I contacted Paul after I was in an accident. He was very helpful from the moment he took me on as a client. He helped me get medical treatment through PLIGA when I had no insurance at all. Paul also made sure I was seen by a doctor immediately for my pain. The doctors he recommended were amazing. They seen my promptly and took care of my needs ASAP.
Throughout the claims he was there when I needed him and was prompt on returning my calls / emails. During the depositions he helped me understand what to do since I never had to do one. When it came time to settle he was there and made sure I was fairly compensated for my pain. I highly recommend Paul Riviere II as an attorney, I will use Paul again when and if the time needs.

Mr. Riviere gets a five star rating from my husband and I. Any questions we had he made sure to answer them, and that we understood. He went way above and beyond to help us out, we had a case that turned out not to be a cut and dry as we thought it would have been, but he didn't give up until he got the results that were needed for our results. I was recently arrested and falsely accused by a proprietor of a business. Upon appearing in Manhattan court for a D.A.T pertaining to this matter I must admit the taste of discuss the NYPD left with me was/is horrendous. Adam approached me and immediately upon speaking with me he could feel my frustration emanating, especially after sharing false claims/ allegations made in a spruced up report by an officer. His warm and understanding demener instilled in me a new confidence and hope of justice. He almost makes me look forward to my next appearance. I recently hired Adam to represent me for my DWI arrest on the Westside hwy. I had refused the breathalyzer in the precinct on the advice of a friend of mine that was an attorney but not the type of attorney you want giving you legal advice on DWI's. I was arrested on a Sunday evening and needed to spend the night in the tombs. My wife called my sister who is an attorney and asked her to find a lawyer and my sister must have made over 20 phone calls to lawyers asking for recommendations for DWI attorneys she advised that multiple people had brought up Adam's name and when she told me "I have never heard an attorney refer to another attorney as an amazing lawyer but even better person" I knew I needed to go with Adam. My wife had the initial communication with him but even she raved about how easy he was to talk to him. He wasn't able to make it to my initial court hearing the night I got out because he was in California on business but he had one of his associates come. Honestly you could probably save yourself 1.5-2k by not having an attorney because nothing actually happens at the hearing where you're released but I would have paid 5k just to get out of that place so I didn't care. When Adam and I first met I introduced myself said to him "after all of this is said and done, I hope I can say that hiring you was one of the best decisions of my life", and even that is not enough at this point. Adam was so honest with me but yet the way he carried out the conversation I still felt reassured that the best possible outcome was going to happen. I'm a realistic person, I know that if a lawyer tells me that there's a 100% chance of me getting completely off that he's just blowing smoke but Adam wasn't like that. He actually wanted to know about who I was, where I came from, the circumstances of the evening and things leading up to that evening. He really spent his time trying to find out who I was so that he could humanize this terribly unfortunate mistake I made. The NYS stance on refusals is no pleas and he told me that it rarely happens the first time, but that if we were persistent there was a possibly we would prevail. Adam scheduled a meeting with me to review all of the court documents and get my take on everything and also did his due diligence in trying to find discrepancies in the court that he could use, not only if we needed to go to court but also in trying to persuade the ADA to submit a reduced plea. The first hearing came and went and no plea. Obviously I was very disappointed but Adam once again, reassured me that this wasn't the end of the road. Adam was so persistent with the ADA, constantly communicating with him and seeing where things stood, I really knew that he had my best interest at heart. Sure enough, in the days leading up to the second and final hearing before we would have needed to go to court the ADA sent Adam a message with the reduced plea. No misdemeanor, not ignition lock, a license suspension reduced form 1 year to 90 days and I think $450 in fines. When Adam heard the news he immediately called me, emailed me and texted me. You could just tell he was so excited that we got exactly what we wanted. Overall, if you read this, regardless of what your DWI/DUI situation is, you will 100% be making the right decision to go with Adam to represent you. Adam, if you ever read this, I am forever indebted to you!!

I was involved (starting in 2004) in a probate case with another lawyer.
I spent the next 5 years trying to get him to be a lawyer. He was very incompetent and the experience was horrible.
I needed someone to help me out of the mess the other lawyer created.
And it was a mess and complicated by this time.
I found Eric Gordon by a referral, and from that day my entire case began to look like something that We could resolve.
Eric shared with me all the unethical actions of the other lawyer.
Once he took on my case it all came together in MY favor.
Eric walked with me through the legal system steps and all that he needed to do so that I always knew what was going on. Huge for me since the other lawyer was impossible to get return calls and emails from.
Besides his total professionalism, Eric was available to me on every level. I felt watched out for and cared about as a real human being.
He goes the extra mile to do what is necessary . A rare trait these days.

Mr. Jason Coker represented my case for an outstanding bench warrant that was very concerning to me. There was a real possibility I could have been remanded into custody and have to post bail. I got my first DUI, and had no clue what to do. Not only was Jason Coker completely capable of handling my situation, but he also made me feel comfortable and more secure about my situation. I was charged with my first DUI with a .1 reading on the breathalyzer at the scene. My situation looked bad, but through it all Jason got my case down to a wet reckless and even struck a deal where I didn't get a breathalyzer put in my car. I hired Mr. Stone off the recommendation from a friend. In the process of trying to recover my wrongfully withheld security deposit from my former landlord, I was countersued and subsequently lost in small claims court. After Mr. Stone reviewed my case, he gathered evidence in my favor through various legal routes that I would have been unable to myself. We then filed an appeal which was heard in a higher court. My landlord settled days before the trial and dropped his countersuit. Additionally, he returned my full security deposit and paid all my lawyer fees, including other accrued charges in the legal process. Mr. Stone put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case and I would trust him with any other legal issues that would require an honest, experienced lawyer.

I was facing a very long process from a wrongful eviction to my deposit of $1400.00 being kept. I covered myself knowing the type of landlord I had. There are some other reviews here mentioning that Roman is a genius, and I have to echo that statement. I engaged Roman as a start-up founder for a complicated contract issue against a seasoned publicly traded company. Main points in my experience:
Roman is an exceptional/creative business and legal advisor. He really is much above average in his capabilities and understanding as an attorney. I’ve had a number of attorneys look at my contract before (a 6 figures contract drafted by the most expensive legal firm in my state). He was able to thoroughly yet quickly dissect and capture the landmines that bypassed numerous other attorneys.

I wanted to share an extremely positive experience I had working with Brian. Not only is he smart and well connected but he is compassionate. I had an issue with some tenants who were law students, and thought they could leave my place in a shambles and not paid 3 months and leave their lease 4 months early. I had originally contacted Brian to handle the eviction, however he went above and beyond to try to solve this for me, and was able to obtain satisfaction out of this unfortunate set of affairs. He took extraordinary steps at his own expense. At each step of the way he let me know what was going on and even though it took a little bit longer but it's only because of the court system. I will certainly use Brian for other things I need in the future such as real estate closings or other business transactions. He is more expensive than other eviction attorneys, but he will come through for you where others fail, and is worth his weight in gold to put things in his capable hands and be able to step back, and get an excellent resolution with someone who really has your back.
