I am so so glad that I hired John as a consultant in a severance negotiation with my employer after my job was terminated. After consulting John, I received everything I asked for from my employer including multiple things I would not have thought to ask for without John's guidance. I don't have a ton of money so I was not sure if I should pay a lawyer for consultation. Now I can only think of the amount of stress and time and money it likely would have cost me if I did not hire John as a consultant. John and his team were professional, prompt, and efficient and knowledgeable. When I was stressed out about a timing deadline, John's team and John himself promptly provided effective answers to my question even though it was not a work day for them. Having never gone through this before, it was also great to speak with someone who has such an understanding of the ins and outs and whys and who can understand your situation and understand what and why it is happening and understand it from your employers perspective and explain it to you from their side. 5 stars. Before I consulted Mr. Kolman, I did not believe that there was any recourse for my labor dispute situation. I had already spoken informally to a family friend who is an attorney and was told that there was nothing I could do. Having just moved to the area with my wife, I suddenly found myself without income or allies. However, when I called the office of Kolman Law, the staff there was very attentive and confident that they could help me. I was able to speak with Mr. Kolman that same day. Seemingly off the top of his head, he cited PA case precedent that was obscure enough to have escaped my previous consultants but applied to my situation perfectly. Furthermore, he and his staff always treated me with respect and returned my messages promptly. In the end, Mr. Kolman and his firm came through for me. They helped me recover enough to facilitate the move to my next job, thereby diverting a potentially dire outcome for me and my family. If you've been sexually harassed or discriminated against in the workplace... I seriously can't recommend Steven Arenson enough! I asked Jonathan to review my employment agreement. I sent it to him on a Sunday, and he gave an answer in 30 minutes. In our follow up discussion at 9 PM (!) two days later, Jonathan was very thorough. He pointed out a number of flaws in the agreement. Ultimately, he put my mind at ease on the matter.
It is evident that Jonathan has many years of experience and great insights. I would definitely engage him again and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, with all negative entries removed; charge offs, late payments wiped out including closed accounts all cleared from my report and my score is now 804. I got approved for a Capital one credit card with a $10,000 limit and have been pre-approved for another $30,000 limit. I am a senior woman in my company and was being forced out of the firm for unclear reasons -- and being treated unfairly, to say the least. When I Ianded in Steve Glickman's office over a decade ago, cold and without a recommendation, I took the kind of chance that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I got lucky....because of Steve's character. YES, he has deep knowledge, years of experience, and is attentive. Aside from that, Steve has repeatedly proven that he can be trusted. He has unwavering ethics and integrity. At vulnerable points in time, we often can't see through the fog. I met with Steve a couple of years ago and I have been working with him since then on various employment issues. When I met with him, I had few employees who left the companies that I own, and they were conspiring and determined to sabotage my businesses. From the beginning to the end, she listened to me, and considered me as an individual. She was attentive, receptive, caring, efficient, strategic and diligent. Particularly for my case, it was an alleviation and inspiration to have someone on my side who really saw me, and honored my convictions and motivations for pursuing my claim. My discussion with Ari Karpf was nothing but eye opening and extremely informative on the situation I was subject to by my employer. I recently had an opportunity to work with Ari regarding an adverse employment situation with a public university in Pennsylvania. There are so many things that stand out from my meetings with him.
1) Following my call to his firm, he initially contacted me on a Sunday which worked great for my schedule - I loved his availability.
2) He was personally invested in the assessment of my situation and did a great job asking questions about the circumstances of my case without giving false hope about the strength of my case. He was matter-of-fact and specific.
3) He took incredibly copious notes. About a month passed between my initial phone call with him and me ultimately hiring Ari to assist in navigating my situation. I approached Phil regarding my equal pay and discrimination case against a large corporation, after I had a prior conversation with another firm. Because of that, I had a general idea of what were the possible legal venues available in my situation.
Phil laid out similar options. Unlike the other firm, I felt that Phil was more confident and had more experience in dealing with large corporations that have a very robust legal team and a strong process to deny any wrong doing. Phil was very professional (a bit cold), but I felt it was appropriate for his role.
I felt that I had a very strong case and plenty of supporting documentation. After listening attentively to my situation, Phil put a very detailed demand letter together, laying out the events and including eloquently the laws governing the situation. After a lengthy process, while the company investigated the events, they came back with a very low-ball settlement offer. Phil was instrumental in negotiating a deal and listening to my concerns.
It is unfortunate that it is legal for companies to force employees into Arbitration Agreements as a condition of employment and basically force employees into forfeiting their legal rights. Because of that, I don’t feel that the law was enforced, however I do feel that Phil did a good job of listening to my concerns (while keeping an impartial stance) and he did a good job representing me and negotiating in my behalf. While the desired outcome for me would have been fairness and change in the illegal practices displayed by some of the leaders of the corporation, a settlement was reached. As everyone treated unfairly knows, money does not substitute fairness, but it’s what the corporations prefer to offer, instead of accepting responsibility and implementing change.
