I found Mr. Torabi after having a disappointing result from yet another Refinancing attempt on my current home. I sent Mr. Torabi my paperwork and within the hour of receiving it he found fault on the part of our former Mortgage Broker that could help us to do what my husband and I want to do as we attempt to lower our current interest rate. My company used Mark's services while we were negotiating our lease agreement(s) with different landlords. Mark was able to guide us through the process and more importantly highlight areas in the contract that would have gotten us into a legal and financial bind down the road. Mark also helped wordsmith some of the language in the contract so it would be beneficial for us.
Mark is personable, knowledgeable, diligent and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Mark for any issues related to real estate.

Like many other families, we were faced with decisions that we really didn’t think we would need to make… my Dad’s dementia was deepening and my Mom, his Caretaker, was beginning to rapidly fail herself.
It came to the point I knew my Dad needed more care than what my Mom was capable of providing. It needed to be done quickly and correctly. Frankly, I was worried my Mom would pass before my Dad.
My parents are retired school-teachers. That means they are not rich, but they do have income. It certainly means they do not have the money for Nursing Home care that my Dad needs, and for that matter, my Mom needed for him to have.
I knew that trying to do the paper work and application for Medicaid was far beyond my ability and know-how. I recognized at that point we needed an Attorney to handle this for us.
I looked for a nearby attorney and found Richard Shea. This was one of the best decisions made in this difficult junction of our lives.
Richard reviewed everything carefully…. He answered questions timely… He worked as a partner with our family.
We are so grateful we hired him…it turns out that one of the accounts my mom had saved money through her job, would have been at risk if we had made the application first. Richard identified the situation and made suggestions on how to restructure it, which we did. While the amounts would not seem large to most people with an IRA or Pension, it was huge for my mom, and meant a lot to her monthly income. This one detail, more than paid for Richard’s fee.
My Dad is in a great facility. My Mom is able to relax and reclaim part of her life because she doesn’t have the heavy burden of caring for my father any longer. She can sleep at night and not have to worry if my Dad was going to get out of bed and turn on the stove and burn the house down! (He actually came close one time.) She is actually getting healthier. During her last check-up, her doctor told her he was pleased with her resurgent health.
I cannot recommend Richard enough. He is well worth his fee since he will fill out the paperwork and handle the application process and deal with the questions from the Examiner. These are details that are nerve racking enough, let alone during a stressful time.
If you are faced with these decisions, I recommend you hire Richard to handle the details. You have enough stress as it is, let him handle the part you that you are not an expert in handling. You will feel a lot better that you did.

I wish I could rate her more than 5-star as rating just 5 star is not enough for a person who is so dedicated to a profession, so caring for those in distress and above all for those who have been burnt previously by a class of greedy, money-hungry , unprofessional attorneys.
She is a Christian and a true Christian attorney who would spare no efforts to fight for you, disregarding amount of compensation she would get in the process.
I was so lucky that my good Karma prevailed and brought me to her to help me .
If one can judge an attorney by knowledge, experience, care , I think she is by far the best I have ever met in my 30 years of interaction by attorneys.
She greeted me right at the door-step of the building and even helped me carry heavy boxes of documents. She is so consistent, thorough , knowledgeable that I was amazed .
She listened to me for hours and immediately offered help . She took my most horrible case mismanaged by another so-called Board Certified Real Estate lawyer who had made a complete mess of the case.She has been calling me and sending me prepared documents disregarding the amount of compensation she has received.

I went in for a free consultation and it was more than just a consultation she was very considerate and compassionate and really wanted to help and gave a lot more than just a free consultation she should have been paid for all the time she spent with me but it was free, in the end the only reason I didn't hire her was I did not have the affordable start-up fee she needed but when I can afford her and if I ever need an attorney for anything I will come to her always now!

I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed.My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

Ken Chyten recently handled a breach of contract law suit for me. Unlike most other firms, Ken does not have big overhead costs that you get billed for. He handles the cases from start to finish with no duplicate charges for a paralegal, admin assistant, associate attorney etc. In my case, I was able to work in collaboration with Ken. He listened to and reviewed my concerns, my arguments and evidence and then negotiated with the counter-party to achieve a favorable outcome after a long and protracted battle by the counter-party. Jason helped my husband and I through the process of a deed in lieu negotiation on a rental property we had. The process was long and tedious, and he was always there to answer our questions and calm our nerves. I had a problem with a credit card company taking a debt settlement agreement that was made, but they took my money and sold my account to another company who then attempted to collect the remainder. I was lied to and needed justice. I talked to almost every civil lawyer in town and none would take my case. One told me that there just was not any money in it. I was more worried about my record being set straight rather than getting monetary damages. Monetary damages would just be a bonus. It turns out all those other lawyers just didn't have the knowledge or experience. They had no idea what to do. Mr. Roper took my case and he knew exactly what to do. I handed him all of my documentation and paid his retainer. He was kind enough to call me and give me status updates every few weeks even though I chose to not call him and let him concentrate on his work. A couple months later he won me a check for a couple thousand dollars. All I can say is that he was amazing. When no other lawyer had the time or experience to handle my case, he turned it into a chunk of money. When we split the money, his office manager noticed at the last minute that I was "overcharged" a couple hundred and re-did the paperwork. I would never have noticed (out of a couple thousand), but Mr. Roper was such a good partner that I sometimes feel like I should've let them keep the math error as a good tip for being a stand up guy. This guy has a lot of experience and is an honorable person to work with. If you choose to hire him as your partner and attorney on your case, I am glad to say that you have one of the best people on your team.

I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. During Vacationing in Las Vegas, my Wife Suffered a Stroke.. Fortunately she pulled through and was able to start a couple of different rehabilitation program.. Unfortunately she was unable to go back to work, however we were very grateful that she had been paying for many years for a supplement Long-Term Disability Insurance...
