I was refrred to Ms. Bachman by my sister who used to work with her. I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed with my divorce now but I wanted answers to many questions so that I could make an informed decision. I contacted Ms. Bachman and we made arrangements for a consulation. We spoke for quite a while. She was sympathetic and very kind during this trying time. She seemed very knowledgeable on the subject matter and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I have contacted Ms. Bachman several times since our initial meeting with addition questions. MR. ELIZANDO handled my divorice that I started on my own. I found out it was going to be a lot more difficult than I thought. The Pandemic and other obstacles where getting in the way for me. I happen to run into Gus at the golf course explained to him what was happening and he said stop by and speak with him. Which I did and explained everything to him and he made me feel so comfortable and stress free. I can say that he handled himself in the most professional manner with me and while we where in court. He was as cool as can be when under pressure during the negotiations. I am grateful to Mr. Elizondo for the outcome of my divorce.
I even made it clear to him that he will be my Attorney going forward.

Jacey is a wonderful attorney, she is a realist that maintains personability. She is a force to be reckoned with in the court room, she won't sugar coat the reality of your situation. Attorney Beilke is very knowledgeable on Wisconsin family law, and so when I asked him questions, he had ready answers, which saves time. He was aware that I had a tight budget and so he let me know what I could do on my own vs. paying him to do, to help keep my costs down. After consulting several attorneys, Mr. Routhier was outstanding right from the start.
He dug into the details of my case and it was dismissed on a technicality!
Being from out of state others told me I would have to return to court and enter a program or go to jail and face a license suspension. All very cookie cutter outcome at much higher rates compared to the excellent service I received from Mr. Routhier. Attentive to my needs and very informative throughout the process he made sure I wouldn’t need to appear in court as it is 6 hours drive away.

I contacted him online and someone from his office called and set up a call for initial consultation.I hired him after initial consultation and he took individual interest in getting the best outcome on the case. He was successful in getting a misdemeanor speeding ticket pled down to an infraction. he was very helpful throughout the case and was very straightforward on the condition of the case and what outcome I could expect. In the end, after reviewing the results of similar cases in the area, I believe he was able to get me the best deal that was possible and I would strongly recommend him.

I started my divorce process with a lawyer who did not litigate, first of all because I felt that lawyer was highly qualified, but also because I believed that it would be best to try to mediate the settlement for the benefit of myself, my now ex, and for our three children. Unfortunately, and after nearly two years of trying, it became clear that my wife preferred the scorched earth approach and that I needed to hire a litigator. My lawyer recommended that I turn to Sarah Kuhns for the help I needed to bring things to closure.
Sarah quickly understood the dynamics of my case and brought to it her knowledge of negotiating under the threat of litigation. It was a much different approach than I had been trying to date, but Sarah had a detailed understanding of the litigation process as well as a great insight as to how decisions would be made if the case went to court. She provided me with excellent advice on when to accept a part of the other side’s offer, when to reject it, and when to press for my position. She offered advice and counsel and allowed me to make the decisions based on her input. Her understanding of some of the more complex aspects of my case were infinitely helpful to me, and when there was an issue where she had an industry contact to consult, she consulted them on my behalf.
As painful as the process was given my ex-wife’s approach, we were able to come to an agreement at the eleventh hour and arrive at a settlement before facing the judge. When all hope was lost I stumbled upon Mrs. Crawford through a google search. I had no idea of the firm or her excellence specifically. I had, up to this point, my other sought after representation fail me miserably and had been misguided and unruly dealt with by the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on multiple occasions. I had literally given up hope in that I would never get to be apart of my sons life the way that I wanted to be. With having already spent a great deal of time and money in the matter I was just drained physically, mentally, and financially. For any father who has dealt with our broken system, its supposed ultimate 'judges of character,' and their puppets, you will know that it is not an easy road to travel. With the encouragement of a few and with nothing to lose I went for it one last time. The day I sat down with her in the quiet and rather small but warming confines of her office I explained and expressed to her in probably a quite disgruntled way, as perceived by Mrs. Crawford, my situation. All my insecurities changed within the 30 minutes I was there, of course I was not entirely sold yet but that was just the beginning. Skipping forward to the best part; Now my relationship with my little boy is stronger than ever and so is he, academically, mentally, physically, and socially. I am not saying that Mrs. Crawford can work miracles, you have to go to her with a good foundation in yourself and the reasons for your requests but she definitely takes care of it from there. After all was said and done I felt that I owed her so much more than money.

