I am so grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be going through a divorce. After almost 22 years of marriage that is exactly what I was doing and I was a complete mess. At the consultation Matt was straight forward and painted an accurate picture of what to expect.
From the hiring of Matt to our final day in court was a 5 1/2 year process. Throughout the entire process Matt and Joanna, his paralegal, were amazing. Never...ever did I feel unimportant. Whenever they were working with me I felt like their only client. I had some less than stellar moments and every time they would kindly and graciously help me get back on track and refocused on the end goal.
We had several court dates throughout this divorce process. Every time Matt was completely prepared. He is formidable. He doesn't get flustered or caught off guard. He has a grasp and understanding of the law that is, in my honest opinion, unmatched. He and his team leave no stone unturned. 2018 I consulted 2 attorneys before contacting Mr Arnold. I was told twice that I screwed myself being Pro Sa and that I’m lucky my ex bf- no blood relation to my son, didn’t get more visitation rights than what was awarded. I wasn’t accepting that. Matt Arnold and his team got my case dismissed and my ex no longer had rights to a child who was not biologically his. I would chose him again in a heartbeat and have recommended him to others. If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. STAY AWAY FROM ANY FIRM THAT EMPLOYS KELLY KILROY! She knew she was going to be disbarred and still took our case. We lost huge amount of money because of missed opportunities. She was too focused on saving herself. She would have lost malpractice lawsuit but "had no assets." (This is our opinion based on the facts we experienced).

Jennifer placed me in the best job I’ve ever had. My worst day at my current job is 100 times better than the best day at my last job. She spoke with me at length in order to gauge where I was at in my career and weeded through several jobs to find the perfect fit. She’s always available and takes any concern you have seriously. When I went to see Stacey, I was sobbing and almost incoherent. My sister-in-law joined me to ensure that everything was comprehended and understood. Stacey, although I was very emotional, cut straight to the chase with regard to my pending divorce. She put my emotions aside, and with her experience and dedication, directed me on exactly what needed to happen next. It was clear to me that she was very experienced with a no- nonsense approach to what needed to be done. Action was taken the very same day to file for my divorce, which was not my choice as the decision had been made for me. I grew stronger with Stacey's guidance and support. I cannot say enough about how Stacey will find the time to answer your questions (even when some of them may be frustrating, and I know some of mine were because I did not understand the process) and offer support at the very professional level of an attorney who has much experience in her field. I don't think that I could have, nor would i have wanted to, work with another attorney. Mark is my first lawyer who accept my divorce case and I was involved in a terrible divorce while my ex husband uses every way including the legal system as a way to abuse me and I personally am very depressed.
Mark took over and really helped me greatly. I was very confused about which route my life is going and he was patient along the way and fighted my rights with my abusing ex-husband.
Due to my own uncertainty of my life and unwillingness to continue the path, Mark and I part way and then I find another lawyer who is not very professional and eventually lost my case.
I am very grateful that I had Mark to present me and believe he is the most professional, smart and the best representation for some one who has to go through divorce.

I came to Mark after wasting time with another attorney for the beginning of my case. Mark made me feel secure that he would fight for the things that were important to me. He never dismissed my feelings or made me feel like I was asking too much. He was balanced and gave solid advice from his obvious many years of expertise. I could tell he really knew his way around the block and I felt comfortable that he would guide and support me every step of the way. From the moment Rose answered my call in May 2018 to when we settled in the Fall of 2022 they treated us like family and made my daughter and I feel as though we could always trust them. We had gotten in a head on car accident in Vancouver, WA that I was not at fault. I was driving and my 13 yo daughter was in the passenger seat. I see all these amazing reviews, but that was not the case for my family. My 28 year old niece with an anoxic brain injury, has been neglected severely and suffers from a sacral stage 4 injury right down to the bone and Osteomyelitis all within one month of being in the nursing home. We contacted this firm early last year, and to this day, nothing has been done. We provided, pictures, information right from the patient portal.completed and submitted every update. I am at a loss to understand how my niece fell through the cracks. Here we are 2025, 1 year later, being contacted via email to say they now have sufficient information to submit for medical review. They had the authorization to get into her patent portal, supporting documentations of everything. Medical notes and pictures..She is still being treated for that sacral wound suffering through surgery due to the intensity of her wounds. Now more pressure injuries on her heels, hips, pressure points with constant infections. This has taken a massive toll on our family. Her mom, died in January, Now my niece is stuck where she is. Our experience has not been positive at all. Good for those who were properly taken care of.

After my dad passed away in April 2024, my mom and I filed for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) through the VA. Despite working with a VA liaison and following up for 10 months, we received no real updates—just that the claim was still pending. Then, my mom received a notice from the VA, which she mistakenly believed was a denial of the DIC claim. Unfortunately, even the local VA liaison misinterpreted it, causing a lot of confusion. Given that my dad’s passing was clearly linked to his disability, we realized we needed legal representation and turned to James Comerford.
From our first conversation, James took the time to listen, understand our situation, and guide us through the process. Initially, we thought we needed to file a rebuttal, but after investigating, he discovered the VA had actually misinformed us—the claim was still being processed. He assured us he would follow up, and shortly after, he called with the great news: the claim had been approved. Not only did he get us answers, but he also knew exactly when my mom would receive her benefits, including back pay.
When I asked James what we owed him, he refused payment—he was simply happy my mom received what she deserved. Even after I insisted, he suggested we make a donation to a charity instead, which we did. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.
