Even during “normal times” the death of a parent is difficult enough. Our mother passed away during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which made dealing with her death and financial issues even worse. My family consulted Ms. Allala concerning our Mom's estate after her passing. The State of Texas sent us a Texas Estate Recovery Program questionnaire to determine if the State of Texas had any claim against our Mom's property. After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

We have never had an attorney but, if, in the future, we ever needed one, for what ever reason, Mr. L. Lamar Armstrong is now my over whelming choice. If you are looking for someone that you could call a ”Perry Mason”, Mr. Armstrong is your man. In my opinion, Mr. Armstrong is knowledgeable, a great listener with a great personality making one very comfortable and able to discuss issues easily and without feeling intimidated. My situation resulted from a local Large Home Center reneging on a legal contract. 45 days after the contract was signed and due to be completed in 15 days, the local Large Home Center called me and informed me that they were raising the price of my roofing job by an outrageous 250%. I was told that this was not negotiable. They said “They had a way out!” and hung up on me. Since this seemed to be a deliberate contract violation by the local Large Home Center, it was obvious that I needed a good attorney. I did a lot of research and selected L. Lamar Armstrong. I documented all the details of the transaction and presented them with the signed contract to Mr. Armstrong. At our first meeting, he informed us that our contract was valid and binding and the Large Home Center had no outs or legal recourse but to honor the contract as is (not a good option for me since I did not trust them) or have my roof installed by a different roofer. I could then file a Small Claims suit to recover the difference between our original legal and binding contract and whatever my new roofer would charge. He told us that, at this point, we would not need additional services from him, but he was available to give us follow-up advice at no additional charge. Based on his superb advice, suggestions, proposed action plans, and resulting responses from local Large Home Center, we obtained the evidence of the contract violation enabling us to easily win our case in Small Claims court.

I contacted Mr. Hancock after his name was given to me by a good friend. I had asked her if she knew of attorney who would be able to help my senior mother prepare a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Financial and Medical Power of Attorney, and not charge her an amount that would cause a coronary. I also wanted someone that she would feel comfortable with, and Mr. Hancock was the perfect lawyer for her. He was not only very welcoming, he was very understanding that my mom has early on-set dementia, and was able to communicate with her on a level where she was able to explain what she wanted included her the will.
I am getting ready to have my own Will and PofA's done and will definitely be contacting Mr Franklin to prepare these for me.

I recommend Leah Altaras , on every social post I see on social media in regards to anything they’re going through.
Leah is an Advocate for righting wrongs, I met her as a Prosecuting Attorney, and when my life was altered in an MVA I called Her for advice, and she was willing to take on my Personal Injury case.
I was compensated by the other guys insurance the maximum amount as well as my own under insured coverage.
At about 80% recovery, after a year of Physical Therapy, I was hit again, MVA. Compounded injuries, a tough fight, but Leah has that “fight” in Her, as do I, and we recovered well, in the 2nd MVA case as well.

Zach has represented me in three different cases now, and each time, his expertise has been invaluable. Before I contacted Zach for the first time, I had hired a larger firm to represent me in a matter. This firm got a settlement check, but never resolved my original problem. I had written off hiring legal representation again after that experience. With my first case with Zach, he worked above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Even when the other party "lost" recordings and documents we specifically requested in discovery, he didn't back down. We ended up with a settlement that was satisfactory, considering the wrong the other party (a debt collector) had done.
The second case involved a vehicle repossession due to loss of full time work. After repossession, the creditor claimed I owed them a $10,000 deficiency balance. I didn't have the income to properly pay an attorney, but Zach worked with me and this case for over a year, and right before jury selection, managed to convince the creditor to settle for $500.
I can't say enough good things about Zach. I appreciate his honesty and his willingness to fight for those who don't always have the means or resources to defend themselves. It's hard to find someone you can trust to actually protect *your* interests, not just pursue their own. Like I said, in my previous experience, the firm I went with didn't care about anything except their percentage of the settlement. I know from experience that Zach is about much more than that, and I'm thankful.

I received a summons from a credit company. The one that called me to the point I was afraid of my phone. I googled "summons from credit card company" and Zachary's page was the first to pop up. His page filled me with hope so I called immediately. That was the best decision I have made. This credit card was only a $3500 limit but somehow they wanted to get me for close to $10,000. He used the law and my rights to fight this down. All the way down! In fact we tried too settle and I almost signed a agreement with them but he saw they tried to get me for fees and Zachary didn't like that idea and he sent it back. He knows the law and our rights!

I initially was unsure weather or not hire an attorney to represent me in my support and custody case. The first few hearings I spoke on my own behalf and it was horrible! Nothing was being ruled in my favor and I had serious concerns of losing custody of my 3 young sons. Luckily I found Diane and I am so thankful! She has gone above and beyond and her attention to detail is immaculate. Her knowledge and understanding of the law shows her years of experience. But the quality I appreciate the most is that Diane has a heart but is not afraid to sink her teeth in and fight to the bitter end! Michael was extremely helpful to me in navigating my severance package when I was terminated from my employment. I was overwhelmed with many feelings over the termination. Michael was instrumental assisting me both professionally and personally. Professionally he clearly explained that I had the right to negotiate with my former employer the severance package they gave me.