My husband has used Mr. Price for several family law issues, and we have been very satisfied with his work and responsiveness, both of which were problems for us with other attorneys. Mr. Price is not a barracuda--he's not out to win--he's out to find a reasonable solution to tough problems, which is what any family attorney should be doing, in my opinion. There are no winners in family court, after all.

Michael has been outstanding in protecting, and guiding me through what has unfortunately been a tumultuous divorce process. When an attorney speaks with you personally so you can save time and not have to schedule a consultation weeks out, you make a better informed decision that helps you want to schedule that consultation. In the beginning when realizing my marriage was unsalvageable, waiting a week or more to speak with an attorney was adding to the stress of an already fast moving stressful situation. I was able to meet with him within a few days, and the next day he had filed the divorce complaint and requested a pendente lite hearing to protect marital assets and request temporary spousal support.

I was referred to Hirsch & Ehlenberger by a family friend in early 2017 to handle my divorce. Among the attorney's I met and worked with, was Sharon Pederson. During the course of the divorce proceedings, which is of course a very tumultuous time, Sharon took the time to answer all of my questions regardless of how big or small they were, and was the calming voice when times were stressful. Sharon was very responsive to phone calls and e-mails and provided many options to me and also listened to my viewpoints on how to proceed during the course of my divorce.

Sharon worked alongside my primary lawyer, Brian Hirsch. The case involved my ex suddenly stopping spousal support with out going through the courts and then suing me to stop support altogether. She was my main point of contact and did most of the research thorough discovery. She was always available and supportive. She did an excellent job of combing through the discovery and coming up with data for argument. I always felt like this team was listening to my concerns and input. The outcome was favorable for me. From the beginning of the process to the end, Ms. Scales was professional, extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. I never once felt uneasy or unsure going into a hearing. She would always let me know beforehand what to expect at that time. Her staff was always professional and when I would call the office to ask a question regarding my case, they were extremely helpful and would call me back promptly with the answer. Adam is an amazing and very caring man. He was there above and beyond any attorney I have ever dealt with. If it was not for Adam, I would still be fighting to get my kids back who had wrongfully been taken by the Department of Social Services. I was in need of lowering my Child support, 1 of my Boy's has already reached the age of 18 and my other is about to. I was going to handle this on my own, thinking it was a open and shut case. After reading the overwhelming snip it's online about how bad that really was to represent yourself, I started having 2nd thoughts. Then my Divorce started to flash through my head on how expensive that was to retain the Lawyer, then the court/filing fee's etc..etc.. So this time instead of looking up the top names in RI, I decided to surf the web for reasonable Attorneys. I am glad I did that and glad I came across Mr. Pearsall, he was and is nothing short of professional, called me back when needed, answered all my e-mails in a timely manner and recommended we try and get both Boy's child support terminated together so I would not have to go back to court again in 2 months. After what I thought was a mutual and uncontested divorce I had to retain Attorney Pearsall when my X began alienating my children from me and threatening to litigate against me if I did not pay more in child support that I was required, or pay her additional monies she was not entitled to. I unfortunately handled the case PRO SE and made a few legal errors which came back to haunt me. Attorney Pearsall was able to block litigations against me attempting to extract additional monies, and get a court ruling providing for once a week parenting time with my minor daughter. If I had retained his services instead of going it PRO SE things would have been so much easier and turned out so much better for me and my kids.

I was served with divorce papers only one week before a court hearing and was expected to answer. By law 30 days are required to answer. I used Patrick for my divorce case. From the very first time I talked to him over the phone, I knew that I was going to have a great attorney. He explained things and made sure I knew what was to come. Even if it was something I didn't want to hear, he told me anyway to make sure that I knew what could happen. Turns out, he was right about all that he had told me.
Patrick stayed in close contact with me and updated me often to make sure I knew where my case was. He worked very hard to get me what I deserved and wanted.
We had a chance to settle that morning before court. I wanted to settle it to just have it over with but Patrick knew that I was cutting myself short and fought to get me what I deserved. My case unfortunately wound up in front of the judge. This to me, is where Patrick shined the most. He's very very good at his job and that was evident during the trial. Not only did I get what I had asked for, I got more. All thanks to Patrick.

Patrick was concerned, informative, and full of sound advice from the very beginning of the consultation and then all through the divorce process. At no time did he ever leave a meeting with an open question or at least not having a plan of action.
