Do not. I repeat do NOT settle for a subpar attorney when your reputation rests on another mans shoulders. This lawyer knows how the legal system works from a to z and if you are being falsely accused he will fight for you until the end. He worked tirelessly along with is assistant to get a false charge dismissed and was successful. Do not waste your time looking at reviews that say anything negative about this lawyer. He works extremely hard to uphold the the law and integrity of his clients it is on another level. Andrea Sugar is the best lawyer I saw ever, professional, responsible, reply quickly and very cooperative and compassionate. I had a divorce case with her. It was done so fast less than 6 months. She was very professional and experienced in the court. It was so easy and fast case. And my financial experience with her was perfect. I was so worried about this part. Extremely professional and compassionate! If she says is going to do something, she is doing it NOW! Andrea Sugar handled an out of state custody/visitation for us and we were over 700 miles away so if not for google sights such as this one, we would not have found her and went with her on solely the reviews. I would absolutely recommend Henry and the MKFM firm to all my friends and family. My case was a contested adoption and ended up also including a side appeal case as well. It was an extremely long and litigious case that required patience, expertise and attention to detail. We won our case handedly and we would not have without Henry's extensive knowledge in case law, brilliant trial composure and overall calm, composed and very confident demeanor. In fact, the Appellate court saw fit to have Henry's arguments entered into case law for future cases.

I came to Henry with a divorce case previously handled by another attorney that was extremely long, complicated, and for which there was no similar precedent. Add to that a change in the divorce law while in process, and the complexity magnified. I truly believe had it not been for Henry's intelligence, tenacity, deep understanding/amazing total recall of the law, and spirited desire to make things right, my outcome would have been financially and psychologically disastrous. I hired Joseph Lawrence to represent me in my divorce. He was confident without being arrogant, exceptionally knowledgeable and able to fully describe possible outcomes, procedures, etc., and was able to talk me off the ledge when I became worried. My ex-spouse took a while to hire representation and spoke to Joe a couple of times while he was looking for an attorney. To this day, he says that I definitely had the better lawyer. I agree. I used Julie a few years ago to handle my divorce. I had been married for over 25 years, and in the course of finding her had consulted with about 6 other divorce/family law attorneys. I felt like the feedback that I was getting from the other attorneys was suspect, and even in some cases designed to drive up their fees. After consulting with Julie, I knew immediately that I had found the right attorney. I worked with Robert as my attorney for the last 2 years for my custody case. As a unmarried father in Minnesota, the odds are definitely against you. Robert Manson was referred to me by a very good friend of mine. She was extremely satisfied with his work with her brother’s divorce proceedings. Based on that referral, I had the utmost pleasure in meeting with Robert Manson to discuss my divorce issues. He was able to provide a safe space for me to discuss my issues, what my goals were and allow me to ask for the things that were needed in making sure I was able to get through the divorce proceedings fairly with his ongoing support. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.
I have since referred my friends and family to seek Mr. Manson's services if they find themselves with any family law issues. They have all been as pleased as I was with his services.

I hired Rebecca to make changes to my parenting plan that was poorly done due to lack of representation in my final divorce hearing. My ex was taking advantage of the lack of clarity, detail and a parenting schedule. Rebecca was very direct, stern and played hard ball. She kept me informed every step of the way. Jean represented me during my divorce proceedings for a little over a year until an agreement was made. We were able to come to an agreement and settle out of court and mostly stay out of the court house. I felt represented very well and have the utmost confidence in Jean's legal prowess. I fired Emanuel to represent me in a circus of a divorce and custody case. The case spanned two counties as my estranged spouse had just disappeared and attempted to file for spousal support after being out of mine and the kids' lives for years. Emanuel was able to consolidate all of the case matters to one county and have them heard under one judge for a legal decision on all of the various aspects including the spousal support, child custody, and division of assets. We were able to first locate my estranged spouse and Emanuel was very tactful in his approach and able to get my former spouse served.
There were multiple sessions for this case as the estranged spouse was not meeting the bare minimum court requirements or putting any sort of effort forward toward a resolution. Emanuel dealt with frequent last-minute rescheduling of court dates which spawned from constant requests from my former spouse. In the end she lost it a bit and cursed out the entire court and all involved, but Emanuel was able to brush it off and and use the outbursts to our advantage.
After multiple warning mail and email messages from the court my former spouse still chose to keep showing up late or postpone the proceedings and finally ended up defaulting on the case. I was able to retain my full custody of both children and all of the marital assets. He was able to strategically play the long chess game and let my estranged spouse move herself into her own checkmate status.
During the proceedings this was all obviously new to me so he was able to answer my endless stream of questions as well as explain any legal jargon which I didn't understand with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much from myself and both of my children!

As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. He also assisted the master in making a recommendation that would not be cost prohibitive to either side. I met Ms. Dentinger early on in my process of trying to decide if I was going to proceed with a divorce. From the outset, she was forthright and I felt confident in her advice. Tammy is a very knowledgeable attorney that really understands the process. I really appreciated how she handled my case and the aggressiveness of the opposing side. I worked very well with her. I really appreciated how Tammy would lay out the options and didn't always have to fight w/ the opposing side for the sake of fighting. However, when a issue or problem occurred that required a strong stance, she went to bat. Divorce is a very stressful event. I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.

Vanessa Samano is simply the best there is for child custody cases, specifically high conflict. I would highly recommend Vanessa for any type of divorce or family law case, but specifically if you have a need for representation for Juvenile Court.
