I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

I used Mr. Feldman twice for traffic tickets and never disappoint me. First time Feb 2018 for speeding and he just dismissed my red lights ticket today at court. After getting myself into some legal troubles and risking losing my drivers license for a year, I went on a lengthy search for the right lawyer to represent me in court. It was one of the worst moments in my life. I was driving home and I crashed my car into a parked car. I was scared, lost, confused but most of all worried.
I was refered by a friend to a lawyer named Michael Linscheid, who turned out to be a saving grace.
He helped me go through the court system and provided me the reassurance that everything will be ok.

From the very first consultation through to the final court appearance Sara was honest, receptive and very knowledgeable with the legal system. Sara was on top of everything from requesting discovery to communicating with me. The case ended up being dismissed with prejudice due to the prosecution being unable to provide requested discovery even after the judge gave them another 30 days (sounds like there was no evidence). Her fees were reasonable and service exceptional!! Great staff as well!!

I first contacted Jessica with J. Peterson Law in December 2016 to assist me with domestic violence case after dealing with the court appointed LDA that I wasn't having an success with. Jessica was very personable and friendly and wanted to get down to the nitty gritty of the details to understand and start working the case right away. Whenever I had any questions or concerns and needed to contact her she was always there and available to me and addressed everything right away. She kept in contact with me whenever she had any updates from the prosecuting attorneys office, and would give me friendly reminders about upcoming court dates. She would also make sure that I got all information, details, and evidence to her to assist with the case. Jessica always kept my best interests in the forefront during this case. She was easy to work with when it came down to making payment arrangements that would work for her, as well as me. I was very pleased with the outcome and she always made this trying experience much more bearable.

I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough! I usually don't write reviews buy I felt compelled to share my experience with Steve. Now here's the thing I called at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and he answered! It was on a whim and im so happy that I found him and reached out. I explained my what I feel might be a "messy" situation trying to get divorced. He listened with no judgement and told me that I already seem to know what to do but let me help you if i can. He offered for me to fill out all my paperwork (because the court house lost my divorce paperwork SMH) and when I have it all in order to email him and he said he will not charge me for him to look it over. I have called a couple lawyers and no one ever offered me anything like this. I feel he really heard me and I am just so grateful that he answered my call. Going forward if I need to retain he is who I will be retaining. This man is very kind, humble and just a good guy. Thank you Steve you gave me my hope back that I lost for some time. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

I rarely write online reviews, but i think it is critical in this instance, firstly, because I used Avvo in assisting with my legal selection and consumers need this data. So, I will be as honest as I can.
Attorney Zlochiver is principled. I found his service to be based upon fairness and seeking the best outcome within the limits of the law, and done with an un-excitable, stable spirit. This sometimes was a sticking point for us. My opponent was aggressive and angry, and I wanted more energy; wisely, Attorney Zlochiver did not return all of the flaming brands I requested of him. In the end, for better or worse, he tempered my anger and frustration with my case.
Attorney Zlochiver is responsive. He was always reachable by email and phone. Reasonable response times were always met.
In summary, if you are seeking retribution and revenge, I don't think you'll find satisfaction here. I occasionally felt as though we could have been more aggressive--going on the offensive vs. a defensive posture, but Steve knew it would have been a futile, mis-use of my fee and he was careful about fee utilization.

In searching for a family lawyer, I had three criteria:
1) A competent lawyer who is familiar with the presiding judge. It is important that the lawyer knows what the judge looks for in a case both in the court room and the filed documentation. He was able to advise of the proper strategy to get the best case scenario without having the situation spiral into a more contentious case.
2) An objective lawyer who has enough court-room experience to be realistic in assessing possible outcomes. Rather than simply being hopeful, he suggested contingencies for the most plausible decisions that the judge may make during the hearing.
3) An understanding lawyer who would work with my limited budget & time. Mr. Zlochiver took on my case knowing of my financial situation and worked into the late evening on new documentation in order to bolster my case the following morning.
Steven Zlochiver certainly does not comes to mind when you think of the typical ambulance-chasing lawyer. Not a shark. Not a clock watcher. Rather, someone you definitely want in your corner who is willing to relate to your circumstances.

I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. Mrs. West assisted me in a modification of custody and child support case. She is very knowledgeable with the law, she is patient and kind. She always answered every email promptly and always offered great advice. She was very up front with me in a respectful way and helped keep me grounded throughout this process. When I was seeking out a criminal Attorney and presenting my charges 4 felonies, 3 Attorney's said I will have to do jail time until I met Cory Fuller he assured me he could get charges dropped or reduced and he did just that. We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to drop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome.
Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.

Ms. Rodriguez helped me when I got falsely charged with assault DV. I was impressed because whether it was my case or not, when she walked into the courtroom, she would know what is said on every piece of paper she was given. I hired Miss Rodriguez for a DUI back in April. I thought I was going to lose my job and kids while I was also dealing with a divorce at the time. I had a terrible issue with a neighbor who requested a protection order against me. It was one of the most stressful events I had experienced. I didn’t know how to defend against the false accusations in such a short amount of time. It feels like you are tried and convicted when you have to defend against this type of thing. Being charged with child abuse by prosecutors and then getting "Founded" of child abuse by CPS left me devastated to say the least. I had already hired a criminal defense attorney to address the assault charge I was being charged with. It was not until I had gotten a letter in the mail from CPS saying that they "founded" me of child abuse that I then called my criminal defense attorney. My attorney then explained to me that they were two completely separate matters which would require two separate attorneys. My criminal defense attorney on this matter then referred me to Denise. Here is why I recommend Denise as an attorney. In my case I hired Denise to appeal the CPS matter. My first time talking to Denise on the phone I was full of emotional trauma and had a lot to say about what had happened. She listened to everything that I had to say about what happened with this matter but also how toxic the relationship between me and my mom biological daughter had become over the last year. Denise did not pass any judgement against me nor did she profile me as what I was being charged with. When we spoke about the facts of what had happened and that there was no intent and I was just playing with my non biological daughter which lead to an accident we then used everything we could to prove that what had happened was "truly" non intentional. Denise typed out a very professional, truthful and sincere declaration on my behalf and submitted mailed it into CPS for what we hoped would be over turned. As the months went by my criminal defense attorney had gotten a he assault charged dismissed and not too much longer after Denise had gotten the CPS matter over turned. Denise is not just someone who will go up to bat for you but she also will listen to you have to say even if it does not benefit your case. Which at the time when I found Denise is what I needed. I needed a professional such as her to listen to me and hear and understand how much suffering I was truly going through and that it was an honest mistake. Thanks to Denise getting my case with CPS over turned I will be able to do things such as volunteer at schooling events or girls scout events with my biological daughter in the future. Miss Gagner is a 5 star attorney and I have the up most gratitude for her. If you are being charged with something and you are innocent or even if you are guilty. Hire Natalie she is amazing!!!
I ran the gamut of attorneys before finding Natalie and honestly I was getting quite discouraged. I spoke to leagues of highly recommended and sought after attorneys who have clear reputations for winning cases like this, and I can tell you that I was more impressed with Natalie in the first two minutes of our conversation than with any of the other professionals, even the ones with over 21 years of experience. I have heard many people complain that once retained, attorneys become less communicative and less responsive.
