful, Robert sat me down and explained to me what was going to happen and what would likely happen. On the morning of my unlawful detainer trial, Robert calmed me down. Mr. Rettenmaier protected my rights and even future rights. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. We eventually settled my case instead of going to trial. When Robert was negotiating a settlment, the other party's attorney tried to get me to sign a general waiver of rights. Robert would not let me do this. I am so glad he was there to protect my rights because now I am capable of suing for injuries that were sustained. Also, I don't have an eviction on my record because of Robert. I would definitely recommend Robert to defend your rights in an unlawful detainer eviction action.

I had a very difficult divorce case that required very delicate and knowledgeable approach to handling all the obstacles. My ex husband has mental issues and not an honest person, the case was very difficult and it lasted for 2 years.

JP was the first (after MANY) attorneys I spoke with that would have an honest, straight-forward, conversation with me about my case. After our first conversation, he presented me with in-depth opinion on my legal standing, as well as a well thought out legal strategy for action. Working under a tight deadline he was able to turn a bad situation into a victory.
He was responsive: (Always same-day, usually within 1-2 hours)
He was knowledgeable: Well prepared to discuss case specifics, even finding angles other attorneys had missed.
He was prepared: On court-day we were ready-to-go, yet opposing council (whom had filed the RFO) had to ask for more time.
In the end I got what I wanted, with little sacrifice. I believe it has everything to do with my representation by JP Miller.
To put it another way, even if the court had ruled against us, I would have written a positive review because of the work he performed and how he performed it I felt confident that we were: Prepared for court and armed with the best strategy circumstances allowed.

I had been battling for my child support since 2005. Once I hired Ms. Fennick my child support payments started 6 months later. She had to fight with Child Support Enforcement and Social Security. She was so thorough she even found out that CSE made several mistakes with my Order. Not only did she fix the mistakes she updated my Order. James Katz was my lawyer for a very difficult divorce. He is very professional and managed to get everything I asked for, and more. Most lawyers wouldn't have even attempted to win my specific case, but he knew when to push and when to wait. It was a long and very contentious divorce that took over a year to complete. He made the process so much easier by explaining all the options and taking the time to listen to what I wanted to accomplish for me and my children, and he got the job done.
Even today, several years later, his office was very courteous and helpful when I needed some copies of my divorce decree and didn't even charge me for their time.
I highly recommend James Katz for anyone who needs an attorney. James and his entire team has been very supportive and professional during one of the most difficult times of my life.

I had to find an Attorney pretty quickly, as we were in a time crunch to respond. I had read the reviews for the Richard K. Isles firm and was introduced to my now Attorney, Cora J. Dorado. She has been nothing but wonderful! There have been several instances when I have needed answers quickly, like within 1-2 hours, due to the other party not cooperating, and Cora has always responded in a timely manner. Her Paralegal, Leigh Collins, has been amazing as well, very professional and personable! They really do put the Clients first and have made it more of a pleasurable experience because of the personal relationship they have established with me. My case is still ongoing, but I wouldn't go to any other attorney than Cora, I feel like I am in the best hands and she is a very knowledgeable attorney, well beyond her years.
