Dylan helped me create a will and detailed trust for husband and I. It is not the most fun thing to think about (our demise), but she made it actually an enjoyable experience! She was very professional, quick, easy to work with and thorough. Our trust in particular was complicated and she was effortlessly able to grasp our wishes and even enhance them to create a detailed trust which I feel serves us very well. I haven't retained this attorney, but will offer a review of how she handled my specific inquiry directly from an email sent to her which I obtained on the CA Bar Association website.
I received a very expeditious reply and a time to phone me was requested. When that time came, I received a phone call from a woman with a very pleasant and compassionate sounding voice. I told her I’d send a document that would explain my situation and she said she would review it and see if she’s a good fit. Within the hour I received an email stating that it wasn’t a good fit, in addition to giving me contact info for 3 firms that would be a good fit.
I had already been acquainted with one of the firms and I wrote her back telling her so. She responded back to me and reassured me I’d be in good company.
In all my years, I believe I've developed the ability to sense compassion and “good” in humans. In light of this, I can say that Kristen Jones is a great asset to her field and to the community. I would have not hesitated for a moment to retain her if she was the right “fit” for my case.

She helped move forward a conservatorship for my Aunt and Uncle that has some bad family history attached to it.
Throughout the process she was the rock, letting us know what to expect and is a great legal writer. Her knowledge of the courts and even knowledge of the different people that would later become involved with the conservatorship made a huge difference.

Mr. Caseros contacted the ;water from the bank explained to him the said property in question was filed in the bankruptcy, HOA fees and all loans and debts. Also, used a lawyer for probate of her estate and no contacted was made to me from any creditors, case was filed with the court. The banks lawyer wrote back and said that I owed nothing and was not liable, they were just making sure. Mr. Caceros however cautioned me to keep an eye out for any other contact the banks lawyers make with me and if so contact him immediately. very happy with his work and the piece of mind Mr. Cancerous gave me.

When contacting Mr. Banks I had already been told by another firm that there was very little if any hope for our case...I knew our case was different in that it involved not just investment fraud..but real estate property. There were many pieces to the puzzle..and at times was hard to put together. Mr. Banks and his team spent countless hours putting things together..many times calling me after hours to go over things. When I first got to Melissa's office and explained my situation to her the firs thing she said was "it sounds like you have a case" She wasted no time, she pulled out her pen and pad started asking me questions, writing notes and wanted any and all evidence that I had with me at the time. I picked Monica randomly from your site because I needed a probate lawyer in a hurry and she had an opening the same day. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed.
