Being a parent is the greatest gift in life and no one ever wants to be in the position where the other parent of their child is in a place where they don't feel safe having their child with them and having them be able to make (or stand in the way of you making) important decisions for them. When that day came for me, and I knew I needed to file for sole custody and knew I needed an attorney to help, I came to Ryan. He guided me clearly on being articulate my concerns and helped me to set realistic expectations for what to expect from the process. He knew what I was unwilling to waiver on, and guided me through the process of making the best decisions for my child. He spoke with opposing counsel and was able to negotiate thru all the open terms. In the end, I now have sole custody and know I could not have gotten through the process without Ryan.

Ryan is not only a highly competent attorney, he is a very compassionate and caring human being! I contacted Andy through a friend and talked to him for 15 minutes over the phone. He is the consummate professional that everyone needs advocating for them. I can’t tell you how responsive and thorough he and his team are. If you need any help from a family attorney he is without question the best in York county. I hired him and he was immediately fighting for me. If you ever need a legal service for some other reason he has a network of great attorneys in a wide area from real estate to wills and everything in between. I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
In the end, Attorney Brown was able to facilitate a reversal of custody through trial. I now have primary physical custody of my two sons.
Attorney Brown not only understands the application of the law in these matters, but also has a keen awareness of the norms and expected outcomes of the York County Judicial system. He's been doing this a long time and it shows. When judges and lawyers need a lawyer, they call Andy Brown.

Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. My previous lawyer steered me so wrong so it was a blessing I found her. She was very honest about outcomes and I’m glad to say I thought of her as a friend. She is amazing and she puts her heart into her cases and gets results. I was dealing with a narcissist and someone who lied compulsively and she was able to get the judge to see through all of it and get to the truth. I would recommend her to anyone, I’m in NY now and wish I could take her with me to fight the big fight here but she has gotten me so far in this fight and I’m forever grateful to her and her team. I was given a referral by a friend to retain Neil Cahn and from the first consultation I knew I had made the right decision. He really put me at ease and explained everything to me in such a thorough and knowledgeable manner. Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!
Chances are whoever is reading this is desperately wanting the same peace of mind and facing the same fear as myself and for that, I'm sorry and know you aren't alone. Brandon truly does care and guides you as much as he listens. I wish you the best of luck!

The only thing worse than a custody battle is a custody battle throughout Covid. The courts were a nightmare and the process was so broken. With all of that said, Jonathan Corey guided me through it with poise, grace, patience, and professionalism. Without his guidance I cannot imagine how I would have gotten through it all. I hate writing reviews; I mean, I REALLY HATE writing them. When you find a professional that stands out from the crowd, however, it's only appropriate to give praise as deserved.
Steve has been extremely patient throughout my legal journey and continues to provide sound advise and creative solutions for a difficult situation. What's most impressive, however, is his ability to think quickly on his feet, using his wit, skills (the man is absurdly smart and could write a book based on his in-depth knowledge and experience), and appropriately-timed sarcasm to deliver the message in a compelling and easily-understandable way.
If you're looking for someone who will sugar-coat things, Steve isn't your guy, though. We've had a lot of tough conversations and haven't always seen the case the same way. He's objective, taking the emotions out of the legal issues, yet still somehow seems to be more empathetic than most. Why do I mention this? If you want good representation, you can't work with someone who always tells you what you want to hear. Instead, you need someone in your camp who will help you through the emotions of the situation but more than that, keep you in the game; Steve is that person.

Steven Klein came highly recommended to me by numerous people when I found myself in a child custody matter with my ex husband. Publicly I have know shame but there is a child in question and I firmly believe that our Lord put me in the direction of Mrs. Hutton for a reason. She was straight forward about it but at the same time listened to my concern and was willing to go above and beyond. I feel she was honest and caring. She doesn't seem focused on the financial side of things but more so the care and building her clients up the right way. I am not in a position at the moment to swing this hammer but as soon as my ducks are in a row this amazing attorney is who I will be choosing. All I have to say is wow....just wow. Obviously, attorneys can be intimidating, but that's their job, right? We hire an attorney to do take care of our stressful situation...and that is indeed what Ms. Hutton did! She clearly went step by step on building up my child custody case these past several years and at first I was frustrated and had no idea why. Interestingly enough I met atty Daniel Grey on an off chance. He was at mediation that I was not a party to, and I was in the building for other reasons. As we crossed paths and began speaking he gave me his business card and said something to the effect of “you never know when you may need my services”. As I walked away I thought ‘how did he know’. Long story short within 6months I needed his services. That was about 13 years ago. He not only was a great attorney but he advocated for all sides which is not like many family law attorneys. He helped me see things from my child’s perspective and my spouse at the time. In doing so it made the divorcing with children much more smoother for all parties involved. Over the years I have referred over a dozen of friends & colleagues to him during their time of need and he has always shown great detail and concern to them in the same manner he showed to me. I am only writing this review now because I recently referred someone to him. Though he could not represent the guy due to the county he lived in he still took the time to call him after work hours and be a calming voice and help him him understand the process, ease his mind and refer him to two other lawyers that specialized in that county. I am blown away by this. No charge and he gained nothing other than respect and this review. So many other lawyers won’t even talk to paying clients during the day and a night call is not a thing. So for Daniel to do this was going beyond the pale. I am so thankful for our chance encounter all of those years ago and all the help he has provided to me and to all that have been referred. If you want a lawyer who shoots straight and treats each client even opposing counsel as family & friend to work on a fair settlement he is your guy. This is not about money for him, he truly cares. I was referered to Ms.Rowland by a another attorney who felt that she was a better fit for my case. My case started out as a CPS case with a protection order later added. Ms.Rowland on our 1st court date won and my custody order remained unchanged. Then instead of having to attend court the next day over a protective order she was able to get that withdrew and held mediation instead which resulted only in minimal changes. Ms.Rowland was always very upfront with me and always gave me the choices of very best outcome or the worst outcome. She was always a phone call away no matter the day or time. As a mother also she would sit and let me cry and just listen she truly understands and is truly all in with her clients. Her fees are reasonable and she explains that fully in your consultation. If you are in need of a family attorney and someone who will listen and fully represent you in court then Ms. Rebecca Rowland is your attorney.

My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.
As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some not so obvious inconsistencies in my child support case.

Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Seth took over I was so afraid he handled everything he did everything in court and saved my life. I cannot thank him enough . Went in for a consultation with Palmer Law Group after having to terminate my previous lawyer due to communication barriers. I got ahold of someone as soon as I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. I called back later because I forgot my appointment time and got a phone call back AFTER HOURS from Emily who was able to confirm the time. I have never seen a law office that is willing to go above and beyond working around the clock to ensure clients needs are addressed. They also seem to have implemented some excellent software to keep the entire team on the same page regarding cases. I left the consultation knowing that Dana already knew what approach was necessary in order to get the results I wanted. He didnt sugar coat anything and was up front about potential costs for each step.

Divorce is hard, but a lot harder when you are a caring and supportive father who does not want to be away from your children. Karen helped me obtain a fair divorce in which custody and support were split evenly between both of us. This definitely took some effort to obtain. Overcoming the court’s bias towards the mother was difficult to overcome, but possible with Karen's guidance. Over the past 16 years, Karen has represented me three times, for my divorce, child support modification and child support termination request. Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him. He didnt get this successful giving out bad advice. You dont always have to fight to win you just have to be smart about things and listen to good advice. Listen to this lawyer you wont be sorry

Brian represented me many years ago in a high conflict custody case. I went through my share of lawyers and was almost always disappointed. I got to a point I didnt know whom to trust. Mr. Gottfried handled my case for three years now. My son’s mom filed to reduce my time, which we had 50/50 for the last seven years before she filed. Meeting with Mr. Gottfried for the first time I knew he was my guy.
He is very prompt in returning calls and e-mails and I can say this promptness has not dropped the slightest over the last three years (even on his days off). He made sure when the trial date finally came that we had everything lined up to negate everything she filed plus things that could come up in trial so we were ready to present them to fight. He makes sure you are prepared for any questions and have evidence to back you up.
We have gone through a magistrate appeal and now seven more months later it is looking like she will appeal the judge’s decision. Not only did Mr Gottfried have a rebuttal for all of her bogus claims, we actually asked for an additional over night to which it was granted.
When this is dragged out over three years so far, there are times to which you question yourself. Mr Gottfried would reassure me and talk me down from those times. He is honest with you, some attorneys are there to collect a check, but not him. He gave me his opinion when I asked, based off his career in these cases, but also said it’s up to you Brad.
I cannot say enough about him or give him the praise he deserves. I have referred friends to him because he is the best…period!
If you are in need of an attorney for custody cases, call him. You will not be disappointed, trust me.
